Great selection. Low key, relaxing atmosphere. Clerks are very courteous. Prices are as fair as possible these days! Save yourself that Westend traffic hassle, go to Shiptons's East and enjoy your shopping excursion. Love the ladies t-shirts with the roosters on the front, GO GET YOURSELF ONE!

Very disappointed in the communication and service. Purchased a AT125 four wheeler for our youngest kids. Hasn't really ran right from the get go. Then dropped it of for service because it won't run in AUGUST OF 2022. Still isn't fixed and sitting at your shop. Have had to stop by multiple times to see what is up, no communication besides that the parts are on the way.

The store is incredibly well-stocked. Everything was easily accessible. The help was not as helpful as they are on the west end. I would not shop there on a regular basis because of the lack of service.

Went in for specific clothes item, couldn't find them, turns out they did have them as their website said when I went home, never saw an employee in the clothing section entire time I was in there, all of the employees were at front practically yelling and saying curse words, was 3/28/23, late afternoon.

This is the place to go for trailers and accessories. Today we bought our 2nd Utility trailer at the downtown location the price couldn't be beat by anyone other dealer in town. Good quality merchandise , friendly staff. Easy parking. Will shop again.

Shiptons Big R is a great store staff for the most part are very helpful. They have most all your farming and ranching needs. I go here for the sporting goods always have a good selection of guns and reloading materials. Always have a fair price and some of the best gun deals around from time to time! Shout out to the gun counter I appreciate that you are always friendly and helpful!

It's got cool stuff. I have a horse, so I can get feed and supplies there. Love their clothes and jewelry too. They have a nice array of products (for everyone) and the staff is helpful!

I went to the downtown store because it was closest to me. When I asked about the women's Keen shoes that were on sale, she was very rude! The manager excused her rudeness with she had been working there for over 30 years. I don't care how long a person has worked for a company, there is no excuse for being rude to your customers!

They need to have rain bibs. Went to buy a pair for pressure washing ? They have rain coats no rain pants or thick rubber bibs? Overall staff is friendly and layout is easy to find what your looking for if they have it!

If they don't have it, you probably aren't going to find it anywhere else. Hardware, farm and ranch, guns and ammo, etc etc. I buy my tools elsewhere because I am partial to Craftsman and other name brands, and Lowe's and Home Depot are better for typical household repair and construction stuff. But Big R is good for livestock, farm/ranch, trailer stuff, work clothing, items those places don't carry.

So I ordered a best for the girl friend. A week ago. Walked into the down town big r. Asked if it came in. I got a no. And a prob takes around 3 to 4 weeks. If I would have known that I would have went somewhere else. So I walk back to where the vests hang and notice new ones and ask how them got there. Truck or not. Well they were shipped. I asked if they just ship those sizes or do they throw on all the sizes. Small mediem large xl xxl etc. She said they put em all on there. I said well why can't we pull a mediem off there and call me when it's in. Common sense isn't so common anymore. Oh and 25 percent restocking fee for something that hasn't even shipped yet. Not impressed will not go back.

I was recently in the shiptons store looking for some boots that were in there ad. The boots in the ad would not work for my needs, you see I had to have my right leg amputated two years ago due to an accident. The person in the shoe department, Connie was her name took the time to go and find me a pair of boots they had that were mismatched. After trying them on they were a perfect fit. I just want to thank Connie and Carolyn for taking there time out to help me . Things have been a little difficult for me these last couple of years so when I ran into these two ladies today at the shiptons store downtown they made feel a lot better about my disability. I hope the owner of the store realizes what a great asset these ladies are to the store.Thanks ladies I will find a way to pay it forward. Steve Cleasby
