The customer service at this location of Staples has been stellar for me (on multiple visits) the past month! Erin (sp?) and Taylor are awesome! I have had a rewards account for 15 years and never once has anyone taken the time to help me problem solve when I shared that I never have seen any benefits from it. Erin walked through the app and showed me where to find my coupons and such. Another huge change is that multiple folks asked me if I needed help when wandering the aisles! That is a first over the years. Something positive has changed over there! Not many big box stores are known for great customer service and that motivates me to share that this one is different! Keep up the fantastic work, Staples in Bozeman. Your customer service makes me want to shop there more. I am sure others will feel the same! Thank you!

I much prefer the customer service and friendliness of the Staples staff at the other (Max Ave) store. Will not be returning to this one, even though it’s closer to me.

Went in to print something and my man JP was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me make my print work when I couldn't figure it out! If you're ever at this location make sure to ask for JP if you need help!!!! Thanks again for all the patience with my complicated booklet

I am shocked at the poor service I received at this store. After multiple phone calls back and forth with a clerk who wasn't even working on my print job, I expressed my concern that it didn't seem like he understood my order and could I talk directly to the staff in the print center. He called me back 1/2 hour later to say the print job was complete, it had been done wrong, but they would only charge me for what I meant to get, not what they made. I arrived to find they did not complete the job. I was told I would not be charged for the error, again, and could I come back in a few hours when the job was complete. I came back again, was told the job was nearly complete, and browsed the store for 1/2 hour waiting. When he went to ring me up, he wanted to charge full price for the botched print job. I asked to speak to a manager, at which time, Jordan, in the most indignant, pompous, entitled, bratty, arrogant manner announced "I AM the manager". He proceeded to tell me how I had screwed up the order, he referenced the email I had sent and disregarded the 5 phone calls clarifying the order, he needed to cover his print and cut costs, and I would be paying the price he stated. I said I wouldn't pay it, and he said fine, I'll put them in the recycling. So now he has no money in his til, not even a reduced charge, a furious customer instead of a satisfied customer, and product in the landfill instead of the customer's hands. Nice work Manager Jordan. FYI, I completed the job at the do-it-yourself copier at FedEx in 1/2 hour and it cost 1/5 of what he was trying to charge me. What a fiasco.

Everyone is super helpful. I take all my big copy jobs there and Jacob is always very helpful!! People are so smart here and appear happy to be at work !! I’ll go out of my way to shop here !

I go here to print all my school stuff and have trouble every time. The people in the print center are never friendly and are lazy. I’m not sure who the guys name is that has been there the last couple times (dark hair- was working when I was there Monday afternoon), but he is so rude and has the worst attitude i’ve ever experienced. Printing here isn’t really worth the headache anymore.

JP at the printing center is an absolute gem! I was on a time crunch and in a pickle. He spent an hour helping me and was so patient. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a printing counter.

Sam saved my day. I was trying to print my 4 boarding passes here, and my "smart phone" would not send it to Staples printer. I needed a program downloaded on my phone; which Sam took upon himself to do for Me and I got my boarding passes for Las Vegas and Florida. Great customer Service!

They had what I needed, but the cashier was FAR too pushy with trying to get my info to sign me up for their rewards program. He asked me repeatedly (enough that it became extremely awkward), making me have to refuse it over and over. Just take no for an answer the first time, please.

The machines work just fine and the staff is very helpful. I find it aggravating Th ay I have to use a card at the machines - if I need 1 copy I have to bring a credit card or charge up a Staples copy center card. Tedious.

I needed an extra large (18" x 36") color copy, and they did a fabulous job. And they were extra quick even though there were several jobs before mine. Thanks a bunch!
