I use Glacier Bark Kennel when I was visiting Glacier National Park. Erin was amazing, responded to my emails and explain how her kennel works. Drop off time and pick up time. Or overnight stay. She even text me Loves her place. My poodle love it there.Thank you Erin for taking care of my precious baby.

I wasn’t going to leave a review even after reading all of the horrible reviews (someone’s dog has died here due to this businesses negligence and surprisingly the poor woman’s review was taken down but you can still read it on Facebook and Yelp).I still wasn’t going to leave a review even after the owners father took our dog’s leash out of my husband’s hand without asking and put our pup (Kyx) in the gated area, leash on, where he then pooped on it. All just felt a bit rushed. The man said he’d wash it, and I genuinely think he did but I guess didn’t check that poop was still smeared into the fabric.I now decided to leave my first bad review after getting our pup back with Kennel Cough (he was of course fully vaccinated against it). I can agree with the other reviews, judging how bad the office smelt I can only imagine how dirty the kennels are. When we got our pup back he smelt like the room and the blanket we gave him was soaked in pee. I also gave them two bags of food- one for each day. They only gave him one bag spread out between both days so when we got Kyx back he was so hungry. I just don’t think it’s calm environment for them in there and it seems neither the owner or the father spend much time in there with them at all. Just cages and they come in to let them out maybe 3 times a day for a potty break (idk the owner told me 4 but her dad told us 3 so).Definitely would consider one of the other kenneling services where they spend a bit of time with the pups to make it less stressful.Sorry just overall not a good experience Kyx seemed quite stressed for the rest of the day:/

We took our Great Pyrenees here for one week. She did well and seemed happy when I picked her up. The property is well maintained and securely fenced. We would definitely use this kennel again in the future if needed,

While visiting Glacier National Park on an RV trip, we arranged with Erin at Glacier Bark Kennels to take care of our dogs for two nights so we could have long stretches of time to explore the park. Erin was so easy to deal with. She was very responsive to our initial request. The kennel was located about 20 minutes from our RV park ( West Glacier KOA). We found it easily and it was immaculate with lots of fenced space for our pups to run. We found the rates to be very reasonable and took advantage of Erin’s ability to give them baths on the day we picked them up. Our “girls” seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked them up after three days in Erin’s care. We only wish there was a place like this in other places on our journey!

What a great place for our pups. We would use them again if ever in the area. Great location and set up cute. All the other dogs look as happy as ours.

They made our dogs stay as easy as they could. It's hard for all dogs to be away from the ones they love.

Do not go, absolutely horrible experience. Our dog stayed for just one night. When we picked him up, his bed and blanket were drenched in pee. He is potty trained and does not pee inside, even when nervous or anxious or at a kennel (and he has been to several kennels). He clearly had not been let out. To make it worse, the owner handed the drenched blanket directly to my husband (without warning of the pee), and then casually said “some dogs are like that” without any apology or explanation. Completely unacceptable. Not only was I horrified my dog had not been given potty breaks during his stay, I was also horrified at the lack of emotion or any caring whatsoever from the owner. We tossed our dog’s bed and blanket in the garbage and will be buying new ones, at our own expense. We will never go back to Glacier Bark Kennels.

I worked with Erin at Glacier Bark Kennels and my AKC registered Rottweiler stayed with her for approximately 2 weeks. Immediately when I picked up my dog she was in great spirits and incredibly well behaved. Generally, if a dog has a poor experience or is in some way traumatized in a boarding situation they tend to act out when they come home and in my case it was the exact opposite. I can tell my dog loved it and so did I! I will definitely use the service again!

Our pup, Myla, spent 5 days with Erin at Glacier Bark while we were spending some time in GNP. Every evening when we would come to pick Myla up, it was clear she was well cared for, having a blast and was enjoying vacation just as much as we were and maybe more. Erin treated Myla with lots of love and we were so grateful to find a daycare/kennel that took such good care of her for such a reasonable rate. We’ll be recommending Glacier Bark to anyone who travels to the area with their pup! Thank you so much Erin!

Due to last minute decision of our trip to GNP on a long weekend, we were unable to find boarding for our pup(Jazz- 6 month), but luckily we reached out to Erin and was super friendly & accommodating. They took extra care of our pup during those heat waves and We are very grateful for that. I highly recommend Glacier bark kennels ☺️

We stayed last minute with friends at a pet free resort and had to find a boarding place quickly and called several kennels and Erin was the first to respond. She was very accommodating and great to work with. Our dog had a great time and I highly recommend Glacier Bark Kennels.

