I was at the Billings Heights store this morning and I had two of the best sales associates assisting me. Ryan and Amy were so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Also, the female associate at the door sanitizing the carts and welcoming everyone entering the store...wonderful. They should get an increase in their paychecks! I will definitely be back for your quality products and excellent customer service.

Kuddos to Ryan and Payton for handling my problem with respect and professionalism! Two days ago my clerk did a price check and for some reason it didn't come off the total. It was too expensive. I paid for something I didn't receive. I went in there today explained the situation. I was refunded the money and I received an apology. I will continue to shop at my store Target in the heights. Thank you guys!

I placed an order for 6 high necessity clothing items, and a few small random impulse items. None of the items said that they had low stock, but all 6 were canceled.I am incredibly disappointed and frankly irritated that every single clothing item was canceled. It’s already discouraging to find clothes and undergarments with your store, and when orders are handlers like this, you set an even worse precedent.

I always enjoy shopping at Target. They have good prices and a good selection of items to choose from. I also appreciate the seasonal area during holidays or like planting season. Target is one of my favorite places to shop.

(THIS STORE DOESN’T HAVE TARGET TECH!!!)This is probably the best Target I’ve been to. I’ve gone to a couple down in Florida and even worked at the Target down at the west end of town, and this is really does come on top, even if it doesn’t have the item that you *may* be looking for, the staff members (sales floor/ electronics mostly for myself) are super helpful, friendly, and tend to go above and beyond to search what are you are looking for...with mixed results.They lack some kind of professionalism, but it also feels more honest and sincere when they answer your questions. They’re also usually kids in either high school or college, so they tend to be pretty nice.

Went to Target as I do every week. I had about 40 things in my cart and the only way to check out was self checkout. Not one lane open with a clerk. I had to scan, bag, and put all my stuff on the floor as I emptied my cart. There were 4 self checkouts and one person helping. It was ridiculous!!! I love going to Target! I love shopping there, their products, and their employees but today’s experience was very frustrating and disappointing. If I had had only a few things it would not have been a big deal. I might just have to go Walmart-they have self checkout AND clerks to help you. 😳

The Heights Target is possibly one of the worst retail stores in Billings at this present moment. They have an extremely poor customer service for starters. Rudeness, indifference and mean spiritedness is the main welcome when you get into their store. The products are of very poor quality, and are not competitive in their pricing. Other big box retail stores are much better at pricing and quality. Also, lately some of their team members openly discriminate if you happen to be black, or have an accent. My wife had the misfortune to this treatment. The cashier was extremely rude, and treated her like a thief. She had never been demeaned like this in her entire life. We will be buying our products elsewhere from now. More specifically we will transition to Amazon. Thank you target for helping us decide.

No music at Christmas or anytime....But they have great commercials?? No one to help you, even at the dressing rooms. Oh they see you struggling to find something but don't care. They huddle by the dressing room and talk about the night before then when you need them at the dressing room GONE! I will shop online. This is all retail stores have to stay in business CS. Come on!

Right off the bat, there was a friendly employee to greet you at the door and ensure that masks are worn by all. The restroom was clean with several stalls, and there was a family room offered. Staff could be found in every corner of the store, stocking shelves and helping customers. While noting a specific toy was not in to my daughter, a nearby employee stopped what she was doing, looked the toy up, and told us it was only available online in our area. That made my life so much easier, and my daughter got her 2nd choice. The fact that Target has kept their employees on the floor instead of helping spread the virus by forcing thier customers to self checkout in long lines like thier competition makes me want to give them 10 stars.

Our Check-out clerk was absolutely rude, don't know her name but SHE was a Ginger. Last time I checked target was suppose to have caring members, what a disappointment. I'm going to start making a special trip downtown hopefully the clerks are nice down there.

Good Target overall. The layout is weird compared to other Targets, but still mostly the same stuff. The food selection isn’t the best, but pretty good. And way cleaner than any Walmart.

The staff at this target is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. The store is always clean and well organized. Checkout is always easy and pleasant, no ridiculous lines.

Better quality than walmart is the main reason, but frankly, I never can find a helpful person at walmart but it is EASY to find workers at Target and no matter they are busy they are helpful, and FRIENDLY about it.

We were shopping for a 16 yr old that we didn't know, we were in the apparel depth trying to find some clothes, one of the workers was just the greatest help, she not only showed us what was in with the teens, but she also saved us money by telling us about the cartwheel app.

Great enviroment compared to other "Super-Centers." Clean store, items well stocked, no empty shelves, every day guessing if they have the item you want. And the trends for domestics always beats Walmart
