I so appreciate the quality work that James and the other workers at the Columbia Falls Jiffy Lube did while doing my recent oil change. They were very thorough and alerted me to what my car needed. James answered my questions and went over some car info which helped me understand. They also checked with me first before doing what was needed and let me know the costs upfront so I could make an informed choice. And they did a very good job on the oil change and a few other things I asked to have taken care of! My car is now running noticeably better - thanks much! 😊🚗

My experience at Jiffy Lube was great. They came right out when I pulled up. Everyone that I spoke to were very nice and they did a great job. Didn’t try pushing me into buying anything I didn’t need. I will go back.

So pleased with my service at Jiffy Lube in Columbia Falls. I left work late but still desperately needed an oil change. Stopped by at 5:50 pm, just before close and asked if they were willing to take me. The young lady said absolutely!!! They stayed until the job was done. Friendly service with great compassion for my tight schedule. Grateful!

My visit with these guys is going to cost me hundreds in repairs. I went in for a regular oil change, tire alignment, and an extra service that they suggested and I thought nothing of it.Right after I parked after having been serviced, my vehicle stalled, wheels locked, ignition not turning. Many are familiar with this except this time it really wasn't getting fixed by turning the wheel or jimmying the key, it did nothing at all. I went back to them to tell them of the issue and they said it was already like that, except I know it wasn't and saw them drive it up with no issues so I don't know why they'd lie about it. One of them tried to jimmy the key after I told them, to no avail either. I don't know how or why or what happened, all I know is it came in one way and out another with a severe problem it never had before and must assume something got mishandled. The recommendation from the mechanic was to get ignition cylinder replaced, so my visit here will end up costing me hundreds. I thought these guys were trustworthy but from my perspective they really screwed me over. There was no sign I had this problem. Can't warn people enough

I had an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. Service was fast and had no line. The manager was well informed about my cars mileage maintenance needs and was very friendly. The customer waiting area was very dingy but that is such an easy thing to remedy. I will be back for additional services.

Very poor customer service. Felt like I was treated as a big inconvenience because I needed my tires checked after a rotation. Was ignored for a long awhile sitting in my vehicle. When she approached my vehicle, didn't say a word to me, and when she was done just walked away. I sat there a few seconds thinking, well I guess I cab leave now. I half heartedly waved and left. Will not return to Jiffy Lube in Columbia Falls ever. Not a good feeling to be treated like a pest. I would have given one star, but she did do what I went there for. Please work on the way you treat a customer. I did pay for the rotation, so to check the tires after 50 miles is included. The experience left me feeling a bit annoyed afterward.

This location is awesome, everyone there is great and communication is top notch. They always do a great job looking over my truck and letting me know what maintenance is recommended without pushing or pressuring you. I recommend this place for oil change or other maintenance needs!

Ryan at Jiffy Lube checked my coolant. Gonna be -20 to -35° below zero later this week. My coolant is about 4 years old. He did a Super Great Job. He makes you feel welcomed and valued as a person and as a customer. It took less than 15 minutes. I needed one more service that they did not offer but he steered me to the business that does. Seldom, very seldom do I experience exceptional customer service. Thanks to Ryan and Jiffy Lube they Earned my appreciation and loyalty and five star recommendation.Update: Got to minus 39° below zero and Coolant protected the engine. Thanks Ryan.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. They asked about changing filters, but offered alternatives. They did a thorough job of checking fluids and made for a quick oil change. I would recommend them, if in Columbia Falls.

2 stars for the staff, everyone there was super friendly. However, the oil change took 3 hours to complete and there was only one other car there when I pulled in. In the 3 hours I sat there, there were no other vehicles. The vehicle that had arrived 45 min before me, left 45 min before me. It too , had taken 3 hours. Jiffy Lube closed at 6pm, they did not finish my oil change until 7pm. This was not "jiffy" at all.

Ryan is a really nice guy. I took my car in and after my service, he explained that they do free top offs up to a certain mileage after last oil change. Two days later, I brought my wife’s vehicle in for a top off. They were also able to perform a free leakage test and determined that the van had a moderate transmission leak. They referred me to a local mechanic. I got it scheduled for a repair. This issue would have been unnoticeable to me and would have resulted in more damage to our vehicle if not found through their free service. Thank you to all of the Jiffy Lube crew and Happy Holidays to them all!

Everything was good, your guy was friendly.I asked and I know he tried to set my milage to alert me in 7500 miles. When I staarted my car up the very next time I was alerted to get my oil changed, so it just did not happen.

After a year ( because I use my vacation home only a few weeks a year ) I noticed a small oil leak under the car I brought it in and they said the oil filter was not properly placed on . They replaced it free of charge , stopped the leak and I was on my merry way . Thanks guys for the great service . Bob

Took my wifes car in last week.the crew quick and friendly. They even noticed the dog bed in the passenger seat and let me know that the waiting room was pet friendly!
