I've been visiting this place for about three years now. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! The owner is a very friendly and awesome young fellow. When you walk into this establishment, first thing you notice is happy employees enjoying their place of work! That was proof enough that the management is treating the employees well!They have an excellent selection of liquor and a large cigar humidor which was quite impressive for Montana!I didn't get the owner's name. But I want to tell him to keep up the good work! Happy employees produce more! I'll be visiting this place again for sure!

My sister and I were in gambling the afternoon of 10/1, very easy going and not demanding of anything. Wouldn’t have mattered if we were demanding though because we had to interrupt the managers pizza party with his friends to ask for new drinks. Before he traded shifts he charged us for our beers (we were $80 in and max betting so that confused us) what really got us however was when we were openly called the hard C’s while he was walking away…. For doing absolutely nothing, we have no clue what sparked it 😅 we both work in the bar & casino industry and could never fathom this being acceptable behavior. So cheers Nate, thanks for assuring neither us or our friends will ever be returning.

I frequent to store and shop portion on a daily basis. As for the casino portion, I did recently but never again. I'm getting charged for a drink when I'm dumping a few $20's in the machine. Yeah, never again. That needs to be corrected.

Best smoke shop in town, and has been for many years. Nice little casino, liquor store, fine cigar walk in humidor, with Cubans, i might add. Smoke accessories, gadgets, and an ‘ADULTS ONLY SECTION’ that is respectfully almost out of public sight. The only thing missing is…nothing really. The only Complete smoke shop within a 100+ mile radius. And there’s beer too!!

This is the best smoke shop in town! Large selection of tobacco, kratom, alcohol, and gifts for all your smoking needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and even DRIVE THROUGH service! Easy to find and lots of parking, plus they are open until 10 pm 7 days a week.

I didn't know what to make of this place for the first few years then, I went in. They have great service and did a great job during the pandemic (spring) with their drive through-only service. They have a good humidor room and they seem to be stocking more cigar brands now. I have gotten some dry ones on occasion but most have been good and they do a 20% off day on the 20th of each month. They have a smaller liquor section with some of the best prices in town. They also have a decent beer selection. I've never had to wait in a line and the staff is well trained and super-friendly. The also have a little head shop and plenty of traditional tobacco products and accessories. Its kind of like the Man Store in Helena but better.

I have only been treated with kindness and respect. Inside, drive thru, liquor store, casino. I love this place and the employees are friendly and deeply apologetic if they see you’ve waited. The only suggestion I would have is to have a window cash register too. Sometimes inside I have to wait for window to get rung up and sometimes in drive they I have to wait for someone inside to get rung up. Other than that, I’m so glad you’re here in Butte.

They employ the nicest people they will go out of their way to help you in any situation. The drive-up window is handy. They always have dog treats available for my baby girl [missy moo moo] even when I don't use the drive up. Their always stocked and have what you need!

I decided to dare to go in despite the negative reviews. I was really surprised and pleased by the friendly service. Both guys were super nice and the prices are as cheap as in Phoenix AZ. The lady who was rude is gone. Go check for yourself!! Huge selection and I was not hovered over nor do I for one minute think there were any drug sales happening.

Always friendly service, fast on the inside, however, the drive-through could use a bit more speed. I've sat there quite a long time a few times. I'm sure there may be reasons, but please speed up the reasons. 😊 Other than that, I always visit Gilligan's when I'm in town.

I always choose Gilligan's to purchase my favorite spirits and I have back pain and am needing surgery before I'm in a wheelchair for life. Gilligan's features a drive up window so I don't have to walk at all just go to window and the are fast and efficient with our services. Also a liquor store and your friendly neighborhood casino.

Expect you to drive there to find out prices on items. I feel like being told to drive all the way out there is ridiculous. I guess the lady that answered was having a bad night. Made it clear she would rather lose the buisness. It seems like that's a 50/50 chance when you walk in the door or call is to be treated poorly.
