$5,808 worth of handicap showers sat outside for at least 11 days in November in Billings MT. Clearly the product says to store it inside. Their only option was to reorder which I don't have time for as my house is being built and these must go inside prior to the walls going up. I spent over $26,000 on this order and had planned to order another $26,000 worth of items from them but clearly will not be doing that. They don't care about their customers or they would not leave the product outside when it clearly states to store it inside. They also stored wood doors in an open shed. I recommend you go somewhere else if you don't want your orders treated like this.

Bobbi at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful and efficient. Planks of wood had to be exchanged, and she was fast, cooperative, helpful, and I was in and out in the spark of a Thank You. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

HD is always a great place to shop for many home related items; everything from construction materials to small DIY project items for both inside and outside the home. Their prices are very competitive, and their sale prices usually can’t be matched.If they don’t stock something I need at my local store, I can order it online and have it shipped to me or to my store for no additional cost.I also like the fact that I when order online, i get messaged when my order is ready, with QR code that unlocks the pickup area locker at the front of the store. It’s great for when I’m in a hurry, which is mostly always. :)Returns are fast and easy, even items. I’ve bought online can go back directly to my local store, and my refund is available before I’ve left the building.Their phone app is a great help for finding the items I need once I’m inside the store. They also offer a military discount (Semper Fi) and their customer service is top notch as well.

The Billings Home Depot is my go-to store for project materials, tools and even lawn and garden. This trip was all about outfitting my new home with some often-used tools, a couple flashlights and some new outlets. I have to solder a couple items so I found a nice soldering kit there as well. The sales folks are very friendly and were able to help me out immediately for the few items I couldn’t get to. The store was clean. I got lucky and it wasn’t too busy when I went. Got a project? Need tools? Gonna build something big? Home Depot is a great place to start. Be safe in all your efforts with their wide selection of safety gear as well.

Having gone to both Ace and Lowe's, I have found that Home Depot gives the best customer service. Although with that being said, I was told by one of the customer service reps that he believed home delivery would be free-I had asked only because Lowe's would have been an extra $69 to deliver just a few blocks from where I live. But alas, home delivery is NOT free with Home Depot. This is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars.

full of excuses, this company is not reliable. will have you clear your day for the installers and they never come. the lady that calls you can barely keep her story straight. carpet installed 8 hours later and they scratched up the paint all around the room tucking the carpet in over the tack strips. installers were full of excuses about how it was newly painted (4 months ago) and they dont do installs on painted rooms. keep this in mind when purchasing and having carpet installed

I was a very loyal home depot customer until last week. My store is literally a stones throw away, so I always buy my supplies at Home Depot. Last Tuesday night, I went there looking for aluminum rivets for a project I'm building for a customer. It was about 7pm and the store was not busy at all. My daughter and I walked around for about 35 minutes and asked for assistance from 9 different associates. We were ignored by all of the associates we approached. In two instances, associates were joking around and talking. When we came over and said, "Excuse me," they promptly walked away. I felt really embarrassed, like I was a total scumbag not worth talking to. My 11 year old daughter and I were joking about how we are only invisible in Home Depot. I even asked the gal at empty self check out, and she ignored me to chat with another associate. The way we were ignored, its no wonder I see videos of people taking whatever they want with no one stopping them at Home Depot. I run a customer service based business, and if any of my people ignored our customers like that, I would promptly fire them. When I finally gave up and went to the parking lot to call the store and see if they had rivets, the associate I called said," I don't know what aluminum ribbets are." I went to lowes, and the first associate we saw at the door said hi and asked if we needed help finding something. I told her we needed aluminum rivets, and she took us right to them in asile 6. We were in and out in five minutes. My company will no longer be using Home Depot products anymore because of how we were flat out ignored by the associates. That's a bummer because I really like Home Depot and the products they offer and have been a very loyal customer for 10 years now. I've used Home Depot products in so much construction work and in building our store. Even though it's a bit more inconvenient to get to lowes or Ace Hardware, I know that I won't have my time wasted and be embarrassed by being ignored like that again.

The customer Service at this store is non existent. The staff aren't friendly at all, The employees literally run and hide from customers when you try to approach them. Ive seem them do it regularly. When you ask for help the employees stand around and ignore you. They have no cash registers open other than self checkout. Not sure how this store stays open with such poor customer service. When you do find an associate they are completely clueless, know nothing and lie to your face and send you on a wild goose chase for what your looking for. This store is run like Sears was before they went out of business, I hope Corporate Home hires someone to manage the store that knows how to run a better hardware store. Otherwise I will go to Ace since they actually know what they sell and have actual cashiers and real customer service.

