Love the Walgreens app for the phone. Get reminders when my medications are ready or when I need to refill them. That way I’m not showing up before they are ready and waiting. I can plan my day to show up when they are done.

The pharmacy sucks. I was from out of town, 34 weeks pregnant, ran out of my anti nausea medicine, was throwing up, still had an 8 hour drive home and they refused to call and transfer my prescription from my original pharmacy because they didn't have the time to make a phone call and said they would get to it in 24 to 48 hours. What a joke.

Some of these workers need raises! A gentleman by the man of Steven, I believe, helped me in a wild rush. Him and a sweet lady were frantically helping customers the night of 2/13/23 and they were amazing, and so so kind. Customer service skills were being maxed out and they were taking it all with a smile. Steven helped me resize some photos for work and took time out of the crazy chaotic check out line to help me. 10/10 for Steven.

Came to Billings be kids got sick went to pickup the prescription after leaving the doctors office because it showed pharmacy was open till 9. To our surprise it closed at 7pm even website states 9pm. Mangers says there nothing they can do. Thanks Walgreens real help to humanity tonight.

The pharmacist at this location will deny you the right to medications that are prescribed by doctors. Not only can this have detrimental effects to the people reliant on said medication but it also creates a danger to the public especially when those medications are used to help those with a serious mental illness.

So this is, without a doubt, one of the most insane experiences I’ve ever had. Had a covid test, came 15 minutes early and sat in a 45 minute line to get it done. So next time anticipated their understaffed drive through and came half an hour early. Surprisingly there was no line, but I was informed that they can’t do my test before 215. But then if you come late they can refuse to do the test subject to “availability”. So as usual Walgreens sets their patients up for a lose/lose scenario.

I've never had a problem with this Walgreens, nor its staff until tonight.My family gets our prescriptions here at least twice a month, we're always there for some reason or another.Tonight (4-04-18 around 8pm), my sister and I went there to pick up her medication, during that time we were browsing the shelves of Walgreens.Not only were we being followed by the staff there, but an older gentleman who was bald, kept coming up to us and asking if we needed help. Of course we said no and carried on with browsing. He came up another time and was telling us that we've been in there a long time and that we should hurry up. He continued to tell us to hurry up and that we've been in there long enough (at this time we hadn't even been in there for more than 30 minutes).I was half tempted to drop the items I had in my hands and walk out that door.How disrespectful can a person be? This man was disrespectful, rude, and quite honestly one of the worst people I've seen work there.I am shocked he is working at a place where he needs to socialize considering how he treated my sister and I.Would I recommend this place? The pharmacy has never let me down and I will continue to use that service, but I will never shop inside that store unless it's an emergency.

I have never been to the pharmacy here without waiting at LEAST 30 minutes. EVERY time I have been through the drive-thru (which as has been at least 10-15 times) you are sitting there for 20-30 minutes. Today I brought my boyfriend to get his antibiotic eye drops and I have currently been sitting in the parking lot waiting for 45 minutes and still nothing. I understand sometimes they are busy and you have to go through insurance and all that but 45+ minutes?!?! There is nothing more infuriating than sitting and waiting for almost an hour every single time to get a freaking prescription.

I had to come to Walgreens to pick money up from Western Union and I asked the lady if she had $100 and she rudely said "I don't have it and we don't do anything over $50" (which is incorrect) and I asked "can you pull money from the back?" Because the last time I had to pick money up the the employee went to the back and grabbed money to make it a full $100. But the employee this time was completely rude. So I called the Walgreens located on Grand avenue if I can pick up my Western Union and explained what had just happened at the one in the heights and he had told me that the employee I spoke to is incorrect and they don't do anything more than $300.Walgreens needs to step up the game and teach their employees how to be nice and respectful to customers.

Pharmacist named Joshua refused to give my mother her pain meds because shes new in town. Wouldnt even give us in writing he wouldn't give us the meds. Rather us spend thousands in the emergency room then give us six pills to last her till friday so a doctor can see her. Unbelievably unprofessional, shocked he has a job.

Cashier won't help load a card at all and says that they can't do it, but I have loaded venmo cards at other walgreens, the lady behind the counter just doesn't know how to do it and doesn't want to figure it out.

Cashier was very rude, gave her my member card she said it wasn't in the system, I asked if I could sign up again . She said I guess and I said ok she absolutely didn't want to take the time to do it I was the only one at the time but by the few minutes it took more people came I won't shop there ever again very rude and could of cared less about anything or anyoneNice job Walgreens!!

We went to buy a box of -protection- (😉😉) and 2 stretchy carrot toys and I dont know the lady's name but the chick with the long brown hair with the shaved side made the experience funny as hell instead of awkward like I thought it was. We went back today and got more protection and 2 cans of monster and she said she can tell we've "leveled up" and we had a good laugh. Will be coming back for more laughs

Understaffed. Pharmacy picks up calls and places on hold. Eventually hangs up on you. Multiple occasions. At one time Walgreens was known for their customer service. I no longer shop there and will move to different provider for pharmacy. Spend the money on staffing and decent employees Walgreens.

The drive thru is the worst experience of any drive thru experience. One car at the window ahead and of me was there for 30 minutes. I could not get out of line because of there concrete posts. They know only one speed. SLOW!! Customer service is the furthest thing from mind for this store. I asked the window employee why they are slow and she would not answer. They are rude and the staff is not good.

