I came in here to print some pictures out and waited and the machine wasn’t working and instead of the lady looking at what was wrong or helping us she left and said she needed to go on her lunch break and walked off…. There was 5 people waiting and trying to get help for pictures then a line of people waiting to be checked out at no one was here to help. We ended up leaving without the pictures we printed, the staff are immature and no help.

Allison provided 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service as always, and Paulette notified me about being able to order photos online which will save my Grandpa and I so much time in the future!!! (We found out today he is 100% cancer free after 30 exhausted years of battling it!:)) Thank you CVS!!! The staff at this location are superstars!!!

Made an appointment online for a flu shot and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, the pharmacist said they were unable to do the flu shot because they were new. Please do not have online appointments available if you can’t do them. There was also no soap in the women’s bathroom. Poor experience overall.

Recently visited my local CVS and had a fantastic experience. The staff was courteous, and the store was organized and clean. I was able to find everything I needed with ease. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciate the commitment to customer service and will definitely be returning. Thank you, CVS!

Worst CVS I’ve ever used. Do not recommend using their pharmacy. Slow refill times. I’ll get a text my refill is ready and show up and it’s not. Not reliable for prescriptions whatsoever.

It's weird to see 7 people working at the pharmacy and they still are so disorganized and confused they can't even handle a line of 4 customers. The management here has bigger issues than not enough staff. It looks like they are constantly playing catch up and rearranging the store for no particular reason. This is a problem nationwide with CVS, not specific to this location.

Hours of operation listed here and on platforms like Uber are very wrong. No one will fix this. Staff are incredibly rude. Hopefully goes under and something better goes there

The tech who helped me (I think her name was Michelle?) was very helpful and understanding. She stepped aside and took some time to help me figure out why my medication coupon wasn’t working even though they were slammed with phone calls. It’s been an uphill battle with the manufacturer to even give me the coupon in the first place, so I’m grateful that she didn’t send me away to try and deal with the manufacturer myself. Thank you for the great help today.

You literally cannot call this pharmacy. It is a highly automated line with no option of getting through to a person, because each time you attempt to, "the call cannot be transferred, please try again later".

TAKE THE 24 HOUR SIGN DOWN!!!I was sick and hoping to get some medicine at 7:30 pm on a Sunday evening but NOPE!! Closed at 6?!?! You guys have a sign on the sign of your building advertising being open for 24 hours yet you close at 6 on a Sunday?! Absolute trash and unreliable for a PHARMACY!!!!!!

Unfortunately the problem is staffing issues. Suppose to be 24/7, but says they close now at 8pm. However, that's not true, went yesterday got there by 7:25 and they were closed. No where in this valley stays open past 8pm.

I couldn’t be more unhappy with this place. I’ve used CVS in several places I’ve lived and honestly don’t know why I keep thinking it will be better at a different location, they are all awful. They are chronically understaffed and the employees are overworked, no one ever answers the phone so you have to go in if you want to get an issue resolved and it’s questionable whether or not they’ll be able to help. I was told my medication would be ready in 30 minutes and after no notifications I went back after three hours of waiting to check in, only to be told the medicine was on order and hadn’t even arrived. When I asked why I was lied to they just told me their system said it was in. Now I always make sure someone physically checks to see if my specialty meds are there. My family member tried to fill a medication only to be told they weren’t a preferred pharmacy with his insurance, despite them not even having the insurance on file yet and it being Montana Medicaid where there are no preferred pharmacies. I have Medicaid and have never had a problem with my prescriptions being processed. Every time I’ve had a problem it’s been with the tech Madison, but I wouldn’t be surprised if all the issues are just the fault of CVS’s horrific systems and policies.Nothing is ever filled on time as they are constantly behind because they have too many patients and not enough staff. It is truly awful to be someone who is chronically ill and relies on medicine to survive and not be able to get what I need on time. My regular meds always have to be ordered and the order can’t be placed until the refill date so I consistently have to go 1-2 days without them or ‘save’ extra through the month. Whenever I ask when it will arrive the answer is just a shrug and ‘whenever the vendor ships it.’ There’s no tracking or ETA, you’re just supposed to suffer and wait and hope it comes on time.I suppose it’s my fault for giving CVS so many chances when I’ve had problems no matter what location I’ve gone to. It seems like most of them are full of people who don’t know how to do their job or are discriminatory and will treat you like an addict when you’re just trying to live your life. I’ve finally given up and am working on transferring my scripts to a local pharmacy today because I’ve had enough stress caused by these people. I hope to find a way to contact corporate because the way they run things is absolutely despicable.

We had a perfectly fine experience here getting flu and COVID shots recently - only other people around were in line separately for prescriptions (no one else was waiting on a shot). Also got a very good deal on some facial serum.

UPDATED: Still don't recommend going here over the other pharmacies, but they are MUCH improved. The pharmacy staff there are courteous and helpful, but they are clearly overwhelmed with a LOT of customers and work (and all appeared to be working non-stop very hard for the hour I was there), and seems corporate CVS is screwing them over. I went for a vaccine appointment and there were 15 other people there for appointments at the same time. This caused the wait to exceed 2hrs for some people. It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode about how the point of a reservation is to reserve a spot for you. This issue cant' be blamed on local staff, but simply on corporate CVS who allowed all those appointments to be booked at the same time on their lovely website. I give it two stars now because they are still better than they were in 2022 when they had 1 person working there.ORIGINAL: Don't do prescriptions here, half the time the pharmacy is closed and rest of the time is a massive line with 30minute or longer wait

Lisa was just rude about filling a new prescription that I’m not familiar with. It is a controlled substance and there are so many rules and Lisa just acted like I was trying to get more and that it was my problem and I had to call my doctor. She didn’t offer to help me in any way. Luckily, I have a wonderful care team and they’ve helped me figure it all out. Thanks to Lisa you guys lost another customer!!

