Easy to access. Plenty of parking even on the busiest day. The store is well stocked with everything you can imagine, and more, with good prices as long as you are looking for things you hadn't thought of in quantities you can't possibly consume. Checkout includes some self checkout lines, as well as many lines with employees to help. Store is clean and employees are usually very friendly and helpful.

The store was well stocked and clean. We used the Scan & Go option without a hitch. The only employees we interacted with were the ones at the door when exiting. They were pleasant and efficient. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.

They have a huge store. If your buy in bulk it’s great! Sell all types of items from food to tires, business and yard. Great place to shop not for a quick trip

This is the best grocery store ever!! Look no further!!! I repeat. Sams Club beats them all. When I say that, I mean it. As someone who has lived in a rural area for years and spent a lot of time since living in the city to compare prices of ALL the grocery stores.I started writing down the price per oz/unit, etc. On the items we buy frequently and was left going to like 3 stores for produce, necessities, and some things in bulk at the best prices. Costco is amazing, dont get me wrong, but for the average folks, we don't want everything fancy or Kirkland brand! We want the walmart stuff but at a better price that we can afford to feed our families with. Then maybe get a little extra to stock up. Sam's club beats the prices of everywhere with winco prices, walmart type stuff at good deals, costo style shopping, and good produce too. Excellent meat prices also!!I needed grocery pickup for our schedule. They have that. We finally lived close to Costco, so I would try to buy all this stuff there to save money and compare. Well, even in their app, you can't see any useful warehouse items or food to compare. So you have to take pics or remember and still do all your main shopping at other stores unless you are loaded or just put it all on a credit card. I started to get discouraged.. then went to Sam's Club for the first time in my life!!!!!!It was love at first sight.... the samples, the app with scan and go, its a whole magical shopping experience. You save so much with shop and go little coupons. FYI, if you check out that way, there are exclusive sales. Shipping items is free with a better membership (which isn't a credit card. that's another option). All items are online, so you can plan ahead if you like to price check like me. Great gas deals. Friendly staff. Amazing food and pretzels, delish. I don't like to compare other businesses, specifically in reviews, but I felt like I had to this time to help someone out who maybe was in my boat. Look no further, Sam's Club is your answer to save money and have a great shopping experience with good quality food. Thank you, Sam's Club!! 🙌

DONNA WAS amazing !!!! She was so helpful and welcoming !!! Great energy and just made the entire experience good! Considering last time we came there not a single soul offered us guidance or help….she even hugged us :)! Ppl like this make ppl want to go to your place of business and spend money! I can’t wait to go back to see her and do my shopping!

The gas station's directional arrows are worn and barely visible, making it difficult to know where to pull in. A man with a Santa Claus-like beard was incredibly disrespectful to us, two Indigenous women, and seemed to suggest that we were in the wrong on the land that was taken from our people. He then proceeded to place a traffic cone in front of our vehicle and gave us an intimidating glare.

6/16/23 @ approx 2:15pm my disabled husband, his service dog, and I stopped at the pharmacy for a couple scripts. My husband usually signs and then I handle all the talking. He will usu When I expressed this as just a fact to the young lady checking us out she went from 0 to 100 and started arguing that he had to be there. My husband was literally next to me already signing for the first script. I said that we understood he had to sign and that he was already there doing just that. Then I'm called rude and told she won't finish checking us out and proceeds to walk away. The pharmacist comes over and begins treating us like we are in the wrong. I tried explaining that we understood the rules and that we had no idea what just happened. No one was listening and we were just in shock over the whole transaction. We have been going to this pharmacy for a while so it's not like we were new. As I left I told the pharmacist that after this I never wanted that young lady, whom was the real one with attitude, to ever check us out again. We had to leave and go straight home without finishing our other errands as my husband was in no condition to go further thanks to the immense stress and ensuing anxiety attack that followed. Unbelievable how this all went down. I've never had a more worse experience as a Sam's Club member. We are considering moving to Costco in the very near future thanks to this.

Outstanding incompetence, first the cafe doesn’t want to make the brownie sundae because it’s too time consuming.THEN the fuel center doesn’t want to honor the Walmart plus benefits that allows us to get gas without having a Sams membership. We held up the line for 30mins because an employee was too hard headed to allow us to get gas. He was very rude, not helpful & absolutely clueless about anything & everything. He finally called out a supervisor who showed an ounce of customer service & allowed an override for us to get gas since the Walmart plus app was down.This solidified why I stick with Costco.

Sam's Club shopping carts are not made for short people (me) so I order online and do curbside pickup. The people working curbside pickup are always really friendly and courteous and my order is always correct. I also love the discount on gas!

Worst customer service experience. Bought a trampoline. It showed up with missing pieces. Customer service said it would be 3 to 5 days till they contacted me. Its been 2 weeks that I have had this $400 pile of steel in my yard.

It's a clean store. Staff isn't the most friendly. I was really not happy to find out that they don't always carry their brand of dog food. I switched over to that because it was more convenient and better for my senior pets only to find the availability spotty. I ended up switching yet again to a brand off the internet.

I would like to express my disappointment with the curbside pickup service that you offer to your customers. On Monday Oct 5th, at 8:00 PM, we made an order with several items that needed to be picked up. The following morning, we were notified via email that the order wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM that afternoon. We pulled into the Curbside parking spot around that time. An employee walked up and began to tell us that they were over an hour behind because they were short staffed. They were currently trying to fill the orders of those who had made the 1:00 and 2:00 orders. We told them that we had an order that was made last night and that it should have been ready this morning. She told us that we could come back later that evening and pick them up at that time. Shortly afterwards, we were notified that our order was canceled and that we would have to redo the entire order. Is this really how you treat your loyal customers? You need to hire more people to make this a viable way for your customers to get their groceries. If you don't, you need to remove the service as a whole!

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Anna in the Bakery. We ordered a cake from another store a few weeks ahead for my sons birthday party scheduled on 4/24/22. The morning of the party I called that store to be told it hadn’t gotten made and nobody could do it. After frantically calling multiples stores and bakeries to see if anyone had what we were looking for in such a short time, I got ahold of Anna. I explained the situation to her and she was so kind and understanding. We were wanting a shark themed Cake, and she gave me a few options that would work. After settling on the design, we had about 3 hours before the party. She called me before my scheduled pick up time, to tell me it was ready to go. We picked it up and it was perfect. We added some shark toys at the party, and got so many compliments. Tasted great, and she made it happen in such short notice!

Would chose this place over costco any day. Thank you for upholding our right to not mask up. All the workers are so nice, its never overwhelmingly busy. They are adding more organic products every day. I bought some ghee here and am excited to try it. Such a great deal!
