Cannot say enough nice things about Price Rite. I have chronic health issues and have worked in healthcare in the valley. From both sides - patient and provider - their service has been exceptional. They actually answer their phones, they are helpful, know their stock and their products, and most of all - they care! I’ve used them for pharmacy, medical equipment, and wound care supplies over the years. I appreciate you all! Thank you for being the least frustrating pharmacy in town!

As a new, almost hysterical & overwhelmed sleep apnea patient, I received such expert help, instruction & handholding from Yolanda & at other visits & phone calls to Ashley, that they gently walked me away from the cliff! Yolanda’s patience & knowledge were so helpful, as she guided me through several mask tries & I was able to deal with my medical reality & succeed with early progress in full-night sleep. Thanks to them both! They need a raise!!

The company delivered a broken bed to an ailing family member. A bed without side rails. A bed without proper support brackets. A bed with a failing motor and connections. I fixed the wiring issues myself and we had to literally support the bed frame with an automotive jack and build support rails out of wood. No joke. Not only were they unable to correct the issues, they also were unable to do so much as keep contact with us and update us about the repairs and much needed additional equipment. They lied about the delivery time being 5 hours past time. I personally called their office to get an update aboit the delivery as my mother was laying on a gurney in an ambulance (for 4 and a half hours) and the receptionist literally said to me, “I don’t know what to tell you, maybe you should call the delivery driver and not this office”. Really? I didn’t realize I worked for Price Rite. How on earth would I have the number for your delivery driver? They lied about ordering side rails, they lied about fixing their equipment. Beyond that, their price gouging business tactics make it nearly impossible to remedy the situation. Their rental fees are so high that it made more sense to literally buy the equipment we needed. Strongly recommend purchasing your medical equipment outright instead of renting from them. After 6 months of rental fees, you could probably have purchased the equipment yourself. Absolutely despicable company from top to bottom. Disgusting.

Always the very best customer service of any pharmacy I've been to in the area & I have used a few having lived in Bozeman since I was a bratty 8 year old . Tried & true is what I've learned to just stick with since the last time I was led astray by a man with a bump on his head.Price rite has everything I need; FAST SERVICE ONE DAY THEN 'WHEN YA GET TIME' the next. COMPOUNDING !!!! Who knew my 16year old best FUR~iend FUR~ever BOGEY BABY would be the first in my family to actually have a prescription that needed COMPOUNDING to get the right MG. for his weight. The next is MY DAD. WHOS LIFE MAY HAVE BEEN SAVED because we have this one pharmacy to do rhat for us.Next is that the store has every sort of brace, wrap, ointment, salve, topical, crea., gel,drop, walker, walker with wheels & seats baskets & catch-alls scooters to get the mobility challenged & or homebound person back Into a life as similar as that they were used to when the mobility taker came along & took their mobility from them lime q their in the night . Price rite became the knight in shining armor with a scooter to get em scooting back into their life they loved and not just love it , now everyday they are living their best life because Price Rite has the equipment for what keeps us all, at sometime or another, from living our best life & have been the knight in shining armor for Bozeman families for as long as my own kids were young ones!I highly recommend Price Rite

Great customer service at Price Rite medical equipment. I ordered a Pride mobility scooter from them. It arrived quickly, was assembled and delivered at no charge. When I needed an adjustment to my seat, their technician came quickly and adjusted it for me. When the brakes developed a squeak, it was fixed the very next day. I love my new scooter. I'm glad we have a place in Bozeman where people can get anything necessary for their mobility needs.

Only company in years for me that has refused a return because of no receipt. Apparently they are unable to look up a purchase using a credit card. Buyer beware - keep your receipts if there’s any chance you may need to return something.

Ive been going to Price Rite since I moved her in 2000. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Randy, Tanner, Charmin, Joann, etc.. are nothing but PURE PROS! There have even been a couple of occasions where they were short on one of my meds but they called another pharmacy to help me get it filled. That's a risky move sending a customer to a competitor but that's the type of folks they are -- always looking out for the customer's best interest. We are lucky to have a home town pharmacy who knows everything and if they don't, they find someone who does! Best in class!

