Beautiful store! Safeway's produce and bakery displays are gorgeous, making you feel like you're eating works of art. Everything is clean and shining. There were some manufacture shortages, but the store has no control over that. The deli worker was pleasant and friendly, but did not determine who was next in line. Trying to figure out some of the sales prices was confusing. The cashier, Joel, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the bagger packed the bags quickly and competently. Enjoyable shopping experience.

I love the hometown feel and smaller size of this store. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. It's a bit more pricey than the grocery store down the street. The shelves are unfortunately pretty bare, which makes the selection a bit more tight, but I understand that this may also be an unfortunate circumstance of not having enough employees to maintain the shelves properly. Safeway has been a longtime staple for my family's shopping needs.

We travel full-time and I have say this might be the most organized and clean grocery store in the states. From the parking lot, to all sections inside the store, and to the organized cash registers, someone is paying attention to all the details that matter. Seriously. Plus, every employee was working and appeared to know their tasks for the day as not one person was standing around. I was here two days in a row (because I forgot a few items, lol) and it was the exact same experience both days at different times of day. Please acknowledge the management team and hard workers here. Their efforts are seen and appreciated!

Rob the even store manager is a disrespectful POS. A weasely little kumquat with anger issues. I couldn't imagine this guy serving me in person with the same tone he had on the phone. At least not without great dental benefits. I cannot wait to catch this guy lipping off to someone else.

Love the raw bacon in Safeways sandwiches. I took this back to show the manager. She told me this bacon was cooked. Definitely not. This store is going to put someone in the hospital.

They just refused to let me buy ZERO-ALCOHOL beer without ID. I'm 30. This is the single stupidest thing that has ever happened to me. Might as well start carding people for root beer. I still can't believe this is real life.

Safeway is on par with it's competition for sure. It gets better when you get your safeway club card. I find their salad bar to be the best price in town, so I'm hoping they add to it and make it great! Unfortunately they took away their chick peas which will probably force me to other salad bars. Since January 2019 they seem to have dropped the ball on the salad bar, I'm barely hanging in there. Additionally they sometimes only come in a dollar under Rosaurers, which is sitll substantial depending on how you gauge that... the thing is, it's very much inferior to their salad bar. If you compare their inventory to Town and Country which is just across the street, they have more options, at a higher price.

I want to thank Rob the manager for being so helpful and kind when I was having a issue at the self check out . He fixed it immediately and was such a nice man . Thanks Rob! Safeway has always been my go to store and that's exactly why!!! Great prices and the staff are always pleasant!

The people in sushi department are so professional and friendly.Ask some people to be kind to them. They don't belong to this market. They are independent. If you need their help, please be polite and friendly.Mark, in particular, is a funny man.Anyone who works in this place is very friendly, provided that they are treated politely and kindly. They are our friends.

I was shopping happily yesterday, but when I walked near deli, I saw a lady (maybe kim? ) She is constantly doing something that wastes time, Every time I see her, I can't look for cheese or salsa on the same shelf in deli.and teaching the young people next to her to pursue perfection for deli employees as much as possible. I think that is purely torturing deli employees. They will never ask employees to do something difficult without considering the reality. If I pay for shopping to make them torture people, then well, I won't come again.I have been here for five years, and I have seen her bring endless pain to the employees here again and again.

The store is always super clean but the staff continues to go down hill. We were looking for a specific type of meat so we asked the meat department gentleman, he irritatedly told me he had no idea, I asked if there was anyone that may know, he responded with I doubt it. He said he was way behind and didn’t have time.People shop at Safeway for quality products and great service. It’s one of the most expensive spots to shop in town. Customer loyalty is everything please remember that. I hope my next visit is better.

I am very particular when it comes to my cheese's, I know my cheese's and know how I " want it " out of all the deli shops I've been to here in Gallatin county one particular person stans out who ? BOBBY that's who . Why because I'm or can be be difficult when it comes to how I like it sliced and prepared. Never a hesitation on this employee to avoid me or say he doesn't have time. Awesome employee .

I personally love Safeway stores. This one is incredibly nice inside. There was a gentleman making fresh sushi right there at the deli. They had a wine cooler for their bottles of more expensive wines, and the store was very clean and organized nicely. We were there to pick up flowers for a bouquet for our daughter. We ended up purchasing two different dozen rose bunches, a single bunch of purple daisies with glitter on them, and some greenery. I was then able to take them apart to make her a large, beautiful bouquet on the way to her performance. It was reasonably priced.

I'm an owner operator who stays on the road all year. This store is hands down my favorite place to pick up food supplies. They have everything. This store is as fresh and clean as the products they sell. The very best place I've ever seen.

Safeway Starbucks Staffs Great! Their Staff's Habits Horrific! Couldnt contact Abertsons, Safeway how dissapointed the Outside Patio areas neglect. without filing a Birth certificate and Blood sample.. So Nosey Google Maps jumped in.. Ha. This will detour me to Grocers that DONT rely on their Staff to prepare foods, drinks etc.....

Horrible service. If I could give it one star I would. The pharmacy is great. Just so everyone knows. They’re awesome. The rest of the staff is horrible. I said “Hello. How is your day going?” Three times to this lady in the self check out. She was starring right at me didn’t acknowledge me. So rude. Then when she has to help me has total attitude. I promise I will never recommend this store to anyone ever again. Nor, the pharmacy. Unfortunately I will switch because of that. I get that times are tough and employees are hard to come by. I work everyday and am positive because it matters. The people who give you their money matter.

Bobcat gear is back. Store has improved greatly! Selection of items is better and the veggies section is looking great. Whomever is managing the store has really done a good job since the last review I left. Great job Safeway! You earned my business again! I can't give you 5 stars though, because your self checkout machines are belligerent. But you're almost there 😉

High prices and poorly treated staff. The self checkout person was trying to get assistance with helping me from an older guy (presumably their manager) immediately pointed them at me. The manager was busy with another customer but interrupts helping that customer to tell the employee to go help me. This leaves me feeling bad that I need help with something because this employee is being treated like they're slacking when they were just waiting to ask for help and stopping with someone else who needs help to treat them that way. The issue I had was you apparently need to print out a digital gift card instead of them being scannable from the phone which feels very wasteful. Safeway's corporate has always been awful about making sensible choices. Why offer gift cards on the Google pay app and then not accept it in that format?

Rarely go to Safeway, needed to get a turkey Brining bag. Could not find it, lady a self check out pointed me the right way, not in food storage, bit over by the free standing freezers in the meat dept. Expensive. Last year the bag was $2.99..I.. $5.99 now!

Store is always clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. The store seems to be well stocked and with a good selection. I don't think I've ever gone in and found that something I was looking for was sold out. Layout feels a little weird. For example, the produce and dairy are one one side of the store, the bakery and frozen are on the other, and the household goods and pharmacy are shuffled into the center. Just disrupts the flow when you are trying to grocery shop.
