Friendly deli staff,lots of produce store was nice and clean. No checkouts were open and I had a full trolley. There was only one tattooed piereced and warn out staff member who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else than there.Carpark was clean and there were plenty of trolleys (carts) available.

Davonte , was awesome he was available very polite handled his business very professional , and I'm a special order due to a certain Crohn's disease that I have , I like my product a certain way. Brought the cheese to me while I was shopping and really went out of his way . I appreciate his professionalism and his kindness. Keep him very few businesses have a gentleman like this I'm in hopes that he does this with every customer.

Kendi in self check out was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was sooo kind, patient and helpful with some steaks that were ringing up with the incorrect advertised sale price. (All while having the other machines needing help, too) Ya’ll need to give this gem a raise. Service with a smile…Thank you Kendi!

The past months I have been to Albertsons I have had the inconvenience of interacting with an employee who makes sarcastic and unfriendly remarks. He makes the simple experience of going to pick up groceries truly unenjoyable. I hope that management can hire someone less disappointing.

I am a little frustrated because I had a very unpleasant encounter with someone from customer service. I DoorDash and went to customer service to pick up an order Yet nobody was around. Someone was finally called twice.Young lady Was kind enough to see if I was help and confirmed my order was ready. However, since it wasn’t her department, she wasn’t allowed to tell me the groceries.The employee Running customer service rushed up to the front and was very rude. He gave me sarcasm and said I was going to have to wait because he Had a deadline for one of his orders. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I finally got my order With some more sarcasm. I am not the type to complain, however, kindness goes along way!

Holy cow . I’ve been an avid Albertsons shopper . It honestly has two nice employees everybody else could care less about helping you which is whatever . BUT today it took me almost 10mins to get a refund on SEALED items and with a physical receipt !! She had a nasty look like i had stolen the items , I was flabbergasted . I will not be coming back , she wouldn’t give me just a store credit or cash . She wanted the physical card which I had used apples pay Jesus Christ . Go elsewhere ! Ironically she was in charge of “customer service “ eye roll .

What I loved about Albertson's was their selection of flowers! The individual bouquets were very reasonably priced, that you can get a few to mix & make really nice ones or a big beautiful one!

Worst produce in town, I’ve given it several tries and the produce is always old and often moldy! Even if I find something that looks ok it usually goes bad a day or 2 later. I will drive further to not get produce at Albertsons.

We are having our babies 1st birthday party today and ordered an Alice in Wonderland Smash cake (that came free with the purchase of the cupcakes) and the cake decorator did an absolutely AMAZING job. We couldn’t be more happy with how the cake turned out. Thank you guys so much for helping make our baby girl’s first birthday that much more special!

I shop at Albertsons regularly and the staff is amazing, always so upbeat and very helpful. Today I went in to find some new flowers to replace a few wilted ones in an arrangement that I had bought a couple days earlier. But unfortunately with it being the end of the day, the selection on the floor was limited for white flowers. However, Darcy in the floral department was so kind and took the time to help me find some suitable replacements. Albertsons will always and forever be my go to for flowers :)

It's not that I don't love this supermarket in advance. I have been shopping in this supermarket for six years. I even planned to apply for a job in this supermarket yesterday, but one thing discouraged me. The reason was that when I was buying sushi, a lady took pictures in front of the sushi bar and told the gentleman next to her that if the sushi bar was not full before 7 o'clock, she would have to complain to their company. I was shocked. Why is there such a rule? In my understanding, if the sushi in the sushi bar is not sold, it means there is a problem, but obviously the sushi and chef in this sushi bar have performed perfectly in the past five years, so I didn't plan to work here at that time. Originally, I wanted to work in deli. The reason is that,When I was chatting with the sushi chef here, he said that he liked it very much, but he was worried about his friends who worked in deli. Because deli didn't have enough staff, I wanted to come to work in deli. I didn't expect to see such a thing, so I'm sorry, I think I must do something to express my disappointment.

Really like the friendliness and courtesy everyone gives you. I've been shopping here for 30 years. The pharmacy staff are monumental. Always watching over me and my complicated prescriptions. They pretty much have everything you need. Always room for parking.

I absolutely love Kelly at Starbucks. She is a great asset to this store and such an amazing lady! She always remembers my name and what I typically order. I wish more people could be like her. Albertsons is pretty great. Usually has everything you need at a decent price. Good sales. Fruit selections are pretty good. They have a nice little deli spot, and the bakery is always stocked pretty well!There's a pretty decent size self-checkout area where you can move through the line pretty fast. And always someone around to help.The other day I saw an employee help a man in a wheelchair out to his car with his purchase. He was really kind.So there's my ramble, but I'd say Albertsons is pretty good 👍

Every time I shop here I pick items out that are reasonably priced, then when I get to the actual checkout process they ring up for a higher price (by several dollars per item) than is listed. I'm then faced with either sending someone to verify prices of each item to get them at listed price, holding everyone else up who is in line behind me, or just paying what i wouldn't otherwise pay for these items. Seems intentionally dishonest at this point and I won't shop here anymore.

Always clean and inviting. Kudos to the always friendly and helpful staff. In the Spring of 2020, the place got a new makeover inside and it looks great and feels airy and wonderful. Great selection of flowers for that special someone, those special days, and those hope it works to get out of the dog house days. A big thumbs up from me.

While this store has a wide selection, the prices are too high. Yesterday I saw a common product a full dollar higher than Rosauers, and it was on sale! I almost never shop there for that reason.Update:I was really impressed with the good job the customer service rep did for me today.

The store is clean, the employees are friendly, and the shelves are not empty like other local stores. If you want to save $$$ check out their weekly ads and the "just for U" app for smart phones. The Monopoly game is fun to play also.

When self checkout was available this store was so much more convenient. Now there's always a line and hard to get out when you are in a hurry. Great deals on items when you find sales. The deli sells hot or cold chicken and other salad bar items. Doughnuts are made fresh daily and are great with the Starbucks located conveniently next to the bakery.

A very nice selection of the foods we were looking for and they had quality looking vegetables. Additionally, my co-shopper was able to efficiently receive her Covid vaccine. She was in an eligible category.

Checkout registers didn't consistently recognize advertised specials. Website says 10% discount on seniors day, 1st Wed of the month,the store said its the 1st Thursday. They don't have their act together.

Prices are usually really good. Always fliers and coupons at the door. Clean and typically short lines.By the way, the staff is VERY friendly and polite to everyone. I've seen more out-of-the-way kindness to genuinely over-the-top rude/temperamental customers here than any other store. Love the staff!