Takes way to long to get COVID testing. Wife told lady she felt bad for cars behind her since it was a 30 minute wait time. 10 minutes for cars ahead and 20 for them to hand her the COVID test. Then the lady commented “I’m not holding anyone hostage, they can leave if they have a problem”. Since she is sick it made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I have been there a minimum of 10 times trying to get the same prescription filled. They keep typing in the same information and expecting a different response. They will not call anybody or be proactive in any way. They keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result while I have been out of my medication for over a week. They are ridiculous and I will never use this store again. Goodbye Walgreens

I never leave reviews as I’m always on the go BUT , I have GOT to WARN as many people as possible how TERRIBLE this pharmacy is!!!I arrived to a LONG line of frustrated customers,Asked to get my script that they said would be ready and that’s where the nightmare started !!The script wasn’t ready , as they said it would be , No big deal , Right ? Wrong !!!The next 2 hours I spent at that place were the worst of my life as some little funny msnPharmacist tried to tell me 1- my doctors credentials were no good ,( ludicrous) 2- I can’t pay cash ,they won’t take good RX , EtcIt’s as if he was TRYING anything he could to not give me my script , he made me feel like a degenerate, it was very BAD!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I’m looking to file a complaint with the state Board , These people are out of line , Yes, My script was handled at Osco in about 15 min after that no prob ,,, Thanks OSCO! Walgreens, on main with the little funny man behind the counter power tripping needs to be shut down !

Don’t bother making an appointment here for a Covid vaccine. I brought my oldest son for god appointment yesterday, we were here for over an hour past the appointment time and we arrived 15 minutes early. Today, my daughter and I both came, 15 minutes early as well (like the website states) and it’s the exact same thing. We’ve been sitting here for an hour. I even walked up to ask what the deal is and was told that they’ll get to it when they can and appointments don’t matter. I’d recommend CVS in the heights as an alternative. I had to take my youngest there for the phizer vaccine as he is only 13 and we were in and out with maybe a 5 minute total wait.

Rx has 11 refills available in a 12 month period, this equals a 30 day supply. When I couldn't get it refilled, we were treated like we did something wrong, told to call insurance. I called insurance who informed me the pharmacy coded it as a 90 day supply and they need to resubmit. Well, walgreens heights staff will have none of this. Rude, won't listen, interrupt and condecending. I doubt my lack of business will even be noticed, but my family will not return. This has happened multiple times in the heights, but the customer service at this point has reached a new low.

My toddler was sick and given a prescription for an antibiotic from our hospital, however it was bitter and made him vomit. I called walgreens and spoke to a pharmacy tech who said i could bring it in and they would add flavor to it. After driving 20 miles into town to have it sweetened i was rudely greeted by a pharmacy tech who was unwilling to help. The pharmacist then came over and told me she would call her manager to check if she could add the flavoring. After going around the corner i watched the pharmacist attempt the phone call and then start on other prescriptions. After standing there for 10 minutes without her returnung to tell me any information, i grabbed my sons prescription and left. They were very unhelpful and unhappy.

Listen to the other reviewers, this is the worst pharmacy in Billings! The line is forever long, they’ll send a text saying rx is ready but when you get to the window it isn’t. The staff are rude and disorganized. We switched to sams club, well worth it we never have problems there.

The store is fine but the Pharmacy at this location leaves a lot to be desired. They almost always mess up the insurance and billing on my prescription. I'm actually suprised when they get it right. They are also very slow and the drive thru is even worse.

I was traveling and called this location to have my script pulled from a Las Vegas location. Staff were helpful and courteous. When I picked up, their counter was swapped with customers. All six employees were working as quickly as possible and were positive and helpful. Clearly, THIS location is popular for a reason.

Honestly my family has had enough. Too many bad experiences and rude customer service to go fully into it. One bad experience, I went into the store to grab some children's benadryl and did not know what isle it was in. When I asked an employee what isle it was he said I had to see the pharmacist. I explained that I had called ask a nurse to find what I needed and just need to know what isle it is in. Employee just kept saying a pharmacist has to make a recommendation on medication. I didn't need a recommendation, I just needed to know where in the store it was. I left with out it and went to walmart and found it right away. That is just one of at least 10 bad experiences. The pharmacy is worse.

My 87 year old mother has her medication delivered from this Walgreens and on two separate occasions this month (August 2015) they have failed to deliver the package in under a week. In particular, she called in a refill 6 days ago. It isn't here today. After three calls to Walgreens they claim it has been sent out and was picked up by FedEx (they also claim "FedEx only picks up twice per week"). They do not have a tracking number for FedEx. A call to FedEx confirmed that they have no package en route to this address (but listed a separate package (not from Walgreens) that was delivered earlier this week). This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a pharmacy to have this kind of policy when they are dealing with drugs for life-threatening conditions.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. I had had to ask the cashier for assistance at the photo counter. the person that came to help I believe was the manager! I'm not for sure because during my visit not a single word was spoken to me by the staff!

Worst pharmacy in Billings! Rude pharmacists. Make mistakes, but won't admit them. Stand their with hands on hip and act like you're guilty of something. Their text messages telling scripts are filled, then you go and waste a ton of gas waiting in line only to be told that it was an error, when actually that's when it was supposed to be filled, but they haven't gotten to it and that is somehow your fault, too. Worst pharmacy in Billings!
