Our ambulance had engine trouble in Bridger and these guys were amazing! the minute they herd what was happening they ran right over and got us back on the road as quickly as possible even with it being the day before Thanksgiving and most of the staff had already left for the day. This is a year late, but still worth adding. Steven went above and beyond for us after hitting a deer. He borrowed us his truck to finish out our drive and made the arrangements for our truck to get fixed while we enjoyed our vacation! If I’m ever in that situation again, they would be the company I would call! Sorry it took so long for me to write a review!

Carbon Towing was very helpful & professional when they came to my assistance after I collided with a deer on the highway. The driver offered to let me & my dog warm up in his truck while we waited for the highway patrol to arrive. A friend of mine came to pick me up & the tow truck driver suggested we drive to a nearby off the highway location to transfer my belongings (including Christmas gifts for my family in ND) to my friends car. He was very helpful & courteous. Thank you Carbon Towing!

I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of towing or mechanical work. Steve is a genuine good guy who is willing to take the hard jobs that other businesses turn away. When we found ourselves stranded in an a remote and difficult situation another company was unwilling to assist and advised to call the police. When we were lucky enough to find Carbon Towing, Steve left his family before getting to eat and came to our aid. He didn't shy away from the difficult job because we were in need. He reassured us the entire time, kept in communication and was amazing. We will use Carbon Towing before any other company in Billings or the surrounding areas!

I needed to be in Wyoming to visit a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Had trouble with my 2010 Chevy Silverado with oil pressure issues. I bought a part that I thought could be the issue and called these guys. Dustin and his crew took me in on short notice and after hours!! They replaced the part I bought from Car Quest and replaced the Oil Filter. The guys were understanding, knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue. After talking with them I found out that they also work for the Bridger Fire Department. Pretty Awesome and thank you for your service guys! I cannot give these guys enough thanks for what they did for me!!

What do you do when you get stuck in the Pryors? Call Carbon Towing in Bridger. They know the mountains and they know off road recovery. When we were unable to recover our vehicle the first night Steve was kind enough to let us borrow his personal vehicle so we could get home. The next morning Steve and Dustin made the hour and a half trip back up the mountain to successfully recover the vehicle. They have the right equipment for the job and their knowledge and customer service is second to none.