This review is solely for Wes in flooring. He exceeded our expectations for customer service and truly went above and beyond to take care of our needs. A five star review doesn’t do justice. He is absolutely an employee worth trying to convince to work for our company. Extremely impressed with his work ethic, patience and willingness to get a job done no matter the time frame and held a level of professionalism that is well deserving of running his own company. Completely impressed by this man. Thank you Wes for all your due diligence. You’ve changed our outlook on Home Depot.

Went in to get window coverings and Teri was very helpful. Everything fit perfectly! As we walked through the store at least 3 different employees checked in to make sure we were finding everything. The clerk, sorry that I didn't catch her name, was also helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Not going to lie I always loved this store!Today I went in for m5 flathead bolts and shelves. I went to the self check out I started to scan my bolts then the price changed from 1.25 to 2.75 the cashier was standing next to me I ask why they have different photo and price. She say not sure she checked the bolts and package then just walked away! Bolts price was 20 not end of the world then I scanned the shelves and hit pay. She say you need to scan the shelves and then looked at the screen and seen it was 190 then say oh expensive. I honestly feel like she was treating me like a thief. I got home and the bolts are all same just different packaging. So I pay for m6 bolts but got m5? I don’t know 🤷‍♀️

Home Depot has a lot of decent stuff to look at and they carry good brands and their prices are okay for Billings but if you need some help I have a heck of a time finding someone to help me they're seriously understaffed.

Nathan in flooring along with the other lady and gentlemen that were working in that area were so helpful and friendly. Nathan was great at answering my carpet questions and helping us order waterproof flooring. We found a beautiful Butcher Block counter for my pantry and one in my laundry room.

The only good thing I can say about Billings Home Depot is that they are open. How they stay open is a real mystery. They sell cellulose insulation but the machine to install it is always broken. They have working fiberglass blower but they are out of the insulation. Go figure.

Called HD to get info on their washer and dryers. I sat on the phone while it literally rang for over 10 min and no one answered. I don't know how they do business but I will never step foot in this store. CS is all you have. Lowes here I come as they answered the questions and phone. I will do business with a Customer Service 5 star attitude.

So we had to do some flood repair after the big rain earlier this year. So not knowing exactly what we needed we bought extra stuff. After the project was done my wife returned the extras. (Well this is where the problems start). She had all the receipts yet they told her since it was bought on my card she could only get store credit. That's fine we shop there a lot (well use to). I went down to Home Depot today and shopped for a hour getting everything I needed went through the self check out (because I'm now an employee) and no other lanes where open on that end of the store. Anyhow ring my self up then get told I can't use the store credit because it's under my wife's name. This is funny because I send my son in there all the time with my credit card and they have no problem letting him use it! So I have always liked Home Depot better but I guess Lowes here I come! Oh and I can not get anyone to answer the phone at the store to help resolve this issue.

We usually love home depot, but today we had a fridge delivered from them and I'm very disappointed. They broke our bottom step and knocked our light fixture loose & didn't even say anything. Not an oops, I'm sorry, just left it broken and didn't say a word. We didn't find out till they left and we went outside. The fridge is great tho, so I guess there's that 🤷‍♀️

While in this store I tripped over the pallets just laying in the aisle. Luckily I was able to catch myself from completely falling into the bricks behind the pallets. Evidently safety is no real concern of this store.

Went over to Lowe’s because this is the third time I’ve showed up and there are no carts to haul lumber out. When I ask an employee for help they said “sorry I don’t know what to tell you” even after I explained I just need some help getting them to the truck.

No one helped me at all. I asked 3 different people for help. 2 people just sent me on a wild goose chase and pointed to an aisle that didn’t have what I needed. One person said they couldn’t help me. I walked past MANY employees doing nothing and just messing around that could have helped. Rude staff and I couldn’t find what I needed. Off to Lowe’s

I would like to thank Bob in the lumber dept at Home Depot in Billings. My son recently moved to Billings and was assembling some cabinets purchased from a different retailer on line. 1 piece was missing, and I needed a short piece of 1x4 pine. I live in a different city in Montana and had no saw with me. A approached Bob with my needs, and he graciously offered to cut to length the 1x4. WOW, what a great guy. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. Bob is a middle aged gentleman with a beard ( in case there is more than 1 Bob in the lumber dept ). Thank you Bob for such great service. I was in the store 05-20. Again, THANK YOU BOB 😀
