First of all the town is adorable. So very quiet even on a Saturday night.Location is perfect if you want a place to stay in between Little Bighorn and Mt. Rushmore. Most importantly this inn is lovely. The rooms are nicer than anything you would get with a chain hotel. They are nicely appointed, comfy and clean. It really has everything you need for a comfy stay including a washer and dryer.Making the reservation and check in were easy and the communication has been great. Would definitely recommend the Sagebrush Inn.

A very cute and quiet hotel in the lovely town of Broadus. Great place to stop if you have been traveling for awhile and need a good nights rest. Beds are very comfortable. Service was friendly, we booked over the phone and were sent our door code immediately. Clean and warm room awaited us on the chilly evening. Also they are pet friendly which is amazing. The hotel was so quiet, it was great for some much needed rest and relaxation. Would recommend this place to anyone!Rooms: Cozy yet plenty of space, clean with comfortable bedsNearby activities: Restaurants, casinos/game rooms, bowlingSafety: Very small and safe town.Walkability: Everything is within a few blocks.

Price gouge much? Way over priced! The bed felt like sleeping in a ditch and the water is disgustingly slimy. The 20 year old a/c window unit did not keep the room cool. I do not recommend.

I was in Broadus for CNA Training and stayed at the Sagebrush Inn!! I loved the fact that I was able to check in late at night with the key pad on the door to my room! The room was simple, clean, and very user friendly! Fresh towels were always stocked and the bed were very comfortable! I liked the bedside tables with the ability to charge phones/devices and fold down. I would definitely stay here again!!

After all the hotels were booked in our original stop we happened to find this place online. Spoke with Josie on the phone and she was so kind and patient even when our call dropped multiple times, room was exceptionally clean and lovely, breakfast was amazing and the whole place has such a lovely atmosphere. One of the best places I’ve gotten to stay I’m so glad we found this place!Rooms: Incredibly clean and cozy. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was cleaner than any hotel I’ve seen.

Great motel! Lovely rooms, nicely done with microwave and fridge. clean and comfortable, good shower/water pressure. They have a free charger for ev cars. Just FYI - no shampoo, so make sure to bring your own (better for the environment anyway). Breakfast was your basic continental. They've created a very nice atmosphere with courtyard gazebo area.

Nice room size and set-up. Clean and inviting after a long trip. Besides the kitchenette and other conveniences of the rooms, the separate breakfast room, little porches and central pavilion along with massage chair, coin laundry and ice machine made it into a lovely little place. I would definitely stay there again!Rooms: The room was clean, cool, and refreshing when we arrived. It had all the conveniences of a small fridge, decent microwave, and small coffee machine, along with basic toiletries, hair dryer, and a mounted TV that we never used. I was so glad they also served breakfast! All in all, it was a nice little place, and I would definitely stay there again!Safety: Our room had two separate entrances, both with deadbolt locks. The entrance from the hallway had a keypad lock but the other door, which allowed for easily unloading the car, could only be opened from the inside.Noteworthy details: Loved the inviting little pavilion that greeted us when we arrived after a long trip. Even offered a massage chair along with ice and a coin laundry!

Great value for only $109. Good drive up location. (Our SUV was right outside the door for easy access). The room was clean. The hotel has some extra amenities that are unusual and nice, such as, free bikes for riding around the small town (just grab and go), and a nice full-size massage chair in the ice/laundry room. AC was good. Another cool feature was that as we approached (2-3 hours away), a front desk staff person (Brandi) just emailed us our room number and code for the lock. This was nice since we didn't have to go to the front desk upon arrival. Wish more hotels were like this.Just a couple of negative things. The beds in our room were the old spring beds and when I turned over, my wife felt it. The breakfast was minimal. Also, our room didn't have a hair dryer. However, the next morning the housekeeper found one for us.Overall, we would return.

