I really enjoy the staff here. It has ebbed and flowed over the years but our checkout clerk Owen was really great and amazing with our daughter and the Starbucks barista, Nadia went so above and beyond for my baby girl that it brightened our whole day. I just hope my review helps their superiors know how amazing they made our whole trip and to treat them right because those kinds of employees are hard to find.

Store restrooms are absolutely spotless! Not anywhere near enough cashiers. Everyone was trying to check themselves out and the line was all the way down the aisle past where I could see! Not impressed with this trend of no cashiers. Never really thought it would come to this, but here we are. Not sure what’s next for the public. Will we get a full body scan and a bill sent to our addresses that will be in our dna? Or worse?😬 🤔

Considering how busy target is they could at least staff more than one register rather than expecting the customer to check themselves out. Much less while there is a line for self checkout 20 patrons long. This is unacceptable. Target was once a beacon of customer service and a pleasure to shop at. My how the great have fallen.

My husband and I went to Target yesterday just to grab a couple of items as we are only in town for a few days for work. 2 cashiers working only waited in line for approximately 45 mins while the line was backed up almost half way across the front end of the store. Ran into Target again today once again just a couple of items only this time there was 3 cashiers line backed up approximately half way across the store over 15 mins in line just to check out 3 items. Mind you I have been in the customer service industry for 17 years. This is absolutely terrible customer service when there is clearly enough staff to accommodate to the needs of traffic in the store.

The lady at the self checkout was super impatient and yelled at me when I was confused about what the machine was prompting me to do. She didn’t come up and ask me if I needed any help, she screamed “no you’re doing it wrong” from the other end of the self checkout. You can’t be impatient with people at the self checkouts, especially when the machine is being confusing. Don’t think I’ll be back for a while. It was a super embarrassing and humiliating experience

I got a vinyl and a k pop album here today. Went home and opened the album just to find that almost all the inclusions including the actual CD were missing. Went to look at my receipt so I could maybe bring it to the store to return it, only to find that the cashier scanned the vinyl twice (which was $5 more expensive than the album) but didn’t scan the album, so now I have no proof of purchase for this album AND I was overcharged. Tried calling so I could speak to a manager and ask if I could exchange/get the excess cash back, but the line just rang and rang until I eventually got hung up on. Very frustrating.

This was the most disheveled Target I have ever shopped in. Merchandise on the floor, or in messy piles. Shelves that aren’t stocked at all. It was a depressing shopping experience

The store didn’t make me feel quite welcomed. From when I asked politely the locations of product the staff would answer with sarcasm, and even when I checked out the cashier was rushing me off to grab my items so I can hurry along. Also, nonstop throughout my shopping experience, I continuously was being watched & profiled as if I was some sort of person who steals. It was soooooooooooo obvious & I mean NONSTOP, aisle by aisle, looking at me, looking briefly at my basket, just very uncomfortable. However, regardless of my experience the store overall I must say it’s well kept. They have stock if you’re looking for something, it’s organized, clean, the conditions are great. The only thing I would suggest is they HAVE to do better with the hair line products for people whom have “textured hair,” and that section alone was surprisingly small. I’ve been to PLENTY of Targets in various states, and it’s insane how terrible & tiny that section is. According to my map Bozeman has only 1 Target, and you’re literally in the middle of nowhere (not to mention 1 Wholefoods Market in all of the state that was just opened February 2023🤯). Being that there’s 1 Target, do better w/ your staffs professionalism & definitely definitely DEFINITELY do better w/ your “Textured Hair Line products” it’s ridiculous to compare to other Targets, shameful.

I really enjoy the drive-up service provided by Target. Items ready in 2 hours or less, with no minimum purchase amount, is incredible. Staff is always so helpful and great!

I haven't stepped into Target since they started doing the pick-up. I absolutely loved that you can order and pick it up your order in 2 hours!

