This store has some of the best customer service I have experienced. I was helped by Vickie on Friday evening. She was so kind, welcoming, friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It is a rare and valuable thing to have great customer service like Vickie provided to me. At some restaurants and retail stores the employees act like you are putting them out when you ask for their help. Great work! Thank you!!!!

I'm from Pennsylvania. We visited Bozeman and I had to check out the local Murdoch's store! I had no idea the headquarters was next door! Great store, clean, good selection of products, and very organized! Friendly people, good prices. I bought some Carhartt caps.

LOVE THIS PLACE. And shout out to Betsy who greeted me as I came into the store and was so kind to me with info. I live in NYC so my primary reason for checking out Murdoch's was clothes and OMG did it deliver. Their selection of Carhartt, Wrangler, Ariat and more was breathtaking. As I told Betsy, in NYC, the Carhartt boutique is akin to Gucci. I would come back here in a nanosecond to get a whole new wardrobe. Also want to add that the store was incredibly well stocked, clean, staff were helpful and the displays were amazing.

We were in need of a water tank and spoke with Scotty. He got everything that we would need to hook up to it and had it waiting for us. He was nice enough to show us how to hook everything up and we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. THIS is what great customer service is all about!

Such a fun store to wander around and shop for horse things or gifts or a new shirt or boots or just about anything your husband needs in the shop. Not cheap, but great selection.

These folks are awesome. They are super helpful and kind. They don't always have the answers I need, but they always find someone who knows. I walk my dogs in here, and they always give them treats and help with my training. Plus, they have a great selection of all my farming/ranching needs. I've purchased multiple stock tanks, e-fences, and tools with no issues. My wife loves their clothing and boot selection.

I can't say enough good things about the pew pew counter. Good, knowledgeable people work there. My favorite thing to do is go in there towards close, drink a few brewskis with the crew and play russian roulette with the new revolvers in the case. RIP Steve 🙏

I love Murdoch's! I have been here for smoking supplies, canning supplies, tools, and clothing... The clothes section is a little hard to distinguish from gender because of all the plaid, cowboy, and work wear blended. The isles in the clothing section are tight to get around in with a cart. I must have picked a day they were reorganizing and stocking....

Site is setup ridiculously. Lets you go through the whole checkout process, including entering your credit card number unnecessarily, to tell you the product is out of stock.NO other website I have ever shopped on operates like this. I'd consider it bait & switch. I know not the intention, but when you waste the customers time like that that.And what appears on your website, does not translate to the viewing on the phone. No where did it indicate the sale ending. On top of that, because of my recent visit, Facebook started hammering me with ads, promoting a Dewalt 25% off sale the day after it supposedly ended.

Excellent customer service and follow up. However, after taking possession of my Stihl RB200 power washer, I later read the warranty registration is the dealer’s responsibility. I will be returning to Murdochs to have the warranty registered. Fortunately I live close by..

As soon as we enter the store, we were treated poorly. Try to exchange a brand new pair of car hearts bought two days ago with the receipt and was told the pants were dirty and they could not resell, and would not return not to mention the poor attitude of the employee. While we were shopping, the employees followed us around the store, and would not leave us alone because they thought we were going to steal. We spent $1200 and they had for employees posted at the exit in case we walked off with stuff. we were treated so disrespectfully. I cannot believe that they get away with this behavior.. got it

Went to Murdochs for jeans. Vicky was very kind and knowledgeable. Helped my friends and I pick out a pair of jeans personally tailored to our body types. We will definitely come back and find Vicky for help with all clothing.

Always love visiting Murdoch’s! The variety of items you can purchase is amazing - a lariat and a chainsaw, a new pistol and some herbicide with pink boots on the side.

Came in to have my completely empty propane tank filled. When I arrived the propane man was filling the big tank so I had a bit of a weight, not a problem. When he finished I got my tank filled or so I thought but they only put 2.8 gallons in my 5 gallon tank. Would not continue to fill it and associates argued with me saying there was propane in the tank already. Came in a previous time and they overfilled my tank to 4.9 gallons and that tank no longer works. Moral of the story if you need propane do not go to Murdoch's as their employees do not know what they're doing.

Initially had an issue: Been trying to purchase a suppressor for months with them and cannot get any help.Murdochs reached out immediately, initiated a customer service ticket and had me taken care of in hours. Outstanding customer service and a model for others!

I know it says clothing store, and they DO sell clothes, but Murdoch's is primarily a farm and ranch supply store. You'll find everything from chicken feed to ammunition, horse and cow antibiotics and vaccinations to barbed wire for fencing. Murdoch's has it all. If you can't find it anywhere else, try Murdoch's! Their stock is amazing for it's wide variety and the staff are friendly and helpful. I shop there when my pets need vaccinations or come down with a stuffy nose and cough. With, soon to be, three locations in the Bozeman/Belgrade area, finding a Murdoch's near you is easy. Even if you aren't a rancher, just check out Murdoch's. You might be suprised to find that they have something you needed and didn't know where to find it. It is also just fun to wander around and check out how diverse their stock is.

Best place in town to buy dog food and pet supplies. Easily the best price on "Taste of the Wild" dog food and they regularly run really good sales. They always have plenty of staff that are actually friendly and offer to help you. Great firearms department, awesome parking; I can't really say anything bad about this place. I like to buy nice quality western style clothing but a lot of the clothing here is kind of cheap stuff that isn't made in America; but that is my only complaint and it isn't really Murdoch's fault because most brands like "Wrangler" aren't even made in America anymore. They have SO much stuff here that it is actually fun to explore and discover everything they have. One of the last best "real" Montana places we have around here, long-time locals still call it "Big R".
