The bakery used to be good but now they are completely incompetent. On their form I ordered a sheet cake for my son turning 6. Chocolate cake, chocolate icing, strawberry filling, Spiderman print and Happy 6th Birthday written on it. 2 of the bakery employees even checked the order to make sure it was good. What I got: cupcakes, some vanilla in the shape of a 5 with white icing! What the !?! So pissed.

It is just a couple minutes after 11:00 p.m. and there are so many people in line and only two checkers... Neither need to do the self-checkout or have more checkers available because I have to work and it looks like I'm not going to be able to get my lunch after allLove this place! Everything good in comments from others is 100% correct! I gave 4 stars because I would love to see one more thing come from this place..... a shopping app with products description, availability and prices. I make my lists from home and only take the cash I need to buy whats on my list.Thanks for choosing Billings for a local store for our shopping needs!

Just a great place to shop. The staff is always helpful, the shelves are full and always being stocked. The cashier are kind, personable, and do their job well. The store is clean and well maintained. The prices are always great! I don’t go anywhere else for meat and produce.This is the place to shop!!!

The prices are unbelievable. And I love the variety of products and foods offered, delicious. Winco is open 24-hours super awesome. They have everything you need and more. They do not take credit cards though only debit cards, just fyi. Love this store.

I love the bulk foods section where variety rules. Can't go wrong with their frozen seafood section either. I've noticed the cashier was very fast. I could hardly bag my groceries before she was finished scanning everything. They only accept debit cards or cash, but since their prices are lower than the competition, I don't mind bagging my own groceries.

I am impressed with Winco. They have a variety of chocolates, assorted nuts, various types of flour, and ingredients used for baking, pasta, different sugars, fresh peanut butter, almond butter, and cashew butter. Everything mentioned above can be purchased in any desired quantity by filling a bag and weighing it. Winco is my favorite supermarket.Just one thing I wish they have. More bathroom.

I love this company! Cheapest prices and a clean organized store. Also the fact that it is a employe owned company gives some pice of mind that it's a good moral choice to shop there, not completely just filling the pockets of a billionaire stock holders company.

We're new to Billings so we went to compare this store to Albertsons and was very impressed with the selection of products and their prices. Much better prices than Albertsons. No self checkout and the cashier was very nice and helpful.

Fair location to shop. They have continued to raise prices, so you may need to shop elsewhere for certain items.There are never enough cashiers... usually indicates they don't care about service standards

Most of the store employees are amazingly friendly and down to earth! The selection of products is amazing and the prices are outstanding!I can go here and fill a cart and go to that Wally World place get the exact things and my bill at Winco is normally half the cost!As tight as the household dollars are Winco is the place of preference even though I have to drive about 90 miles to go there!

Great prices, bulk foods offer a large variety-including spices. I shopped at Winco for 15 years in Washington State. The 24 hours is helpful to avoid busy times.

I don't have Winco foods in my area. I've heard a lot about them and I was actually kind of disappointed. I found the prices to be about average, there was a few sales but a lot even in the bulk section that weren't great.The reason for the two star review however was the hostility of the staff, I asked one staff were I could find an item and they just responded that I needed to look around till I found it. At the self checkout I was trying to pay with a credit card and kept getting an error. A staff came to assist and sharply said "This is Winco! We don't take credit cards! The computer said that when you walked up!" After ringing out with my debit card I checked and the screen simply said "Scan items to begin" at checkout it said payment options are "Cards". Since it doesn't specify I'd assumed both would have been acceptable. I let the staff know and there response was "Well it used to say that and you should know if you're shopping at Winco you need a debit card". It was a very disappointing customer experience.

Best overall grocery store in the Billings area. Prices are very competitive and most items can be found. The only hit, the checkout lines can get very long at times.

My experience with Winco Foods is 5stars from the time you enter to all the way to the exit to your car most of the items are in bulk MONEY Orders are cheaper plus 24hrs 7days a week. All u need to do is go to the website or stop and shop the stores,I don’t have any negative reviews at all.Thank you Karen H Billings Mt

If you need to shop both for bulk and for individual items, Winco is your store. You can expect to find some really good deals, especially on staples. They have a lot of temporary deals right now since it’s a brand new store though, so don’t expect those to last.I was disappointed with a couple things: their organic selection is really small, their shopping aisles are tiny and packed full, and the store is not convenient if you need a quick in and out. Also, sections of their parking lot are not clearly marked for driving or pedestrian crossings, and can be confusing.

Not my first choice, but I am very happy to have a grocery store that's opened 24 hours. The aisles are very cluttered, but they have quite a few things in stock which is nice.

There is some weirdness with the organization of this WinCo - some of the refrigerated goods are on the opposite side of the store from the rest of the frozen and refrigerated goods, and it's difficult to find dry and canned goods from the signs on those aisles. For instance, the aisle with "Beans" on the sign only has dry beans and canned refried and baked beans, while all other canned beans are on the next aisle over with "Soup".

The ASM and Loss Prevention team could use a lesson in customer service and get off their high horse of thinking that the job titles comes as a status of power. Will be filing complaint with corporate of their treatment and threatening of fear attitude of my 70 year old mother today in an unfortunate mishap... these individuals are embarrassmenta to this company. Seemed like they held grudges they didn't get hall monitor in 7th grade and now take it out on 70 year old women

I like Winco's prices & selections but checkout was a disaster. We spent over $55 dollars & the self checkout didn't want to accept $100 bill. A clerk opened up the interior & tried to override & put the $100 bill in over my objections. I was suggesting we get5 - 20s instead. The register wouldn't register the $100 he forced in...another Male employee came over & despite my repeated pleas for speed (my mother had an appointment in 15 minutes) they ignored me. Finally the 5th time & after 15 minutes of them trying to problem solve the self checkout employee finished the transaction on her register. I don't know why this wasn't done to begin with.

Best prices in town on everything. Store is always well stocked clean and the staff is awesome. Meat is best selection. Deli seafood pizza all well stocked. Produce is great and large selections of fruits and vegetables. Keep up the awesome job.

I live over 100 miles away so Win Co is a must-stop when I come to town most prices are better than my hometown grocery and many items at Walmart. Produce is wonderful and reasonable.

I will never ever shop here again. I had maybe 20 items in my basket and I was standing at the checkout line for 20 minutes just to have the customer behind me come up and say "You know this is for 15 items or less right?" Im irritated already but I let her go in front of me. And then the self-checkout cashier comes up to me and says "This lane is for 15 items or less" even though I had already been in line for 20 minutes trying to check out my five items over cart in the 15 items Lane I grabbed my baby in his car seat and left and told that lady I will never come back here. Never have I been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by anyone even at Walmart I get better customer service than that. And I'm going to make sure that everybody knows that the staff there is inconsiderate and rude as hell.