Outstanding customer service from the folks in medical equipment. Marlena moved heaven and earth to get an electric wheeLchair delivered to my mom on extremely short notice. I have not received this type of customer service in years. Every time I talk with anyone in this department, they are so nice, professional, and so very helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your medical equipment needs!

Price Rite has been a joy to work with. I needed a c-pap and one of the employees knew that Pacific Source required a 3 month rental before they would approve the purchase of the machine. Because of her knowledge and caring she rushed to get me in before the end of September so I could get those 3 months in and not have my deductible restart saving me a lot of money and frankly grief when I do purchase the machine. They also have a 30 day mask comfort guarantee so I received a mask that fit way better than the original. They also called to check in on me and were great about explaining the whole service.I am coming from an experience of utter disdain for the medical industry too. I am tired of paying doctors to NOT help me and charging me like they did. Price Rite is an anomaly in the medical field...but I guess they are in the equipment business not the medical business.I appreciate the great service I received and would recommend the c-pap women to anyone!!

Price Rite Pharmacy in Bozeman has been my pharmacy of choice for the last 8 years. To make a long story short, I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with them. ~ Their pharmacists have always been willing to work with me and my providers to satisfy my frequently changing prescription needs. In addition to the prescriptions themselves, I access to them one week at a time, instead of monthly. In the beginning I was able to walk to Price Rite each week and pick up my weekly medset (since I don't have a car, driving wasn't an option). A couple years ago my situation changed further and I could no longer get there on foot. Since then Evylin has been delivering my medset to me every Thursday morning. ~ In addition I always know that whenever I have a question, I can call and someone will check it out for me. ~ My heartfelt thanks to pharmacists Kayla (who took over my medsets 3 years ago), as well as to Amber, Charman, and Tanner who took care of my on going needs prior to that, and of course to Elylin for getting them to me. ~ Thank you all for making the whole operation virtually seamless for me. I could not manage my prescription needs without you.

I was traveling through Bozeman and needed a piece of equipment to make my oxygen CPAP connection work right. I fell into price, rite, medical supplies, medical equipment and met a wonderful woman name, Yolanda I am Arianas, who was absolutely phenomenal and helping me twice even get everything set up and she actually put it all together for me. I wish I lived here so I could come here all the time. Oh we’d love to have you come here all the time. Oh thank you

I have been curious about this place as I have purchased basic medical supplies but don't get my scripts filled there.I just called for an out of town friend and I was cut off and asked for my birthdate. I was calling a friend who is visiting from out of town and is leaving tomorrow morning, and may need to get a prescription filled today if she truly has a UTI (we are headed to Urgent Care now). I just needed to ask if they could fill the prescription today if it was called in soon.The reply was curt, and not nice. I will take my friend to Rosaur's, which is where I have gotten my prescriptions filled for many years. They are always super friendly.I give this review two stars simply because they have some very cool locally made things for sale.

Sorry I normally loved but today finally made my mind up a worker by the name of Mariah was absolutely rude. If you work customer service you should have people skills especially if the customer is nice and never rude or raised their voice. And they deliver food there.

While being served at Clinic, I was presented with a form for the piece of medical equipment I was receiving. The form was for me to take responsibility for billing from Price Right.Nowhere on the form I signed was the cost of the item and no one told me the price at the time of the visit. I should have refused to sign.Weeks later when the bill arrived, I checked the brand and found the price and value of the item to be 5 times less than what I had been billed. The hospital Price Index had corresponded to the online price. I visited the store, showed them the item and paid what insurance had sent to me.... still, 2X the value of the item and I was assured, after some discussion, there would be no further billing. They had said that insurance set the price.This, however, did not stop their billing or phone calls.In a nutshell....cheating is going on there. I am still working on a resolution.

