I have been going with CVS pharmacy for over 25 years for my med refills. Never had a problem and the staff has always been helpful, however I encountered a new pharmacist by the name I believe is Sandoz. He was very rude and unprofessional when I called to refill the meds I needed. He threatened and told me he didn't need to fill my meds and would gladly transfer me to another pharmacy and accused me of being rude. He was very unprofessional, rude and confrontational and I could clearly tell he wasnt happy with his his job. I have made the choice to switch pharmacys because of his threats and unprofessionalism. Please give him more training for professional customer contact and his rude and inconsiderate customer care. Because of him I will never return to CVS.

Have used CVS for years. They are great at recognizing medication allergies, answer questions about insurance and payments, and concerns about OTC interactions. They helped us find discounts for a medication that wasn't covered also. Love the text notifications for refills and when ready to pick up!
