God bless the wonderful lady working in the plumbing department on 4/21/2023 at 2 PM who ended a three hour long session of me getting dragged by my dad to every hardware store within 10 miles looking for a specific part for a dishwasher. It took her ten seconds to find the part from his description. I didn’t get her name but I am eternally grateful.

Not sure what's changed but it's not the same store it was 5 years ago. Takes forever to have a person answer the phone, their employees park and fill up half the Bozeman Pond Park parking lot. Not sure why they stopped caring, but ACE is now just another Corporate Building that doesn't care at all about the neighborhood that has supported them for decades

I think I am at Ace Hardware at least once a week. Between my wife’s property management company and us both selling real estate it seems like we are stopping by for some little do that or having he’s made a lot. It is always such a pleasant experience because the staff at Ace is always so nice and helpful. I totally prefer going in there as opposed to some of the bigger box establishments. What’s weird is they always seem to have what I need even though the place is not that big. I have purchased all kinds of things from yeti coolers to snow blowers and I have always had a great experience. Pro tip: they fill propane canisters and are probably the least expensive in town.

This store needs to teach their paint department some manners. My mom went there to get a sample of paint and it took them 45 minutes to make it and it even wasn't the right color. When she walked away, they immediately started bad-mouthing her behind her back. Absolutely horrendous customer service: Do NOT shop here. Apparently, something as simple as mixing paint is too complex for the people that work here.

Store is always stocked well and clean. This trip no one asked if they could help which is unusual...normally someone immediately helps you. The cashier checked me out and then stood there looking at me. My stuff wasn't going to jump into a bag by itself. I finally asked him for a bag and he was like OH, ok. 😂😂😂

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Attempted to call the repair shop five times and was hung up on five times with no explanation. Eventually spoke to someone on the sales floor and learned the repair shop was staffed but they were busy. So instead of placing the customer on hold or explaining the situation the associate chose to just hang up on the customer. I felt the sales associate I spoke with was unknowledgeable, rude and incompetent. I would not trust these folks with a repair and would consider doing business elsewhere.

This was my first time shopping here and I am beyond impressed with the friendliness of all the employees here. I wish I knew the name of the employee who helped me in the plumbing aisle. He saved me hours of trying to figure out a solution to my kitchen faucet installation. He knew which flexible hose and adapter pieces I needed. I was so excited to get home and finish installing my new faucet without having to make extra trips to the hardware store!

Among other items, I bought 7 mini Le Creuset stoneware crocks yesterday afternoon. This morning I received a phone call from Colleen, at the Huffine Ace Hardware store. She called thinking I may have been overcharged and wanted to make sure I wasn’t. I was not overcharged. HOW OFTEN DOES A RETAILER CALL TO ENSURE YOU WERE NOT OVERCHARGED? Never before this one time!
