DO NOT COME HERE FOR MEDICATIONS. They couldn’t order an antibiotic I needed, and just left me hanging for 3 days with no call or anything to inform me to look elsewhere because they couldn’t get it. Meanwhile I could have gotten sepsis. Horrible

UPDATE: I WROTE A REVIEW IN A SENSE JUDGING THIS PLACE,, without testing the place and going off of current reviews of other's ( no really something I'd do ) but did, so far I'm very pleased yes, staff in pharmacy seems warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, my problem they don't answer the phone , why ? They have no damn staff that's why. Positive get texts sent they'll fill you in.Will always call it aloud and as I see it or " feel it ". Stephen

Legitimately don't do anything here; no matter what you think, they will mess it up. Needed to get a COVID booster in a pinch so I could get on a flight, and I was stuck up in rural Montana. Decided to come here despite the reviews; drive an hour down, and 12 minutes before my appointment I receive a text saying 'your vaccine appointment has been cancelled'. Why?? Who knows.

Not only were the lines super long (understandable due to low staff) but after waiting in line for an hour the lady helping me said she would get my prescription and walked out the of the store? Never to be seen again? Had to wait in line another hour. Also called twice and each time while on hold the phone would just click off, like they were picking up the phone and immediately turning it off.

I wish I could give this place 0 or even negative stars. I renewed my perscription on Friday morning and was told that my perscription would be ready by 6pm that day. Not only was it not ready by 6pm that day, but it was actually not ready until Monday at 6pm. So, after looking up CVS pharmacies hours I was going to pick my medication up before they closed. The hours online say they are open from 1:30pm-12am. It also says that these hours were updated a week ago. So, I went to go pick up my medication at 9pm and was greeted with a closed sign. Not only does the pharmacy lie about when your medication will be ready, they also lie about their store hours. I get it. Everywhere is short staffed. But learn to give yourself wiggle room with when you say prescriptions will be filled and for Gods sake KEEP YOUR HOURS UPDATED. oh and did I mention… this is not the first time this has happened to me. I’m surprised Bozeman hasn’t overthrown this pharmacy to start acting like a respectable business. I can’t believe these people are leagally allowed to handle medical information.

Not reliably open 24 hours. The last two evenings I've needed a particular item at bedtime, about a month apart, a sign on the door said we're closed until 8 a.m.. The drive thru pharmacy is open, says the notice, but the first time there was a semi completely blocking it to make a delivery and tonight the person told me she couldn't sell a gallon of distilled water through the window. Maybe that's why all the other stores are always out. I'll think of you while scrubbing trace minerals out of a medical device tomorrow.

Worst pharmacy in Bozeman. they never have the same people working more than a month there, and those that do are awful and rude. I was sick in bed and they wouldn't let my father get my prescription because he said my maiden name at first and corrected himself. I called them and told them he was coming! they have told me they hadn't had anything for my children before and the doctor called it in 3 times! I just don't think they care anymore since getting bigger. we wont be going back! they also like to say your insurance didn't go through just so they don't have to do it. they would rather have you pay for it and go back in for a refund then deal with the insurance company.

My wife and I tried calling the pharmacy twice, each time we were on hold for almost 8 minutes before someone picked up. The first time we were hung up on. Normally this is a decent place but I think they must be short staffed.

Didn't trust the reviews... CVS couldn't be that bad, right? Wrong. Waited in line for 30 minutes on three separate occasions just to find out that my medication was indeed not even coming. Thanks CVS!

My experience with the pharmacy was outstanding. Yes, they’re very busy, but they were extremely helpful and professional. They did everything they could to get me the best price on very expensive medication for my dog, which saved me hundreds of dollars.

You would think for being in the customer service business that they would do a better job training their people. I not only got told that none of my prescriptions were called in but to step aside and let anybody else through that mattered. Then come to find out my prescriptions where called in!! Worst experience ever never coming back!

Hours are incorrect on google. They are open 8am-6pm. Please update hours and don’t have any more people driving here at midnight to find out you are closed.

Your customer service greeting is so terrible and helpless that your business will die out very soon here. When I can't ask a simple inventory question at a tiny store in Bozeman by phone without it taking 25 minutes you are done as brick & mortar.

OMG!! What a great pharmacy!! From Shreveport LA, but in Bozeman for the day, but forgot one of my medications. The pharmacist was so helpful, found me in the computer from Shreveport and took care of me in 20 minutes. Unbelievable!!

Never answered the phone ❗️My Dr called from Florida to call in a RX. Could never get a hold of them.I had to call another pharmacy to get my Rx’s.

Went to CVS late at night urgently needing a product, expecting it to be open because it says they're open 24/7, only to find that the store had closed with a sign that said they're sorry for any "inconvenience ".
