The team at Mountain Heating and Cooling is incredible and immediately responsive.We had a minor catastrophe when our inducer motor went out. RC showed up within 30 min of us making a phone call with space heaters to keep our house warm during Montana winter temps. Within 2 days they had the part in the shop and called us immediately to let us know RC would be out to install the part and ensure that our furnace system was good to go.The peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are literally just a call and a few minutes away is priceless.We went with their super affordable offer to come out to our house twice per year to check out our heating and cooling and ensure that we are set for the season. Our furnace unexpectedly quit overnight. Calling Mountain Heating & Cooling was the first thing I did. April in the office got Tyler out to our address within hours of my call that morning. He quickly gave me the bad news- 40 years of service but the furnace was gone. Shawn very professionally detailed my options and walked me through what to expect. Our heater stopped working during the first major storm of the year and Mountain Heating and Cooling were very responsive and were able get to us within the next day. Debbie and RC came in and quickly identified the issue and got the heater going in no time. They kept me updated the entire time and got the heater back up and running. My furnace was shutting off and occassionally blowing cold air. They came out a few hours after I called and fixed the problem and talked me through what he was doing. I know calling a HVAC company will cost more than a handyman, but worth it for peace of mind as the tempreratures drop. RC was prompt and professional.

Who do you call when your A/C goes out on the hottest day of the year and your heater goes out on the coldest day of the year? Mountain Heating and Cooling! This happened to us last year with the heater and just a couple weeks ago with our A/C when temps were pushing 100+. We wanted a company who was reliable and dependable. Mountain Heating and Cooling is amazing. From the time we called, April took the order and Debbie was out that day. I went through MH&C when I needed my AC fixed a couple years back, and now I had them come and diagnose/fix my central heating. Both times they were on time, expedient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Jeremy fixed my heating this most recent time, and he found several other issues that I had no idea were relevant. He did a great job of taking pictures and documenting all the important pieces of info.
