Best store in town to get all your major appliances. Everyone from sales to returns dept. were very helpful with me. I want to thank and give a shout out to Ray in the cabinet department. He was very helpful to assist and eventually fix with an issue I had with an appliance order with a new washer and dryer set I purchased and the problem was resolved quickly! He was very good with their computer systems and order delivery coordination while remembering evey detail of the order including my name and phone number and appliance models I was amazed by his outstanding service! Will be back for more I have upgraded all my appliances so far at lowes.

I purchased in store a new GE stainless stove three weeks ago. As I was shopping today in store, I notice the same stove on clearance for $200 less. When I spoke with a manager about the price difference, he shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do because I paid cash. Now if I had used a my Lowe’s card I would have had 30 days for refund. Whatever happened to keeping a customer happy. Given the economic times we are in, every dollar counts. I am a Lowe’s shopper, I go there first for everything. In the future, I would warn people to consider where they purchase their appliances. I feel an actual appliance store would have kept a customer happy rather than try and sell them a credit card.

Wow. Not a single employee has spoken to me and I've been here over a half hour. I saw groups of them chatting together. I called the front desk for help. They said they'd send someone to help me. I waited 10 minutes and no help yet. I tried to use the website to locate the product I'm looking for, it says it's in stock but is not physically in the location the website is saying it is. What a useless store. Do not recommend.

Very nice, clean store. We were able to find everything we needed, including matching paint samples from other brands. The employee at the paint desk was fast and helpful. Restrooms were clean.There were no hanging tags or copies of SKUs for the outdoor furniture. Customers were told to get out of line, go back outside and take a photo of the scan bar on the items they wanted, then come back in and show the customer service cashier the number. This was very inconvenient and easily solved by making copies to scan at the counter. A more efficient way of handling this would be nice.

This is a store where there is nearly no accountability. They have serious issues with delivery. Many of the delivery people cannot speak English. What a very disappointing experience. Very sad. Also, their competitor Home Depot is just as bad if not worse. Very sad and disappointing especially when it comes to all types appliances.

Met with Ray today to do a free kitchen cabinet design. I was so impressed. He was very patient and did an amazing job making my vision a reality. There was no pressure to upsell and he was able to help clarify and improve the whole plan. Thank you!

When I say, I will never go to Lowe’s again I wish I would stay true to myself. I’ve never gone there and been happy. I check online stock but their inventory for every item always is off. I usually go to Home Depot but only go to Lowe’s. If they don’t carry a brand or product I need. The inventory cannot be trusted. Every time I order online for pick up it gets canceled because the inventory isn’t actually there.

Lowes is the best hardware store in Bozeman! The appliance department, especially, is second to none! They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees you could ever hope for!

Horrible, horrible horrible! I went in with a simple question and was greeted by a girl named “dragon“ at the front who started this wild goose chase that lasted for 30 minutes. I then went to appliances to see if someone could help me, they sent me to a completely different area of the store. I was “helped“ by five separate employees who not once approached me. I had to go look for assistance, even though there were probably 30+ people working. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity of being in the store, I was told that they only sell the product I need online. Will absolutely never be back.

They took out all the staffed registers at the main check out area leaving customers to be forced to check themselves out. Poor poor decision making from the bean counters at corporate. I may not be a big customer but I am not longer a customer. What a bummer Lowes. I was loyal to y’all instead of Home Depot for so long.Lowes does a great job of justifying the argument of why to shop local.

Absolutely ghetto now. This store goes down hill more each day.Once again I decided to order an expensive item from Lowe’s only to be let down. Of course they removed the money from my account immediately and set a shipping date. 4 days later the money was back in my account and wanted me to call to give a different card. Very confusing for normal stores but not Lowe’s.When I called I was met with that horrible message that leads to nowhere. 28 min later I hung up. I will never order from Lowe’s again. Honestly I’m surprised they are even in business still.No, I will never give Lowe’s another chance and will make sure everyone knows.

