My stay at the Ninepipes Lodge was absolutely lovely. From the quality of the rooms to the taste of the food, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the establishment. Everything was updated and the complimentary breakfast was terrific. All the staff members were incredibly kind and it was clear their goal was to provide the best service to their guests. :) To top it all off, there is an adorable coffee shop right next door, perfect for working remote or just plain relaxing.Food & drinks: The food and the service at the bar attached to the hotel was terrific! A place I would enjoy dinning at regardless if I was staying at the hotel or not.Noteworthy details: Each room had its own individual water boiler, french press, and locally roasted coffee beans, along with a “buy one get one” coupon for the coffee shop next door. Very nice touches to an already pleasant stay.

Nice enough spot with good views of the mountains, keep in mind it’s right off the highway so there’s a ton of road noise. Be warned - if you book “the sunset room view” be advised that is the highway view rooms with tons of noise. The walls are quite thin - if you value peace and quiet this 100% is NOT the place to stay on a vacation. It’s quite loud in the rooms from the bar traffic until about midnight to only be awoken at 6am to hotel staff vaccuming the hallway with what sounds like a tornado siren of a vacuum cleaner?! Not the best thing to be woken up to.. Overall the price isn’t too bad - it could be lower to reflect the overall experience you get from this place.Despite being pretty on the outside and the rooms being clean and semi newly renovated it lacks a lot of major features to make this pretty disappointing for the price point. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful, nor accommodating whatsoever and the paper thin walls where you can literally hear every single thing going on around you do not help the situation.

Dog hair everywhere in the sheets and bed along with room keepers kept knocking every 30 minutes waking us up in the morning 3 hours before checkout. The cleaners were in our room cleaning before we checked out and got all of our stuff out and the receptionist was just standing there looking at me like I’m stupid when I when too talk too her about check out. Do not recommend there’s no sink in the bathroom and out tv was “out of service” because they didn’t pay the bills. I would not recommend for anyone unless your coming too eat food even then it’s overpriced

Just ordered $65 worth of food to go. Two half-hearted appetizers and one sandwich with a forgotten side. They forgot the salads. Paid $15.99 for 9 pieces of calamari. Cool, thanks. The larger portion of soup to-go barely fed a 10 month old baby. I don’t feel like it was a fair exchange for my money whatsoever. The service was wonderful and kind but I was completely ripped off for my money.

Heres the deal. Their food is delicious, but until they hire someone else to run the front counter and take call in orders I will never eat here again. As i’m on the phone placing a to go order she thinks shes being sneaky telling the cook how much of a pain we are for ordering breakfast 15 min before they stop serving it. And why did you take the sirloin and eggs off the menu when clearly there are people still wanting it? If I owned this place she would have been fired months ago for the way she treats people.

We loved our stay here. Very nice facility. The bar was still open even though we got there quite late. Enjoyed a couple drinks and conversation with the bartender. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice scenery looking out the back windows of the dining area, as well as across the street from the front of the lodge. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. Rooms clean but problem with a few flies. Had largest room but only negative was wife stating heavy footsteps all night long. She couldn't sleep. Probably workers. Otherwise will be back but rooms furthest from main desk. Restaurants great with excellent service. Comp breakfast very good. Awesome animal scenes in bar.Nearby activities: Buffalo plains very good adventure

Incredibly stunning geography and landscapes. Lodge rooms are rather on the small side, however, but very clean.No over-the-air network TV...... everything is streaming, and it's bring-your-own (so, if you click on the Netflix button on your TV screen at Ninepipes Lodge, you'd better have a Netflix account with password). TV itself had an excellent picture and a good large screen.....nice refrigerator, nice microwave. All went well..... jes' wish the rooms were a bit larger.Food & drinks: full restaurant and full bar

I was supposed to stay here last week. I checked in with the gentleman at the front who was super nice. I went into my room and all I could smell was old musty smell like mold. I immediately went back to the front desk and let him know there was no way I could stay in there as my allergies kicked in immediately and was sneezing bad. He offered to put me in a different room as they had one that didn't have carpet. I let him know there's no way I was going to risk it. While he was super nice and understood I did call today to talk to the manager to try to get some of my money ($300!!) back and was told they do not have any issues whatsoever and that there's been someone in that room for the last week. #1 No, there hasn't as I was there and checked out less than a week ago unless they booked after I left so they should give me back my money. #2 She needs to learn customer service better. All in all I was super excited about staying here because from the website it's gorgeous. Also with rooms being $300 I was expecting it to be a lot nicer than it was.

I wish we knew about this lodge sooner! Loved the scenery and mood of the lodge. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff was very kind. They even have a dog named Porter who is adorable! The food is really good and I loved the gift shops, museum and location! Nine Pipes Dining is the valley's best kept secret. A wonderful place to lunch on a leisurely trip between Missoula and Polson. Excellent Clam Chowder. REAL Ruben with tender, succulent corned beef. Grilled Chicken Club and BLT also great delights. Pleasant and efficient service and THE VIEW is nothing short of reverential wonder ! Stop and take a break instead of simply whizzing down the road.

A good hotel overall. The rooms are clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the breakfast area.I do wish the water pressure in the shower was stronger. The bath water pressure was strong but as soon as it is switched to shower it's barely working.The breakfast options are potatoes, eggs, bacon and pork sausage. I do wish there were other meat options available for those who don't eat pork.Potatoes were pretty much the only breakfast option for vegans there so bring your own breakfast if you want something different.Nearby activities: There is a coffee shop with a swing and slide set for kids right next to the hotel which is great for those traveling with families.

The food was very good. They have a fly problem in the restaurant. Sadly it was very annoying having a fly land on your food. They left the door open to the patio where people eat outside. That was letting flies into the restaurant. The next time I go there, will be in the winter, then it will be fly free.Please do something about the flies. 😵‍💫

W here one Saturday after some running around in town. At approx. 2 or 3pm, I was served maybe the best burger and fries I've had in a long long time. I've been here before but only for dinner, which is also great. The burger and fries were literally perfect.It was the bison burger I believe, with no tomatoes. The view here is pretty great too from the dining room. The bar view is of the parking lot, the dining room view is of the Mission Mountains and a bucolic little pond, as shown in the pretty incredible picture I've attached, which was actually taken from the dining room. There is outside seating also which is nice if it's not too windy.Anyway, we'll be back.Nearby activities: Nine Pipes Wildlife Refuge is almost right across the highway.Walkability: There's asphalt and a large sidewalk fronting the restaurant. There are no steps into the bar area and bathrooms are pretty close to either the bar or the dining room. Into the dining room there is one or two steps down, but I think there are alternatives, like a large room next to it with the same view.

Service was not bad but the room was horrible. The heater was so loud and the room was right next the highway I got zero sleep. The bar closed at 10pm and she wasn't the nicest letting us know. Beautiful view but not the place to go to relax. It sounded like a truck stop. I wont be going backRooms: Loud and you can hear everything

Took my parents there for their anniversary dinner. We all ended up ordering burgers. But even before we sat down the place was riddled with flies all over the tables. Very unsanitary.All of our burgers were over cooked and dry. The onion rings were overcooked. My burger was so salty I could barely eat it.We had heard such great things about this place as being locals and were very unimpressed by the food.

The rooms are big and clean, the views are stunning and the food in the restaurant is delicious.The only bad thing I have to say is that the service in the restaurant could have been better.We felt like at first we didn't get the staff attention when we wanted to ordered, but after we ordered we felt rushed during our meal.In addition to that, they made a mistake with the bill - they charged us for something although they said it was free, and couldn't fix it for some technical reason.