This location isn’t too bad but also not great. Definitely stocking issues, and twice now when I have placed an order for drive up, I received an email an hour later stating the multiple things in my purchase were out of stock. Another time I was in the store and was looking for an item that stated was in stock. When asking an employee, he looked into it and stated it’s in a box somewhere in “the back” and won’t be able to do anything about.The employees have (for the most part) always been friendly and the store is clean, however there are problems at this location for stocked merchandise. I feel lately it’s a rare occurrence that an item I am searching for is in stock.

Target was busy today and the women's active wear section was trashed! So I shopped around the rest of the store and found some other goodies to treat myself and when I made my way back the young lady there had it just about back in order! I complimented her on what a great job she had done! Mad props! Overall there was great customer service but I'm just not impressed with the fashions they have currently. Oh well, I found other goodies and sales as I always do there! Made my day!

I shop at target frequently. They typically have what I'm looking for and my experience is fine.Last night was much different. I asked multiple employees for help finding a pair of headphones that showed they were in stock on the app. The lady in electronics didnt even offer to look them up, she just said the inventory was off and oh well. So I went to customer service, and the young gentleman running carside pickup was the only one who tried to help me. The young lady by the name of Ava interrupted me while I asked about the headphones and then gave me rude looks while I waited for her to finish talking to her coworker about personal matters. She then told me the lady in electronics should have looked it up for me and brushed me off. When I mentioned ordering online and doing 2 hour pickup, she interrupted again and told me that was a waste because no one was going to look for them. I understand its hard to find quality employees, but Ava should not be in customer service. She is rude, not helpful and refusing to do the basics of her job. I went to another store and got help from one of ther employees.

I’ve been having a really hard time lately so I went to target to get myself some self care stuff and to just wonder around to get out of the house. I wasn’t dressed in my Sunday best and that must have been a red flag for them because I was followed for the whole hour I was in the store. And I even asked for help from an employee, bought Starbucks but that didn’t stop them. Apparently a girl in her 20s in sweatpants is a threat to a billon dollar corporation… It really didn’t help my mental health to be stared at and followed when I’m trying to do something nice for myself. I’ll shop local next time. This store is always trashed and over ran by almond moms anyway.

There was a worker bringing in a children's cart from the parking lot. He looked and saw me and several cars behind me coming, and what does he decide to do? Walk exceedingly slow and swerve from one side of the lane to the other. It took me over 5 minutes to get parked because he decided to do this. Honestly I was furious. I don't want to shop some where where the workers go out of their way to inconvenience their customers. It's awful.

Although this store does have some issues, the employees really shine through. I visited on December 23rd and the store was very busy. Despite that, the store was well staffed, cashiers were available and everyone was NICE! Even workers clearly busy and hurrying around would stop to answer a question. Electronics really shines through. The young man went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and give me recommendations. He dealt with the volume of customers well. Turned a disappointing experience into a great one. If you were the guy that helped me pick out a video game for my 9 year old daughter for Santa, thank you!! Your kindness really makes a difference!!

I had someone help me and he was very tall with curly hair. Blondish. I think his name was Riley or rylie. He was so rude only cares about some girl. Pretty sure it was his girlfriend or wife. Either way when relationships start taking a hold of your business your doomed. I hope this person will help other people in the future. Won't be back!

I used to look forward to shopping here but I was very disappointed this time. I had about $300 of clothes to try on which I likely would have bought most of but the dressing rooms were closed. I went to ask customer service if I could leave my cart overnight and come back in the morning to try them on. It was a hard no, even though the store would have closed soon and I could have come back at opening the next day. So I wasted over an hour of my time for nothing. There were also lots of staff at the time stocking shelves. Terrible customer service. I left my cart and will buy what I need somewhere else. If my time and purchase isn’t important I won’t support it.

Literally every single time we order something from this store they cancel it. Clearly their inventory system is a complete mess or they just can’t be bothered to pick the orders, and it’s been like this for months. Shameful.
