This place is amazing. The people that were suppose to be caring for my mom let her dogs toenails curl into her pads. It hurt. Within a few minutes she was trimmed and happy. Walking better to.

We bring our pup in to get his nails clipped as he doesn't cooperate very well at home. All the staff are wonderful and do a great job and provide excellent service to both the animals and the humans ☺️

The wife and I brought our German Shepherd and Cattle dog here. We were guided to stations and given a quick but thorough walkthrough. They provide towels, brushes, shampoo, and water proof aprons. They treated us well, and for a small fee trimmed the pups'claws. We plan to return.

People are super nice, good smelling soap. They were working on two small dogs when we walked in, and you could tell by their tone, they really care. We used the self wash.

The ONLY place we go to bathe our dogs if we don't do it at home. Love the deep tubs, the soaps, the vinegar rinse, the drying options, the nail clippings that the staff does! Thanks for being an awesome place for our pets!

Had the most horrifying visit today with my appointment. This has happened once before but gave a second chance. Booked our appointment for 4 pm. Owner assured me that our dog would be ready than. To our disgust arriving an hour latter to pick up our precious girl, we found out she was stuffed into a cage half her size that whole time with no plans of getting to her for another hour yet. Worst animal cruelty I’ve ever seen. BBB will be notified.....God Bless all animals. They don’t deserve....

I think here is a typical GF costumer service example. Businesses want to do well, want to thrive yet a really poor costumer service so disappointing.We wanted to board out dog for one night, our first time boarding a dog.We called to see the vaccines needed and they didnt tell us specific but we figured it out. When we dropped the dog we asked what we needed to know and they said: nothing really.We left town and the next day we saw they closed at 6 but because they offered different services I figured maybe we would be able to pick up our dog later than that. I called them to make sure and they said I could pick up my dog at any time I came in. I still arrived before 6 and they were already closed.The next morning we mentioned it and we didn’t even get an apology just charged us for two nights and that’s it.

Will not be taking my dog here anymore. They left the leash on our dog in the cage and he chewed into pieces because he gets anxious in cages. Wasn't a big deal because he was a new dog to us and we didn't know he would do that..The next time we dropped him off I told them not to blow dry him because he hates it and not to leave his leash on him in the cage. We returned to find that she had blowed dried him and had used our leash and turned into a makeshift harness that was tied around his chest and stomach. She also left it on him in the cage and handed me my dog with the leash torn to pieces, except the part tied around his chest. She didn't say a word about it or apologize. The fact that she blatantly disregarded everything I told her was completely disrepsectful. Never returning.

My little dog is afraid of everything unknown! I bring him here to have his nails clipped, they talk to him the whole time they are doing it, which I love! There is a whole lot of love for pets in that lil building, it’s not just a job! 🧡 I don’t go anywhere else!
