Customer service is severely lacking. No employee made any attempt to ask if I needed assistance let alone greet me upon entering their store. Maybe I’m old school, but I ensure my customers are greeted and offer my assistance should they have any questions. The store was extremely clean and well stocked…I’ll give them that because all I seen them do is walk around dusting the shelves. Not even a thank you when I checked out, just have a good day.

I don't normally buy super expensive shoes but Skechers was having a solid sale and I needed something for my upcoming trip. Found a great pair of shoes that helped my feet not feel so worn out after putting 50+ miles in 3 days

Super nice store to shop in. Staff was helpful, without hovering, which was nice. I have to try shoes on, just can't order online like some people. I got a nice comfy pair of shoes. The prices are a bit high, especially on discount items. Still a nice experience.

Nice to have a Skechers Outlet in Billings. Good selection of shoes and clothing. Beyond the socks and accessories you would normally find, this store also carries clothing. Work shoes and a nice clearance section in back.

The tennis shoe selection is great! Employees are friendly if not readily available to assist. The store would benefit from a long reaching shoe hook to make it easier for associates to bring down high shelved boxes, and I wish the try-on benches had mirrors on both ends and wish seating was available to help less mobile clientele get up and down from trying on shoes (maybe some chairs with side arms).

This store is nicely set up and has all the shoes you could think of. It also has clothes as well and the customer service was awesome. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend!

Knowledgable, friendly staff. My husband has a very wide foot and the slippers he wanted didn't come in a wide so the gentleman working told my husband to try on a larger one and it fit perfect. They have a large selection and the clearance section is amazing. I recommend this store and we will return.

Really disappointed. It’s sad with how new the store is the staff already don’t like their job. It’s was my first visit with my family along and we were not greeted or felt welcomed. Spent an hour there. Was kinda confused since a lot of shoes felt triple exposed in diffent sections so wasn’t completely sure if we were in right place to find our needs as far as fits. Two women stood behind cash wrap the whole time gossiping amongst their selves.I witnessed some senior customers as well trying to find shoes that we not being helped or assisted. I watched people leave with no interaction.Unfortunately we left due to confusion and lack of customer service. Prices felt high as well for a foam glued shoe that would fall apart in less than a year with normal wear. But maybe I’m wrong, but wouldn’t know since staff wasn’t there to educate the customer.Will not be returning. Wouldn’t be surprised to find another store there in a year.

I was excites for this store to open but sadly as someone who wears size 13 for a store with lots of options they had minimal 13 choices. I did buy a pair of boots and sandels with a buy one get on half off deal. But neither were my top choices. The lady on the floor was nice but not very knowledgeable. And the gentleman at the counter was also very nice but said he has size 13 feet too. And when the shipment comes in theirs usually only one pair and they are sold fast. Bummer. Yes I know I could buy the 13s I want on their web page. But how do I support local when I do that. For regular size people enjoy. Good deals and selection. Larger sizes. Not such.

Great selection! Fun to have this store in Billings. The day I was in the staff wasn't able to provide as much help as needed to find sizes, other colors. But I appreciate the prompt response to my review and am sure it will get better over time.

No and I mean NO shoes in my size! The sweet little clerk that was working there told me that they have no control over the sizes that they receive from their corporate office. Heads up hot shots. You need to have the people who are running the store. Doing the ordering girls in montana are not size five and six!

Buy one , 50% off in second pair. Can't beat that. Only one person to wait on customers though. Lot of waiting time when people are trying to check out and several aisles blocked with boxes of shoes

I love Skechers!! I recently took my son there to pick up some shoes for work. While there, I found some leggings. The quality was outstanding and I was able to find some that were high waisted which are the only kind I can wear due to my ileostomy appliance. They fit well, wash well and are very comfortable. There is a great color choice as well. My son loves his new shoes and they are great for his work. The employees were very professional and pleasant. I will definitely shop here again.

I’m from out of town and stopped in for a pair of shoes. What a store and was so impressed with the gentleman who helped me. Tyson is just a super guy who knows his product and helps you find what best suits your needs and style. Very impressed.

Got nice shoes for myself and dad... not at outlet prices though. Lol. Expensive, no customer service except take my money. Only a couple choices in our sizes, so kinda take what you can get.

There is a lot of choices for sport shoes and some sandals. There is sport clothes and accessories like hats and socks. Prices are a little high.

False advertising! They're clearly displaying a sign that says buy one pair get the second pair 50% off. Even after showing the store manager the sign she refused to honor it. She tried to claim it wasn't posted but was simply the back of the another sign. In fact both signs are posted equally. If they won't honor this posting why would anyone believe anything else they say. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

I shop for husband as he has wide feet.. Wide is 20 .00 extra and only had a small area. My friend needed certain shoes for her job and they were very expensive too.. This is def not Outlet store..
