We went in today to buy some ammo, and I’ll admit that they have good prices. The gun counter staff though are a bit on the unapproachable side. We asked for location of an item and where met with hostility. It was very unprofessional. While I’ll admit I enjoy the rest of the staff, that was rather offensive and I would hope that in general they don’t treat everyone with that level of disrespect.

I order 3 carhart t shirts back at the end of August. Here in December there not here. I was told about a month ago go they had been shipped. I called a couple of weeks ago and the person said mine had not come in but there was some my size on the racks. I had them save 3. When I went to pick them up I got told that they might have put them on the floor. What poor service. 4 months and no call to let me know .

6/7. By time we finished I think we had the whole store helping us. Very friendly and excited about our trip for us.  Needed warm, water proof gloves for white water rafting.  Winter stock was almost gone but they found what we needed.  Great store! Followup: after rafting - very happy with the gloves!

Great place to go. They give the best Veterans discounts. They have the best sizes. Everything fits just right. Does not shink or overly expand after washing. Great happy staff and very helpful. Just try not to buy anything made in Vietnam or China.

Asked someone for a price on something that wasn't mark. When we got to the checkout it was 3 times more expensive than we were told. It wasn't too big of a deal except the fact their attitude was basically that we were an inconvenience for even mentioning it. It is hard to give this such a low score because the gun department is amazing but feeling like I am inconvenience to the other employees doesn't sit well.

Do not bring your side by side here for service, they are not competent. My x3 max is at there shop for almost 6 weeks and they have one billable hour into my machine, my problem was lost boost. The mechanic says it is an exhaust leek you put on a after market exhaust it is leaking. No it was the other end. I get it home start checking it out and my tube connected to air intake blew off . I reconnect the tube and all power back. I am a carpenter not a mechanic that is why I bring it to a pro. Well they are not pro, they are a joke.

I really like this store. They always have what I need for my yard and pets and they do not cost an arm and a leg like the hardware stores. They also have some of the nicest people working for them.

Amazing customer service!!! The 2 guys in Service busted their butts in a rain storm so we could take our trailer home that night. Despite a few glitches, the guys got the job done. Nick the Manager, was on it and made sure we were happy. Actually everyone we encountered was awesome. I'll shop there any day knowing how hard the staff work!! Good job!!

Excellent gun selection and very knowledgeable staff. Josh was his name I believe. He really took lots of time to explain all aspects of the product I was looking at. The entire staff in the gun department are 5 star all the way. Believe me I have been in a lot of gun departments and I am not ignored at the counter and they take the time to explain which ever product you are looking at. Murdoch's gun department is my first stop when looking for anything gun related. I almost never have to look any further.

I have applied 3 times for the same job throughout the years, dropped off resumes early in the morning and in the afternoon. I have been turned down each time with a deer in the headlights expression of "no we are not hiring at this time". We'll is says different on their website and on jobsites.Looks like I will have to paint myself WHITE just to get an interview or more than 1min of there busy day. Not only will I not shop there anymore but I don't wanna work for a company that discriminates people and makes them feel like they don't belong there.

Decent store. Clothes are a little expensive. They should carry more tools than just dewalt. Its decent home owner stuff, but no tools there I would buy. They do have a good selection of dog food

Went to get air filter and just got alot of attitude from 2 people at parts desk. One tall man was helpful. Others were just rude. Been shopping here for 30 years, probably wont be back as it is obvious they don't need my business.
