We broke down the other day and Elwin towed us to the dealer at a much better price that any other towing company around. Moreover, he allowed us to leave the trailer on his yard which saved us a couple thousand dollars in tow.He advised us the best he could and did the best he could.Thanks Elvin Grant!

I am forever grateful to Elwin and Dean. After a deer hit my car, my car started making dreadful noises. Then when I stopped at a rest stop it totally died and would not budge. I was alone with my cat on my way from Canada to Arizona and Elwin sent Dean to my rescue. It was the end of the day on a Saturday and Dean showed up and spent hours on my car. We called it a day and he towed it to their shop. I stayed in a motel and he drove me and picked me up the next day, which was a Sunday, and made sure I had everything I needed then took me back and kept working on my car. I didn’t think it could be salvaged, but he got it running and checked everything to make sure I’d be safe. Then he and Elwin even put on a rearview mirror for me to replace the one the deer had knocked out. These guys are not only great mechanics, they are so very kind and were my saviors. The price seemed fair too, with a pay-it-forward for the mirror. Thank you so much Dean and Elwin!

Rolled in here on a Sunday morning with a blowen radiator in a semi. Sunday afternoon radiator was out, Monday morning replacement found and delivered to shop by noon, 5:30 Monday afternoon back on the road.. great shop.. great guys working there..

I broke down just outside of town and was towed into this shop,the owner was great, very helpful and honest guy.Being the only truck shop in the area, I could of easily been taken advantage of but not the case with this shop.Can't express enough how much I appreciated everything they did to help me.Sometimes it does take a while to get through on the phone....most of the time he was working on a truck and there isn't someone to answer the phones, it is usually just him.

Turbo failed at their location and got check in and repair on the same day. Grant truck repair is the one you need time call first , hand down the best of the best he went way above getting parts in I will return to his location fair prices and fast service. If I went to a dealer or another repair shop I would still be waiting a month just for parts.. Ty grant truck repair.

This was the best experience I've had at a shop in a long time, owner ,family, pets, mechanics all great folks. They done a great job, and was truly concerned with the drivers well being. I am sorry to say but this business is completely unprofessional doing shotty work for to much money and you end up with the issue 2 days later and end up paying for the same repair twice because it was done poorly. I believe Karen flowers review and am here to tell you avoid this shop unless you like to fix the issue 2 days later.

while on a 7 week vacation, we had a steer tire blow out on our class A just west of Alzada. After dealing with Good Sam’s, Grant’s drove over an hour to change the tire, in the dark. We followed him back to his shop and he allowed us to sleep there for the night. They are a smaller shop and did not have the tires we needed, but drove to another town to get them the next morning. While we were waiting for the tires, Elwin tinkered with our steps(that had gotten stuck out when the tire blew) and put in a toggle switch so the steps would work until we made it home. He quickly installed the tires and we were on our way. We are thankful for the quick and painless service at a fair price. I recommend Grant’s and Elwin whether you are local or traveling.Services: Tires, Electrical

I’m a Canadian and I’ve been here multiple times now and I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been to multiple repair shops with my truck and trailer and this place is by far the best.Grant is super knowledgeable and his team are hard working and friendly. They’ve given me rides to motels with a layover, let me use their vehicles for running around.They treat you like family and the prices are more than fair compared to anywhere I’ve been.You’ll feel super comfortable being here and confident in the work done on your rig or trailer.I’ll continue to give them any work that is needed and make sure if I can, save any work for here.They also have a great dog Meathead who is loving and wants nothing but to play fetch.Great placeGreat workEven better people

I wanna start off by saying GRANT trucking and repair did hands-down the most amazing work on my Kenworth W900. He not only came out and helped drag my truck and trailer into town he also gave me a ride to the local hotel and treated me like family. I've been to this shop a few times already and they did a great job. One time I needed a turbo actuator installed. It was on a Sunday of a long weekend and if it wasn't for them I would've been stuck until Tuesday. They got the job done right for a reasonable price.

Fast response,great knowledge of all makes and models I observed while I was there, my repairs weren't as dire,as drivers were getting stranded in an ice and snow storm, I commend he and his crews as they worked thru the-30 degree temp all nite long. Great service,best roadside service and shop I have dealt with in 30 plus years. My truck was derated to 5 mph with dpf issues and 30 minutes after I called them they were out there and started on the problem , isolated the problem got the parts chased down and had me going by the end of the day at a reasonable rate , I would recommend them any time . Got the number saved on my phone !!I wonder if he works on maxforce boat anchors 😳 if so , I got one I'd love to bring his way

To say the least, these guys are downright awesome. I had a trailer bearing failure at a valley 25miles west of Broadus MT, called them and they came to my resque. It wasn't something they could have fixed on the side of the road, it needed a spindle replacement. so he chained up my axle so I could get to the shop.He got an axle guy for me and had my spindle replaced, fixed my trailer and its been running great. The invoice was well detailed and to be honest it was fair. Beside being handy and professional, grant treated me as family, was concerned with me too not just my truck, even took me for breakfast and barbequed some delicious steak for me. I would highly recommend Grants Trucking and Repair if you need your truck fixed around this area.

Great service and very accommodating. It just takes extra time and money when you break down in the middle of nowhere but they helped me save a couple dollars and worked on it later than most places would. Only thing I recommend is if you're planning your annual break down here, try to carry a few grand in cash on you because if they put the card number in wrong, Elwin can't be waiting around all night to get paid, apparently he "has a life". Hopefully I'll be able to take a 10 in this area again and if I need any work done on my truck when I stop, I'll try to bring it here. Friendly town, great food and a pleasant experience overall.

Amazing people who truly went above the call. We were stranded on the side of the road and they dealt with several calls, our lost GPS, our battery dying multiple times on the way in and our rig being a RV. Through all of it he was friendly, proficient and professional. Not to bury the lead but in 3 hours he diagnosed the issue, found a new alternator for us, install it and recharged our battery. There is a chance his is an actual angel. Could not have asked for better service and could not have expected to still make our reservation in Billings.

We had an unfortunate collision with a deer on US 212 that ruined our radiator and air intake. Elwin Grant towed us back to his shop for repair. It was an all day adventure as the parts had to be picked up in Billings. But he had us back on the road that evening.The small town family like treatment we received was heartwarming. Elwin provided us with transportation so we could go up town to get some breakfast. This is something you're not gonna experience at a dealership for sure.He was quite knowledgeable and his quality of work far superior to my previous experience with dealership mechanics. I've had less serious work done at a dealership that took 3 days!If you're in the area and need work done on your rig, this is the best place to go.Thanks, Elwin!!!
