Scott the team lead in sporting goods went well, above and beyond.... He took time out of his evening at 10:00 PM in the evening to assemble a BBQ grill so I could go camping and grilling the very next day. Very much appreciated.. Thank you for your great customer assistance and service.

Went to Walmart and found some tire that were advertised as $120.00 but the automotive guy said they were 150.00 and he couldn't honor the price. Leonard was able to help, he got the tires down and honored the price that was on them. He was also extremely nice and so was the lady that went to find him but didn't catch her name. Thank you Leonard for your help.

I've heard people say this is the nicest Walmart they have ever visited. I'm prone to agree at this point but I can't say I'm much of a Walmart shopper. I really enjoy the people who work here. Their job can't be easy but they are always friendly and hardworking.

I rode a cart to get my groceries as I have serious burns on my feet. I asked the cashier if someone could help me unload into my car. She said yes. After checkout she asked her manager to get someone and the manager replied, "I don't do that" and walked off. I got it done but it was a very painful experience.

Shelves were not stocked on the more common items. The place was not very clean. The bathrooms were down right filthy. The atmosphere was one of suspicion and nosey. Not helpful at all. I think Walmart needs to go back to customer care, putting cashiers at the checkouts instead of someone roaming around worrying about me doing their job correctly and efficiently!

I have enjoyed using this Walmart over some of the others that I've used over the last 20 years The supply chain seems to be okay better than it's been in the last couple of years I like how many self checkout areas with conveyor belts there are they are very helpful when it comes to the Walmart Plus and any issues that have arose with delivery or issues with my order bathroom seem to be fairly clean and always a decent amount of maintenance done on keeping the door stalls and stuff like that good as well you on the way out the door for your receipt either

They've done a better job with the supply chain as of late. I love just picking up my groceries! But the lines aren't so bad inside unless it's just before a holiday

Take away 97% of human cashiers,make all the lanes self checkout,& now you close most of the self chekot lanes to where theres always lines & 3 staff members walkin around with their handhelds. Ill pay the 3% increase in cost over at Target.

Always avoided Wall-Mart in Flint, because the clientele was 'Sus', and never felt safe. But, visited the Wall-Mart in Billings, Montana and it was 8/10. Super big complain is they had strange isle caps that went into the isle. It made a HUGE traffic jam. Only 1 cart could fit entering or exiting an isle. DUMB! Bur, I filled my cart with lots and fully expected my bill to come to $400 at least. Was shocked that my total was less than $300! Biggest complaint to offer was the produce I bought was AMAZING! Never had a fresher, more perfect tomatoe. WOW! Will try to patron more Wall-Marts when I can!

I was grabbing some water last night. There was an older employee back in the beverage section, he had glasses with an agressuve attitude. He was very rude towards us and another customer with kids. He got upset as she grabbed items and as I grabbed Bubbly off the shelves. He huffed at us "I just stocked those!" He scared that woman's children with his aggressive tone and manner. Maybe Walmart should change their stocking shift to 11pm when it's closed to avoid this kind of interaction between employees and customers. I've noticed employees get irritated when you ask them for assistance.

Check your stuff you get from the bakery i shopped there 9-26-2021 and got 4 ct muffins and went to eat one and it had mold on it. Pretty gross. Just letting other customers be aware to check your product.

I shop at Heights WALMART on Hwy 312. I have shopped at the Walmarts in west Billings on King Ave. BIG difference in produce. Billings Heights Walmart has good produce most of the time, but not as good as Billings west. NO local ice cream called Wilcoxson, a biggy.

I really like the Walmart in the Heights the best because they always have a selection of cloths in my size and they have cuter clothes at that one.

This isn’t so much the experience but a review on the product. Was so excited to add the “Hero’s Gym” to my Christmas town collection (I understand these are a far lower standard than Lemax and other brands) but was pretty disappointed to see the difference in what was on the box vs what I received in the box. But you get what you pay for I suppose.

It's the better Walmart in Billings and the Money Center doesn't seem to have the lines the Westend Walmart does, so I prefer this Walmart (I live about the same distance from both)

Poor communication with departments managers can and returns. I paid cash and debit card. As half and half payments, I live 150 miles from this store and they wanted to give me a gift card!

try to buy a item that did not scan for the displayed price. manager came over called us stupid for not reading the displayed price correctly cause the item was in the wrong spot. then proceeded to berate us about it.

Had exactly what we needed. We were traveling and needed a few items for our RV. We were able to park easily in the parking pickup area. The woman who brought out our items was super friendly! All of our items were available.

The last straw, I have had countless problems with both Walmart’s in Billings, this will mark the last problem I have with this company. I used to work at Walmart so when I hear some of the things out of these peoples mouths I’m flabbergasted. I highly recommend that anyone looking for even minimal customer service not go to either of the Walmart’s in Billings. Go to laurel or Albertsons down the street, the difference you “save” will be found in the employees and how they treat you.