This was a great place to land after a long day of driving! Very quiet and peaceful. The entire place was very clean and neat. We enjoyed the continental breakfast room as well. (It would've been nice to have had water bottles available...) The bathrooms were so clean! I didn't feel nervous to let the baby wander around or play on the floor in our room because it clearly is kept up well. We will definitely stay here again if we're driving thru the area! The owners are very responsive and texted the door codes well in advance so we could just let ourselves in when we arrived later in the evening. Thanks so much for the great stay!

My sister and I stayed at this inn 01/2023. We were making our trip across the country to New Jersey to move her over there and we were originally just going to stay in the car to sleep but we couldn't get comfortable. We looked up inns closest to us and this one was just 2 blocks away. I called really late, maybe 1130pm?, and they had a room available so we booked it. The door code was texted to us which was so nic and what a great ease of access to the room we had. The room was well kept and nice. We only stayed for that night, really only a 6 hours, and it was a really reat experience. The only things I would say that I didn't give it a 5 star reilview is that the breakfast was very minimal and the bread/ donut options were a tad stale along with the cereal. My sister said the milk tasted odd too. I had a bagel and was bummed there was no cream cheese or other bagel options besides plain.

My husband and I were in love with this little inn. It was just an overnight stay, but we were so happy with what we paid for. The inn offered a pack-and-play for our 5 month old, and had it already in our room when we checked in! The check-in process was beyond easy, the inn texted the door code to us for entry and we didn't have to check-in to a front desk upon arrival. The breakfast selection in the morning was delicious, there was A/C in the room along with a mini kitchenette. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose!

This has got to be one of the best little hotels I've ever stayed in. We stopped by for a night on our cross country road trip. The room was clean, with an easy keyless code entry, and it had all the basics of a hotel room that we needed. There was a self serve breakfast room with pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, coffee and tea.I actually left an expensive item in my room and a lovely person on the staff there named Stephanie arranged to mail it to me. I can't say enough about this place and how friendly and helpful the staff were!

I didn't think that in the middle of nowhere, I could find such a perfect place with perfect service and perfect accommodation. I perfectly thank the lady who took care of me, I never saw her, but it was super great online. Everything is clean and pleasant my stay here. Thank you very much and I'll be back soon

I spoke with both Dan & Jenny & they were REAL nice & real good at taking care of you & their hotel! Rates are reasonable, quiet & one thing they left off was a coin op laundry one of each w/d & cheap w/d, plus....there's more! A high end massage chair available for guests!!! If you are EVER thinking of going near the area, book a room EARLY as they sell out nearly every night!!!You can't find a nicer hotel in the area or in a big town! Do not miss out!

This review is based on my experience from June of 2021. Sage Brush Inn was a life saver as I was travelling across the country from the Pacific Northwest. If it wasn't for this place, I would have slept in my car. My room was very clean and tidy. Also, the owner here is very agreeable and made no issue about receiving payment post facto. He helped me a lot. Thank you.

Cute little bed and breakfast place. Clean and cozy. We arrived late and they have key codes on the doors which made it nice for us weary travelers just to walk right in and get settled. They serve breakfast but it's on the smaller side. They have bikes you can borrow too. Friendly host.

Super cute place to stay! The room was clean and the owners... very nice people. :) The breakfast was home cooked food and very tasty. We arrived for breakfast as they were putting it away. She was gracious enough to put it back out for us. You won't get that at a hotel chain. This will definitely be my choice of stay when I come through here.

The room was good size, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. I took two stars off because the sheets looked like they haven't been changed in awhile. There were food crumbs and multiple people hairs all over. Luckily for me I had my own sheets and pillows because im moving to another state. Lastly the A/C didn't work so the room was very warm all night.

This little town has THE BEST INN. After driving 10 hours it was so easy to get in and the room was clean and comfortable. It's the best "hotel" I've stayed at in a long time. If you need a halfway point for driving long distance choose the sagebrush Inn. Amazing. We are moving states and I will be coming through here again next week and will be booking again.
