Recently switched 6 lines from Spectrum Mobile to T-Mobile and couldn’t be more satisfied. Colton made the process simpler than I could have ever imagined - He provided some of the best customer service I have received anywhere! I’ve had the service for a month now and am very happy I made the switch!!!

I went with T-Mobile because my Verizon bill kept going up. I have only been with t-mobile a month and I am having serious buyers remorse. Deals that I have been "sold" are not what they promised. I paid up front for my S23 Ultra less the $830 off that was advertised, but am now being charged an equipment fee for my phone. We traded in my husbands I Phone 11 for the I phone 14, they lost it after it arrived at the location and are giving us heck about the $830 off that he was suppose to get and of course that is being charged to our bill. Then the clerk ordered the wrong phones for our kids and now I had to pay an additional almost $1000 for their phones that were suppose to be included in the $830 promotion. I was promised a 20% managers discount on all our future bills because of all the issues trying to get our account up. That hasn't happened. I was told my monthly bill would be under $200, and when I got the bill notification yesterday, our current bill is $495.01. That's not a savings! When we were trying to open the account they denied us an account until we provided our social security cards and had to go through a security check. My husband has a top secret security clearance and we have excellent credit. We aren't sure what the problem was there. They gave us no answers! I'm so fed up with T-Mobile that once we ever get this mess straightened out and our plan expires in 2 years, we will be going back to Verizon or one of the other cell carriers. Do Not waste your time!!!

Can't even begin to start with how professional and courteous everyone in the grand store is!! Bobby at grand is THE MAN helped us through our upgrade no issues and was fast. HIGHLY recommend them.

Called asking about a Samsung that locked itself that is insured through T-Mobile. we could not get any password to work. Guy on the phone said that it happens sometimes the only thing they can do is factory reset the phone so I said we would come in to the store. he said ok and hung up. By the time we got there I’m unsure if we spoke to a different person or what happened but the guy in store said there is nothing they can do. That factory resets are frowned upon in store..? and told us the password had to have been reset by us. He then gave us a card saying he was unsure if we would have to pay but to go to this insurance place they should be able to help us. After arriving at the insurance place across town they tell us there is nothing they can do other than charge us 50$ to factory reset the phone. T-Mobile why are we paying for insurance when you can’t even do anything if something goes wrong with our phones. Turns out you can factory reset it yourself for free. Did your job for you

We went to this store to get a new plan and new phones. The person who helped us, Dillon, provided outstanding service. He explained the phones and plan, and transferred our phone numbers and data from two different carriers to T-Mobile. He even helped us recover PINs and create new passwords. He never seemed rushed. This is someone who enjoys his job and works well with the public - an outstanding employee who made our visit much less stressful than it might have otherwise been.

Went in to get a quote to switch from straight talk to T-Mobile and the Employee named Robert was amazing. He asked us what phones we wanted and gave my wife and i a amazing deal on 2 IPhone 13 Pro Max phones and the service has been amazing and the customer service was fantastic. The experience was a little bumpy not with Rob tho he was a Rockstar. Was able to keep our current phones and walked out with 2 brand new phones and all it costed was the activation fee. But all in all great service and great move on our part. So want great service go see him he will take care of you and get you on your way to better phone service thank you Rob keep up the hard Work man

They did a good job helping me port my phone number and getting me a new SIM card. They said it would be working in 15 minutes and sent me home. After an hour it still wasn't working so my son called to get help. They then realized that they hadn't activated my SIM card. So make sure to verify your sim card is activated before you leave.

These people in the heights location lack customer service in a very bad way!! I had recently purchased a new LG phone, well about six months ago now. One day the phone just stopped working! When I went to the store to find out why? I was told by two employees they could not do anything about it! Then when I demanded to speak to the manager she said I would have to take it up with LG even though I bought the phone from them. Actually I was still making payments on the phone. I could not be without a phone at that time due to medical issues....I ended up having to buy another phone for $100 because I had purchased a warranty on the LG. Needless to say I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I then asked the manager for the home office phone number and she said "we are a franchise location I said ok may I get the owners information? She then told me they were not allowed to disclose that information as it was his personal cell! WTH!!!! I had to leave at that point ! I will be leaving T-Mobile as soon as my PHONES are paid off!!!!! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!! All three employees including the MANAGER were very rude to me! I was in management for many many years and all I can say is WOW !!!!!

Those boys who work there are so friendly and helpful. I was a customer of Metro T-Mobile. One of the guys seen my phone was all cracked. I told him I couldn't afford to upgrade. I spent an hour in the store and he got me to switch to the parent company with a new phone. I'm a happy customer. 😊

Love the staff here! From getting an IPad, to a new phone and Apple Watch, to now a kids watch, Roberto has been the best to work with. Explains everything, puts the protectors on perfectly and definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him and this store. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Dillon was great. His approach to my questions was true and exact. Didn't interrupt while i was asking questions. Have me the best offers available. Was not pushy or bossy. Dillon is the reason I would keep tmobile over any other provider. If all customer service was a genuine as Dillon life would be so much easier. Here is 10 stars to Dillon.

I recommend that you go and check out what Tmobile offers if you're in the military or a Veteran because they have awesome plans to choose from. The one I have now came with a year of free AAA roadside service. Tmobile constantly has great deals on phones and extra perks. The employees are very knowledgeable in the cellphone business and can help you with any questions about phones or even starting up a new service with them.

Went in to swap out a phone. Took a minute but thanks to Fred it was a very pleasant wait. He was very patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend working with him. He puts in 200%. Had a problem that I couldn't figure out he worked with me and got it done and wasn't impatient or dismissive. He the best.

I had an awesome experience at this location. Matt was awesome in getting us set up with two new lines and getting the third for free. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything before leaving the store. Great job getting new loyal customers T Mobile. Awesome customer service.

Dillon was the most professional and informative. We changed from another carrier after 6 years and returned to T-Mobile. The other team members were also very professional and up to date on their products and plans. Fred also worked with us, and the same applies.

Our family just moved over all our lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. Colton was such a big help and walked us through every step! We had multiple things going on in this switch over and he did it all!!! We will definitely come back into the Grand store for all our phone needs!

We received a mailer that said $27.50 per line when we get to this t-mobile the rep tells us quote "that price is only to get you in the door." I can not stand companies that lie period. If a company tells you a price then why is it so hard for a company to honor that price. We left I won't do business with a company that has such terrible business practices.

The guy that waited on us his name was Fred n he was totally awesome n very much noticeable n he great answering all of our questions n he was very helpful in understanding what we wanted n what we do.The T-Mobile is also very pet friendly was we was able to bring in our dog . I would totally recommend this store.

I was helped by Katie and another member of the staff. They go above and beyond expectations, making sure I left with everything I needed. I had a warranty issue that they got fixed for me immediately. I couldn’t be happier with this team, especially Katie. She is such a sweetheart.