Took my dog here while I spent some time with family in Glacier Park. He is a large 90 lb German Shepherd, that sometimes has anxiety when I leave him places. He loved it here! He ate almost all of his food that I left with him (which he usually doesn't do while being boarded) and they were available by text to let me know how he was doing. They also live on-site which is very valuable when boarding dogs. I will definitely go back when I am home visiting relatives and traveling. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in boarding around the Flathead Valley. It means a lot when you feel good about leaving fur-babies in good and trustworthy hands, so you don't have to worry while on vacation. :)

The grounds and Erin seem nice, but because of how my dogs reacted we won't be back. I don't like the fact they are only open certain hours, but it fit our schedule so we took them. They were safe, and they ate. So in a pinch this would work. But my girls couldn't wait to leave. My girls are easy to please. They both needed to go to the restroom as soon as we got home. I don't know why they were unhappy, but they were. Also I felt pressured to leave a tip. I'm already paying $20 per dog, frustrating. BTW, had my dogs enjoyed it more the tip wouldn't have bothered me.

My daughter was getting married, with all the family and their kids coming to town I did not want to stress my dogs out so I wanted to kennel them. My usual kennel was booked up and had no room for my dogs, but gave me a few referrals. Glacier Bark was one of the. I called and their hours were on their machine and even though it was not their open hours, Erin sent me over a text to get the details for my dogs. She informed me of what I needed to bring, their hours and how drop off and pick up. She was kind up front about all the details even told me I could bring my dogs bed, blankets or what ever else I wanted to make them feel more at home. The facility was super nice and the dogs had amazing areas to play. I loved the idea of the dogs being around other dogs without the stress of them all in one yard. I loved that they were a loud to be around other dogs and still be able to have their own space. Over all it was an amazing experience. Every kennel is different and to find the right one for you, you need to know what you are looking for. So ask the following questions...Are the dogs placed together in the yard?Do the dogs have their own dog run?Can I bring my dogs personal items or must I use ones that are provided? Can I bring my dogs food? What are your drop off and pick up times?Based on the answers to your questions you will know if this is the right place for you. It was a GREAT place for my dogs, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

My fiance' and I drove to Glacier National Park from South Carolina for a 2 week hiking and camping trip bw 2 states. Although I didn't end up taking my pup to be boarded for a day or two I still wanted to give Erin a well deserved 5 stars. I called several boarder/kennel in the area and she was the only one who ALWAYS communicated with me. If she couldn't answer the phone she texted me. I also accidentally left my pups shot record at home and she was understanding and allowed the SPCA to email them. She was the only one who responded and showed interest in my business and that my dog would be looked after! Thank you Erin!

The people I met when I dropped my baby off and when I picked her back up were very nice. She looks happy and excited when I picked her up. There are plenty of rooms for potty and separate place for running and they also provide raised bed and bowls for food and water. You need to provide the food and blanket or anything your baby will need to sleep.

This is an excellent kennel in Columbia Falls on the way to Glacier Park. This clean kennel has several large, outside play areas separating dog sizes with attention to your dogs temperament. The inside kennel is clean with raised bedding areas. The concern for your dog's safety is obvious. We will definitely use Glacier Bark for years to come.

Facilities were clean and the owners are nice, but my dog did not enjoy her stay here at all. As a rescue, I think it brought back a lot of anxiety to be kept in a run with several other loud, barking dogs next to her all day. It was good in a pinch, especially while traveling, but I wouldn’t take her here again.

I gave the star to Erin, she’s nice and easy to communicate with. But this place is so dirty. When we got there, she put our pups in the yard so we can go inside sign the document.I noticed the outside yard full of dog waste💩,looks terrible than a dirty dog park. And the kennel smells exactly same as the airport pet toilet,it was so bad. While I was signing the paper work,Erin opened the inside room door for a second, came out the bad smell right away…she was like”oops someone had an accident…”.It can’t be just one accident. At this point,I started feeling nervous to leave my dogs here. After signing the papers she just let us leave without even showing us where our pups place to stay. So I asked her to show us,then no surprise that it was just that “one accident “ room. She opened the door, turned on the lights (yes,it’s completely dark),OMG it looks just like a shelter!!Honestly I have to hold my breath there. With one empty kennel where she put our two small pups in(two small breeds around 10lb),all others were labs,Haskins large dogs, not to mention there were dogs barking crying.I was shocked and I believe so were my pups.I should have taken them out at this point, but I didn’t.My husband and I we left with all the worries nervous…I was so emotional thinking my fur babies stay in that dark urine smell room maybe even sleep on the cold concrete floor (I didn’t see the cute bed as in the pictures). We went back picked up our dogs right away.During this short time, about an hour or two,Erin was nice to feed them and even texted about the food we brought, and kindly let us pick up our dogs even it was after hour.I appreciated the understanding. But when we got there, she could not even tell us which dog ate the food or one ate all,I guess she was busy taking care of that many dogs or she didn’t really care…And the next day morning one of our dogs was sick, severe diarrhea,he was rarely being sick since we got him four years ago.Maybe he was terrified,or the drinking water or bowls.Luckily he is ok now.Really bad experience. It ruined our trip, don’t be fooled by the cute pictures like me.

The kennel inside stunk beyond words!!! t threw out their bedding. The car ride to the RV with the the dogs gave me an instant instant headache😖… gave them both a bath as soon as I could get them in the RV… put out a bowl of water snd they both drank and drank and drank. One pup came home with an ear infection.felt so bad to have put them in that filthy environment.