i have been using PriceRite for many yrs dating back to its origin at the County Market. back then i used it mostly for prescriptions and other health sundries...everybody was always nice and helpful. I have aged/regressed downward since COVID times and now require the services of PR for more important medical issues. I herein declare that MANDIE EHERBERGER is the ultimate medical goddess. no matter the problem, no matter how complicated nor time critical, she conjures up her magic and makes it work. my life is much easier and better due to her good deeds. I love MANDIE EHERBERGER(she is not my wife or GF)...she is simply the best. BTW, JOANNE PEREZ is also excellent although not as directly involved in my drama. thank you PRICE RITE !!!

My name is Julie and I have been a Price Rite customer for 20 years and recently bought another power chair from Price Rite. Randy and Denise, the physical therapist that he works with, are very good at what they do and they really went the extra mile to make sure the chair was just right and that I was comfortable in it. They spend hours making sure the fit is good and that every scenario that could be a possible problem is addressed so it isn’t one! There is lots of laughter throughout the process and it’s such a friendly atmosphere!The chair I just got from them last week is the best one yet and I can’t thank Randy enough for all he did to get it for me and for the time he and Denise put in to making it fit me perfect!Thank you Price Rite!!!!! ❤️

This place is awesome, always helpful and courteous. I had my purse stolen along with my blood sugar meter they assured me it was going to be OK and got me set up with a new meter along with test strips, lancets and the poker thing(can not remember it's name) I was so relieved to not have to wait on Medicare or BCBS approval for the replacement.

I have been going to Price Rite since it was in County Market..there are still some familiar faces and the new ones are nice too!! You walk in and they make you feel right at home and remember you and your name. They make what can be a painful or sick experience that much better...i have gone to other pharmacies (in the early years) and would never choose to do so again! I filled my prescription a week in advance, inputting the # directly off of the package so i know it’s the right one. i go in a few days later to find they’ve filled the wrong prescription. they say come in tomorrow and we’ll have the right one. they don’t specify a time. i come in the next day, at this point needed my prescription to stay on schedule. they tell me the truck doesn’t come in until two. wouldn’t be a problem except why didn’t they tell me yesterday? now i’m going to have to make my third trip to the pharmacy in two days just to get my medication. any bets on whether it will actually be ready at 2? lmao.

I was lucky enough to be helped by Mandy and Nicole, who knew their inventory and its capabilities inside out. They not only helped me understand each option, but matched me with exactly the right solution. I was very impressed with both their knowledge and their great customer service.

Getting fitted for and ordering a new wheelchair has been a hassle for me in the past but the folks at Price Rite made it such a smooth process. The owner Randy and his staff know what they are doing and always have the customers best interest in mind. Oh, and they have a great beer and wine selection downstairs too.These guys are the best, I highly recommend them

Michelle was wonderful and so gracious and understanding when my family was in need. All of the staff were wonderful! I would highly recommend Price Right. A family member needed to use an expensive continuous oxygen tank for 24 hrs before she left for the airport because of trouble breathing. Michelle was so kind and understanding and opened up a brand new unit and gave it to us to use free of charge !!! My family and I have been blown away by the level of customer service Michele offered us. She even offered to run extra tubing to our house if we needed it. She is a truly a special person and such an incredible representative for Price Rite. I will be a customer for life because of this experience and her generosity will pay off in dividends for Price Rite because I will be sure to spread the word around town. It made me so proud of our town and type of people like Michelle, who live here. Thank you Michelle and PriceRite!

I have always had good experiences here, they have been my pharmacy for 10 years now. I was recently in a car accident and they delivered my electric bed yesterday. The young lady who delivered and set up the bed was most helpful and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable and happy with the bed. I wish I could remember her name! HORRIBLE! Price Rite has consistently messed up in ordering a new wheelchair for my husband! This has been a six month evolution just trying to get Price Rite to get the appropriate things ordered for a functional wheelchair! This wheelchair is my husband's way of getting around and Price Rite has done absolutely NOTHING to show that they are capable of getting this ordered correctly to fulfill my husband's needs that are vital to his life!!! The fact that this place is the only medical supply company in this area is a HUGE disservice to this community. They should not even be in business after this awful experience.

