The best place in town for your aquarium needs! Real knowledge and very healthy stock. They have everything you could want to start an aquarium from start to finish. The customer service is awesome, and you can see they know their stuff just buy looking at the quality of their display tanks and stock tanks. Skip buying anything online and come check these guys out!

A must visit for any aquarium hobbyist! Best fish store in Eastern Montana by far. Hobbyists doing it the right way! High quality fish and supplies, both freshwater and saltwater. Healthiest fish in town by far! You won't find better in the area! Crowell and Lauren are two of the nicest people I've ever met. Super knowledgeable and a great atmosphere. Everything you would want from an aquarium, and so much more!

Been going to TSAQ since before they opened. I was driving by and noticed a new aquarium shop sign, turned my truck around and called the number on Google. Lauren answered, said they weren't open yet but I was welcome to come in and visit anyway. That was the beginning of a multitude of wonderful experiences with Lauren and Crowell at TSAQ. I wouldn't be where I am in the hobby today without them.

Store is reopened and great. Looks like they were in process of getting everything set up for display. Lots of selection and great advice. If you are new to the fish scene this is a great place to stop for knowledge and supplies. Prices are very competitive too.

This place was awesome! Santa brought a small fish tank to our family and we had no clue how to care for fish. After going to Treasure State, we feel very confident that we will keep our shrimp (that’s right! We came home with shrimp!) alive! SUPER Knowledgeable and patient owners with our 1,000 questions. My 8 year old son not only now knows how to care for his shrimp (going back for fish in a couple weeks) but he’s developed an appreciation for fish and other species. It’s been neat to watch! A learning process for the whole family. It was very clear that this store is well equipped to handle big or small tank needs. We will absolutely be back to support them again!

I have had my aquarium set up and cycling for 2 months. I held off on getting any fish, until they were open. I was not disappointed. What I wanted was a Betta, he helped me pick out the fish that would be compatible with a Betta, I have a beautiful aquarium. The Betta I bought from there, healthy and gorgeous.

Impressive freshwater aquarium shop for the Billings area. Large selection and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Nothing else in Billings comes anywhere close to this business. If you're looking for anything freshwater related or help with your next aquarium, this is the place.

Today was my first visit. I was so impressed with this store. Beautiful and clean. Lots of tanks with freshwater and saltwater tanks. The living coral was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought about 30 fish. I live 2 hours away and they put all my fish in a cooler to protect them. This will be my new go to place! Amazing place, very helpful staff! I went in just wanting to look, and ended up buying everything I need to set up a new tank!! It is beautiful and homey, and their betas are in tanks not cups. All their fish are healthy and active. Amazing store. Will go there for all my needs.

Definitely the best aquarium store I have ever been to by far. Friendly, knowledgeable and personable owners/staff. They truly care about their customers and are passionate about fish and aquariums. Crowell, Lauren and Chris have been helping me build my first saltwater tank and answer all my ridiculous and repetitive questions every weekend. They take amazing care of their tanks and can even do special orders. Definitely the 1 stop shop for all your aquarium needs even if you're a beginner!

This place was awesome. It was clean the tanks were in great condition, the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable and most of all it was a great experience being in that store. They have salt water which was really kept up very well and freshwater which also is kept up very well. If you're looking for a nice shop, definitely come here it's a great place.

Great store. Beautiful fish everywhere and healthy tanks as far as I can tell. It's refreshing to see the dedication come through their fish stock. Unlike some un-named big box fish aisles.Staff was kinda distant , may I say unapproachable but with that many gallons of aquarium to look after I can certainly overlook that.Especially when I was able to ask a question. The staff was VERY knowledgeable and passionate about their profession.Highly recommend by a fellow fishkeeper.

Best please to get all your fresh and Salt water fish tank supplies. They helped me get started with a 90 gallon salt water tank and everyone in the store is friendly and super knowledgeable on everything aquatic. I would highly suggest going here over pet smart and larger corporations. Not to mention you are helping the locals out. Wonderful experience here I will tell everyone to go here and i wont go any where else for my fishy needs. THANK YOU Treasure State Aquariums for everything :)

This is an amazing store!! They have awesome, beautiful and healthy fish! Not only are they friendly people they are so knowledgeable about so many things!!! There isn't a question they can't answer (of a variety of things) Their selection of tank things, foods, meds and aquariums is always full. This is hands down the place to go for fish etc. Amazing customer service!!!

Best aquarium store I've seen in person and especially within the billings area! Crow and his wife were some of the nicest people I've meet in a retail store. We were there for 2 hours just asking questions while eyeballing the insane amount of corals they have as I was trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible from someone that's been doing this for awhile. Crow was very polite while answering my numerous newbie questions. I also enjoyed talking with Crows wife as well as their employee jon.They have an excellent stock of much needed saltwater supplies so I'm excited to spend more of my money in town than sending it to Florida or California. I also thought that the overall lay out of the store was athletically pleasing. The large and widely spaced isles were set up well, the separate rooms for marine and fresh water was nice and who doesn't love the big frag tank with the awesome thru water viewing windows which are totally cool!!I thank everybody there for a wonderful visit to a first class retail store. Plus a Huge thanks for the most awesome jf bug out stylo from their back prop room! Can't wait to do more business with you in the future, keep up the excellent work!

So you can be sure your getting healthy critters for the tank. They also can help you set up a tank if it's your first time.

(Display tanks reflect this knowledge).A place you can spend hours looking at all the unique creatures or just pop in for quick supplies. One thing I like about there service is that if they do have it they will try there hardest to get it(in my case a similar product).