Staff is helpful and professional. The store itself is good. However, special orders take forever... we ordered a custom size storm door that was delayed 3 times. Then arrived damaged. Have been waiting for replacement and itsmbeen delayed as well. I understand that this is a supplier issue. But Lowes needs to take some responsibility here.

NEVER Order anything from this store. Ordering for Loew's is a joke. Their delivery status doesn't tell you anything. The delay in delivery doesn't tell you anything. You call the 1-800 number and it says "Your delivery is on its way. No kidding Sherlock. Where the hell is my products that I ordered.

Went in the Bozeman Location Looking for Sleds an hour before close and met Travis and Robert who were extremely helpful and got the product for us off the top shelf even though they were about to close. Great Experience and would definitely shop at this location again because of the friendly staff

My husband and I purchased vinyl flooring through Lowe's along with the installation service, unfortunately this turns out to be one of the worst decisions we could have made. The installation was horrible! There were gaps along the walls were the flooring should have been flush with the walls and other places where the flooring was glued up on the wall. There were tons of large bubbles and a foot long tear that the installers just glued down and did not disclose to us, they specifically stood on top of it when talking to us and having us sign papers so we would not see it. We complained to Lowe's and were assured the problem would be fixed. Three months after signing the flooring contract, we finally have our floored installed. We spent two months with half our house being blocked off because we had no floor down in our kitchen, just a bunch of glue. When one has a 10 month old baby, not having a floor is exceptionally difficult! The only way we were ever able to find out what was going on to rectify this frustrating situation was by calling Lowe's over and over again, neither they nor the flooring install company ever called us to inform us of what was being done. I honestly feel that if my husband and I hadn't pursued this so doggedly, Lowe's and Premier flooring would have happily ignored our complaints. Lowe's has always been our first choice when doing home improvement, but after this debacle, we and our families will be taking our business elsewhere.

Lowes is typically my go to hardware store. They have good service and typically good selection... During the summer of 2023, the service continues to be good, however the inventory has been variable, specifically plumbing and electrical parts. Common parts aren't on the shelves even though online inventory shows plenty, which makes for a wasted trip. Frankly it's been faster to order online and have it delivered.I know these are "first world" problems and I hope it's constructive criticism anyways

HUGE THANK YOU TO HEAD CASHIER CODI AND AARON WITH THE COWBOY HAT!!! Working on so many home improvement projects I had a big list and needed help finding things as well as help accessing our account. Codi WAS AWESOME giving me information about our account that no one had shared with me previously and told me to come back to her once I had everything I needed and she'd help me get all checked out. Aaron with the cowboy hat (might be more than one Aaron) helped me find the things I couldn't and made great suggestions for things I wasn't sure about. Made my trip shopping so easy. Always helpful at Lowes compared to another store that makes me feel ignored or worse like a dumb girl. So, I'd definitely recommend Lowes for project needs, great prices, and helpful people. Look for the cowboy hat for Aaron out on the floor and head cashier Codi!!!

Ordered a water heater to be picked up in store. After a month of waiting and almost two weeks after the estimated arrival date, customer service told me they lost the water heater after it was shipped from the distributer to the regional warehouse. After a few more days of waiting, I called again for more answers and found out that the item I ordered was a low stock item, and they sent the one meant for me to somebody who paid full price instead of the sale price I paid for it so they could gain the full profit from the sale. No offer to make it right and no apology for not holding up their end of the sale. A very poor way to run a business. Home Depot matched the sale price I paid and had a similar model ordered in within a week.

Like any large store like this, it takes a little bit to find assistance, but it’s better than most. If you want quick customer service, go to the red store that starts with an A (poker card)—but pay 35-75% more for your items. Lowes has excellent pricing and it’s clean; far better than the orange store with HD initials (prices there average 25-35% more than Lowes.I’ve received excellent help from the guys in lumber. For selection, cleanliness, organization and prices—it’s the place I go.

Tried delivering a couple of cabinets early through the man door and was told it's policy that they can't do that. I've delivered to Lowe's all over the USA and have never heard that. Now I'm sitting in the sun idling my semi for who knows how long. What a waste