I am always greeted personally by the sweetest young lady up front, and treated with care and respect by everyone else! Tanner is by far one of the greatest people to have help you. He and his staff really went the extra mile when my insurance coverage changed, they made all the calls for me, and had everything resolved quickly. These guys are amazing!

Don't listen to customer or evaluation. Waited April to August to see wrong wheelchair not what was told ordered. Weighed more than my acceptable lifting limit. When refused took back my loaner wheelchair leaving me stranded. Had to cancel my appointments until I can figure out what to do to get around. Do not use what so ever.

Please take the time to read this as Price Rite has been incredible for us. A year ago my wife was diagnosed with ALS. At that time she was still walking but is now in a power chair. Randy and Price Rite have gone above and beyond to help us in so many different ways and I really mean it! Randy and his team will do everything they can to help you. He has given us hours of his time over this past year and has always looked for ways to continue to help beyond our equipment needs. It has been a difficult year but without Randy I don't know how we would have made it this far. Can't say enough good things.

I have been a customer of Price Rite since it was once operated out of Van's IGA and owned by a very respectable bussiness owner Ed Harrington.This Pharmacy has gone through many changes from; ownership to son Randy Harrington to location restorataion, and monthly employee turnover's.In the last six months customer service in Price Rite is now non-exsistant. (Other than 1 Exceptional gal that has been there for around 10 years or so. SHE IS A OUTSTANDING PERSON).I have around 13 prescriptions each month that get filled. I had a Shoulder surgery1 year ago. I got added to their monthly auto refill and delivery service. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!Every single month (except 1) I have had to call too make sure I am going to get my medications on my refill date. (OR AT ALL SOMETIMES) they forget half my medications every month. So, the poor delivery person has to come 2 or 3 days in a row. Which, is the entire point in everything supposed to be refilled at the same time on their program.Several times I have been shorted in count's of bottles.(EVEN NARCOTICS) anywhere between 6-10 pills in a bottle at a time.Just last month I was (6 SHORT) 350 mg Wellbutrin. Which, I take for my depression. Now December rolls around they brought me a bottle of pottassium (10 SHORT)for my stage 3 kidney disease.TODAY- was my refill day that I should have received 10 prescription refills. (4 of them being seizure medications that I take everyday at 6am.,as well as others. Although, I double checked with an assosiate before leaving Price Rite store on Thursday, of the exact day my medication would be coming, or if I would need to pick it up?The associate said it was scheduled for delivery Saturday. WHICH, WOULD HAVE BEEN TODAY!!When I called at 1:45 PM Today- I was told we dont deliver on the weekends. Then refused to refill seizure medicine's till the next dationsy. (Even though my refill date is today 12/4 and I have absolutlely no 4 seizure medication for 6 AM 12/5.I will have no way to get my medications and I certainly am not going to put someone's life endanger when I am all the sudden not on my seizure and other morning medications.I HAVE LEFT MY NEUROLIGIST A MESSAGE ABOUT REFUSAL TO REFILL MED'S ON TIME!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACYFOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND ACCURACY IF YOUR LIFE IS DEPENDING ON THEM!!!

I have had to visit Price Rite 3 times for medical equipment. Every visit has been met with rude employees who act like I am inconveniencing them. I have spent the last 2 months trying to get a new nebulizer. They first charged me for something insurance covers. When I spoke to Medicaid, they agreed to refund me. They did. And took the Neb. They said they would call my doctor and get a new script so I could have my Neb. That was a month ago. I spoke to my doctor this morning. They have no record of ever receiving a call. I now have to go out of town so that I can have a vital piece of medical equipment before fire season hits. It is a real shame that we have no alternatives in this city. I'll be reporting them to Medicaid again though I doubt it will do any good.