Better customer service would be fantastic. I work retail. And the little things you can do for a customer go a long way. I would expect every associate to understand that. Also, their photo center, I ordered 4x6's for pick up and 2 of the 18 came messed up.

This pharmacy is horrible! One of the ladies that I always have to deal with refuses to even talk to you. She just glares and huffs and puffs. If you ask her a question she says I don't know and refuses to find the answer. The drive thru is hit or miss. Who the heck knows when it's open. The pharmacy hours are a lie. I've come in during open hours to find it closed. Will 100% be switching pharmacies after today's rude visit.

Go elsewhere & save the headache!!! You'll thank me later. The pharmacy staff is lazy, lazy, lazy! Waiting over a week for a common prescription thats not generic. The employees are EXTREMELY lazy & refuse to do their job. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. 1st they refused to take down insurance info over the phone, did not followup with insurance or doctor office for info needed..absolutely insane & ridiculous! Long hold times for no service & pathetic excuses. In person visit didn't help either. Called so many times I lost count. Sometimes the phone works, other times not at all.In all fairness there was two ladies in the front of the store that were extremely kind & helpful. One checked me out & the other helped me find shoe protectant spray. The pharmacy is the real problem. Terriby managed & VERY chaotic.

All pharmacies are having trouble right now. They are all short staffed and short tempered due to the work environment. The CVS corporate won't change the hours on the website or the times for the vaccine scheduler. The pharmacy is doing its best to stay open 8am to 8pm with the staff it has. Please be patient and understanding that the people behind the counter are there for YOU!

This is the worst pharmacy in the country. They don’t answer the phone (not even the provider line), and their hours are NOT 24/7. They close at 6pm every day. The line will be out the door when you arrive and there’s 2 people including the pharmacist working. If you need to refill medicine don’t even bother waiting, you’re better off going to the emergency room.

The lady was extremely rude as soon as she opened the drive thru window. We asked to be sure our insurance was billed correctly because the price was much higher then anticipated with double insurance and she said it was…asked her to double check…gave her our Blue Shield Card which was a recent new insurance (the lady taking the card as she was rolling her eyes and with horrible disgusted body language), shortly after she came back and said that CVS doesn’t take the Blue Shield. But at the very start she said it was billed correctly?? She didn’t want to do her job correctly or professionally and we will not be back. Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile.I work in the medical field…this isn’t the way customers should treated. HORRIBLE!!

I needed to transfer a prescription from a different location, and wasn't able to do it online. I called, waited on hold for 20 minutes, then someone answered the phone and immediately hung up. I called back and waited on hold for 45 minutes before giving up hope that someone would answer. It's really disappointing that this is the only CVS in the city, yet they're impossible to get ahold of.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been on hold with the pharmacy for 1 hour and 46 minutes total. 52 min the first time before I hung up and called the store itself. Jamie, the so-called supervisor, is rude. All she could say is “I’m sorry. They’re short staffed” I’m kind of sick of hearing that. I am just as much a customer as someone in the drive-thru or at the counter. Then it was 30 min. Hung up and called the store again. Good old Jamie answered again. I asked her if she could go back there and ask them to answer the dang call. She said she would, but I’m pretty sure she didn’t. Now it’s been 24 min and 47 seconds more as I’m writing this review. These people haven’t even picked up to acknowledge they have a call. Plain ridiculous!!!!

Pharmacy usually refills my medication on a few month supply and then calls me when it is filled and ready for pickup. They called me about a week before I ran out of my medication and told me that they would not refill it until I had my doctor re-order the prescription (that I’ve been taking for 8 years, by the way). I got the soonest appointment to see my doctor, which happened to be the day I would run out of my prescription. I was already dissatisfied with the fact that CVS didn’t notify me of why they wouldn’t fill my medication and that they told me they wouldn’t fill it with barely enough time to find a doctors appointment. I chose to fill my medication with them again ONLY because they are a 24hr pharmacy and I could at least have my medication before I went to sleep for the night. Come to find out, I show up to pick up my medication at said 24hr pharmacy and they were closed. There was nothing that mentioned their temporary hours on their google page. There was nothing that mentioned that their hours have changed when my doctor ordered my prescription. So, I had to go home without my medication that I NEED DAILY. Thank goodness this isn’t a medication that I would die if I didn’t have. I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone who has a medication that they need to keep their body alive.

Inaccurate self reported hours, I submitted accurate hours according to something they have posted on their door.This stores pharmacy systems are incredibly slow, effectively delaying the pick up of meds I need to help with breathing issues for 2 days, would have asked the doctor for a different pharmacy if I had known they would be this lack luster.Severely understaffed, that's the main reason it's 2 stars instead of 1. Pharmist on staff was also allowed to be wearing a funky floral shirt which was refreshing to see.

I can not express how terrible the service is here.Corporate has worked so hard to swallow all the small pharmacy’s up. Now they can’t manage simple tasks. This is borderline a crime. I think a class action should occur and wake this trash company up. Do not become the biggest cat on the block and act in this manner. They lie about hours tell you to pick up and a time you drive 50 minutes to find the store closed. Employees are angry and I don’t blame them. Nothing but pathetic. Stop using excuses pay people more money to fit the city. GET your S together!
