I had had the pleasure of being able to board my fur babies here. They are very loving and caring with my babies. Their 1st visit they were a bit nervous, the staff spent some quiet time with them to make them comfortable.Mia grooms my babies every 6-8 weeks. She is very good with animals and gives attention to their appearance.

I’ll give two stars because I think the owner is very kind, and cares greatly for the animals, my interactions with her have been great! The staff on the other hand leaves quite a lot to be desired! Not impressed! Our dog has been there a few times and each time I’ve been increasingly less impressed! Let me preface this by saying our dog is not a little angel by any means, he’s big, he pulls on his leash sometimes, and barks whenever there are other dogs barking, we get it, he can be kind of a handful at times, but if you are going to work with animals, you should love them all, even their flaws! Our previous boarding facility in another town never had problems and he always came home happy. With that said, I’ll continue my review. The first stay seemed to go alright, our dog came home very tired, but seemed to be alright, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and polite. The second time upon pick up, there were some snarky comments made about his leash pulling, and it kind of irritated me, but ok, like I said, I get that it can be frustrating. He also didn’t have his collar on which I thought was pretty odd, and was again very tired. Then, I hesitated to take him back this weekend, but I decided I was overreacting and he would be fine. I should have known when we dropped him off that I should have walked back out the door. We walked in and were greeted by 4 people, the lady who seemed to be in charge spoke first with a pleasant greeting, followed by a snarky male teenager stating “we were just talking about him”, so thinking everyone is joking around I joked “oh great, that can’t be good”, to which I received awkward glances between each person and no response. Super uncomfortable! Then, upon pickup, my husband went in and said he was there to pick up our dog Oscar, to which the same male teen responded with an under the breath “oh good, Oscar the turd”. Once he realized my husband heard him he tried to cover himself, “well I mean, he’s not really that bad of a dog. He just pulls on his leash and barks at the other dogs.” Completely uncalled for, you kiddo should not be working with people, and I definitely don’t want you near any pet I ever own, you clearly lack compassion and professionalism!! My husband went back to get our dog, and there was diarrhea in his kennel. I will give the benefit of the doubt, hoping it had just happened, so they didn’t have time to know, especially since we picked him up a day early. My husband brought him out to the car and noticed he was limping, and his chin was bloody/bleeding, I feel that those are two very noticeable things that we should have been made aware of. Since getting him home, he has shown signs of continuing diarrhea, dehydration, has continued to limp quite drastically, and has been quite lethargic. Lethargic to the point of not being able to stand without help, continuing to lay to drink water, not even trying to play with his toys, and not eating. These things don’t just happen in an instance, he had to have been showing some of these symptoms and I as a pet parent deserve to know EVERYTHING that goes on. Very disappointed in the most recent experiences.

We left our Lab there for a week, she came home with Kennel Cough and gave it to our other dogs. We made sure to bring her own bed, toys, treats and food. Indeed sweet people however now we are dealing with the aftermath.😔

Wow I heard about this place on the radio and it's awesome! Both of my dogs look forward to coming to this place anytime I bring them! They get excited like a couple of little kids lol. Located in Black eagle, these guys are a little bit off the beaten path and may be hard to find for someone that's not familiar with the area. Parking is a bit limited. The staff is amazing, they treat each and every dog like their own pet and every customer like a friend. They didn't give them extra play time as promised, didn't bath them, their water bowls and food bowls empty. They were panting like crazy because they were thirsty and hot. One of our dogs had a big gash in their back and they said they didn't notice that. Used to love this place, Will never use again.

I have had to board my dogs a few times now. This entire staff does a fantastic job easing my mind about how the dogs are doing as well as taking care of my pups! I really can't say enough good about this group and will be using them again in August for my honeymoon!! See you guys soon. Thanks for everything.Amanda Sanne

I want to give a 0 star. I am so sad. On Tuesday 6/13 my dog got groomed and his poodle feet (ALL 4 including inbetween toes too) got all scratched/irritated/bleeding. I totally understand if there is/are one or two scratches. It got worse on the next day I called the place and the lady asked me to bring him to shop and assured me that he was NOT bleeding when he was at the shop. I asked if she can give me # so that I can send photos and I txted 20 photos no answer. I just can't believe what has happened to my furry baby. I just was speechless. I have never experienced this kinda of low job while I have my dog for 5 years. Very disappointed. I paid $70 and now I have to take him to the VET. Just look at the photos on yelp.

These guys were awesome taking care of my dog and i took them up on the offer for updated shots and my dog was in great condition after 3 days will use these guys again when we come back to great falls.

This business thing short of outstanding both in care and grooming. It is unfortunate the public at large doesn't take advantage of the schooling as well.thanks f&l for being there and excellent care. I can't say enough, Darwin enjoys you folks and misses you.LOL

Friendly staff and clean for the most part, but the kennels are a maybe 12 sq ft enclosure and dogs that are mild tempered (like mine) may be disturbed by other proximate aggressive dogs.

My son's dog was filthy with its own urine, was visible shaking, staving and extremely thirsty ,I just seen a review that is very similar to this one ,the place is run poorly
