This place is just wonderful. We stopped in to grab some food for our pup and our dog didn't want to leave after getting love from the amazingly kind and knowledgeable staff members. Our dog browsed the treat bins and picked out a water buffalo horn treat which she loves (much to our surprise). Later in the day we went to the Dinosaur Park nearby and noticed that this store helps to support the park by supplying some of the poo bag dispensers. What a fabulous small business!!

I like this store. My recent visit was for a nail trim. My dog can be a little difficult if she can't see me. I warn them and they adapt, which I like. (She'll jump down even with that noose on her.) So one person stays with her. I get the Dremmel treatment cuz they're so smooth! In summation... I will continue to take Sweetie Pi to them as she does well there. Happy Dog = Happy Bob. Loved Dee O Gee for grooming our shelties! Consistently great over the years. Today I brought one of our pups in and he’s very hard to groom and was matted but Stephanie made him look beautiful!

I absolutely love this place. They have great products and such cute dog cookies, but it's the people that work there that are truly amazing. They were so kind to us as we were getting our dog some treaties before he left this earth. They are so compassionate and you can tell that they truly care about their customers. The staff is always so sweet and helpful! Amanda did an amazing job grooming my Teddy for the first time! He was so calm when I picked him up and was so comfortable and happy, not scared at all! If you’re worried about your pup getting traumatized at their first grooming, take them here!!

My dog Louie's first grooming appointment with Rosanna at Dee-O-Gee was FANTASTIC! My wife and I had struggled to find grooming appointments earlier in the COVID pandemic and had a very bad experience elsewhere for his first-ever grooming, so we were both really anxious about this appointment going well. Rosanna was wonderful. She listened carefully to our requests and explained what would and wouldn't be possible since he had some matting. She even gave us a call during the appointment to check in after she'd given him the brush out and bath. Louie looked great after his cut, he was incredibly soft, and most importantly, he was happy!

I first visited Dee-O-Gee a few years back to get a harness for my rescue dog (had great customer service then, awesome harness, 10 stars!). Recently, I needed help finding a way to encourage my (very) senior dog to eat her prescription diet. Lenore took time when the store was busy to thoroughly show me around the dehydrated food, pack up a few samples, show me several options, and ensure I had plenty of things to try out for my dog. This was super helpful since we live 100 miles out of town and she knew I couldn't pop back in if a product didn't work out. Lenore was genuinely concerned and I was so very impressed with her level of customer service and compassion - 10 stars for Lenore! I'll be back, and I'd definitely recommend Dee-O-Gee to my dog-friends!

Lots of variety of dog and cat toys! I got some CBD treats to give my active pup, but they mostly just gave her the munchies. She loves the treat though and they're definitely good quality, but she is just super active so it didn't have much of an effect. They also have super cute homemade dog cookies!

I love shopping local, but had a pretty big bummer of an experience the last time I shopped here. I bought a new collar that was labeled as a medium, but was actually a small. I had went to put it on my dog and realized the error, so returned it the same day I bought it. To which they told me that they actually label them in house and sometimes there are errors. I had expected a refund but failed to tell me that it was only going to be store credit. Called a couple weeks later to figure out why I hadn't been refunded, and was told return policy only allowed for store credit. Had I known this prior, with the error of them mislabeling the collar size I would have opted to buy from elsewhere. Pretty disappointed. Giving two stars because they do have a great selection, but this experience makes it hard for me to want to go back.****Update****Store owner did reach out and remedy the situation, very friendly and kind on the phone. With the added bonus that my mailbox has been full and they had been trying to reach out and didn't stop until they actually got ahold of me. Happy to say that they know how to win a customer back and I have every intention of looking there first when I need something for my dog.

I had a negative experience with the grooming manager several weeks ago after I reached out to her concerning my dog's potent smell. I have since spoken with the owner of Dee-O-Gee and am more than happy to continue supporting this locally owned store. Sheri is a kind, compassionate business owner who cares more about dogs than anyone I have ever met. I am confident the manager will learn to provide more caring customer service in the future.

Update: After leaving my review the owner of the store reached out to me and we had an absolutely wonderful conversation. I’ll definitely be giving this store another try!I’ve wanted so badly to like this store but the two times I’ve been in the employee behind the counter has completely ignored me. For me, when I shop at dog stores that aren’t massive chains, I expect to get a little bit of customer service. Even just a hello when walking through the door or someone coming over to you asking if there’s anything they can help you with. For the prices and level of customer service I’d rather go to petsmart.

I take my dog for grooming and always get a treat for him at the end of the appointment. All employees have been super sweet with excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place. They truly care about you and your pet.

The 2 staff persons I met were friendly. I wasn’t impressed with Doggy Day Care. Most dog owners treat their dogs like their children. I’m in that category. I wanted to see where my dog would be staying for a free trial, the area, other dogs, water, toys, the inside area. The area lighting was very dark looking, dark windows, unfriendly looking area. I was told their policy doesn’t allow dog owners to view the area where their dogs would be staying. Therefore, I haven’t a clue how my dog acted, or was treated. My dog is my companion, but I wasn’t pleased where he stayed for half a day. The visual tours are not reality.

I took my dog there for a bath in the SELF bathing area. Not only did they raise the price to 20 dollars an hour they also make you pay 20 dollars if you don’t clean up well enough. After giving my dog a bath I cleaned up the wet floor and the hair and went out to pay, the lady proceeded to come to me and asked me to try again or I will have to pay the cleaning fee. So I’m already paying 20 dollars to wash my own dog that takes about 15 minutes of the hour I HAVE to pay for, and then have to go back in and clean more. Ridiculous, very rude lady, don’t recommend!

Employees are always so, so friendly and ready to assist! I get my cat freeze-dried raw food here, and I think I get a deal where every 12th is free? Regardless, they help me find products that make her happy!

The store itself is nice and carries, for the most part, good-quality products. As regular customers, we have trusted the store and the staff. However, I recently purchased an expensive and supposedly tough food toy for my dog, and on the first use she easily bit a chunk out of it and swallowed bits of plastic. Dee-O-Gee would not refund our money. The staff person didn't seem to believe me, and as a result, I will take my business to Bridger Animal Nutrition.

Amanda was amazing grooming my one year old soft coated wheaten terrier. Lewis had a bad experience in the past at another grooming place so he is always terrified to get groomed. Amanda was super patient with him and took her time with Lewis to make sure he had a positive experience and a great haircut. I really appreciate Amanda and her working with Lewis. Thank you Dee-O-Gee and Amanda for giving my dog a positive experience. Lewis will be back!

I totally loved this place. We're in Bozeman housesitting for a couple of weeks and needed a grooming appointment for our border collie. They found us a last minute cancellation, did a great job with the grooming, and were super sweet to both our dogs. Their selection of dog gear and food is fantastic, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this place without reservation. They're great!
