Employees are always helpful, polite & courteous. If you check out the online app you can save alot of money. Prices are great. I buy all my detergent & paper products here. Clearance items are worth checking out also. They close at 10:00P.M. every night. Drive up Pharmacy also very convenient if you're in a hurry.

Stopped going there unless I absolutely have to. I called and called after my Dr prescribed something for covid. They said I had nothing available so I thought my Dr forgot. Nope. They knowingly withheld it from me. They're always super rude and slow there. I know it's been tough finding help EVERYWHERE but the amount of rudeness that happens there is astounding. I will never go back. Most of my Dr's have had problems with them being slow, rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional.

I’m at Walgreens and they just told me it’s gonna be $80 for a tetanus shot without insurance. 80 dollars for a vaccine that’s been around for a very long time.I was expecting 20 bucks or something. It’s one of our most basic vaccines.Yeah, corporate healthcare sure seems to be doing great.My only other option would probably be an ER visit at even more money.Well it’s better than lockjaw I reckon. Stepped on a rusty thumbtack this morning and it’s been almost 10 years to the day since my last shot.Corporate medicine means profit over care. I’m fortunate enough to be able to pay it. So many others would be risking it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I frequently am told my prescription will be filled and ready in 2 hrs and after I wait the 2 hrs and show up, they are not even filled. This happens almost every time. It sounds like from the reviews that I’m not the only one. Also the staff can be rude.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Walgreens. It’s really sad when it doesn’t matter what you do or say, you can’t get the cashier to smile even a little bit very unhappy person.

I have dropped my prescription off at 9 this morning and have now went back 3 times to them up just to find out they haven't been filled yet, im mad about i need my antibiotics and they continue to treat me like i don't exist or am not priority..Not cool man

I had gone in, as it is three days before payday, to use some points, only to find out that they started expiring them yesterday. I was a complete mess, and the assistant manager was amazing, helped me figure out why the points I though should be there weren't. Haven't been going there a lot, but definitely will start more with the awesome customer service I received today!

Pharmacy staff is always rude. They all need training in how to be kind, how to greet customers, to smile, and to not argue and be defensive towards customers. Even 5 years ago, the way they treat customers would warrant human resources stepping in and requiring training. Be kind, be thoughtful, be courteous, be respectful and act as if you appreciate your jobs and customers or just go home. I have numerous witnesses towards staff awful disrespects and unkind customer services, it is not just me concerns or complaints. If you need coffee i will bring you coffee. Please, anyone considering walgreens, go across the street to safeway pharmacy instead. I know for a fact that they are professional and courteous unlike walgreens who are even just unhappy to be at work and seem to take it out on customers consistently. Walgreens in missoula is great, just not Butte.

The RX Techs here need better training and need to actually listen to customers. Wasted an hour for them to find out I had a refill all along and my other Walgreens had to call them, since they refused to call when I asked the RX Tech to. They didn’t even acknowledge there was a mistake or apologize for the inconvenience. I think the RX Techs here just don’t care about customer service.

A great addition to Butte when it comes to prescription fills and pharmacy support staff that is professional and courteous. The store also has a pretty remarkable selection of both grocery and household items with plenty of market selection sales. I myself prefer Walgreen's and enjoy the huge selection of health. And nutrition items for sale.

I don't know if I just come at the wrong times or perhaps the staff and myself are both in bad mood on the same days, but this is the worst customer service pharmacy I have ever been to. I complain they dont acknowledge me. They don't seem to have my prescriptions ready even though I wait days before picking my prescriptions up. I am definitely looking for a better pharmacy.
