Okay, I don't really know how else to say this, but hands down the best haircut and shave you will get in Billings. Scratch that, in Montana. These ladies know exactly what they are doing with men's hair. I can tell that they do this because they genuinely care about the service they are providing. Great place to get a haircut. Chelsey is super awesome and definitely knows what she is doing. Love how I can schedule appointments so I don't have to wait in a line for an hour. Shop has a nice and inviting lay out and is very clean.

Jayla was great! Super personable and you can tell she takes pride in what she does!I've never been a person to go to different places because a hair cut is a haircut so why not pay $15 at Walmart. Today she showed me I was wrong!

Just had my beard cleaned up by Jayla, absolutely the best $15 I've spent in awhile! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about beards! If your beard needs attention, I highly recommend this shop !

Jayla, thank you for another amazing cut! Hard to find a barber in town to do a razor shave. Turned over every stone in Billings too, but as luck would have it the one stop shop is Ruthless. Thank you for your positive spirit and exciting atmosphere. Best news all day is I will be back!!!!

Jayla and Chelsea always do great haircuts for myself and my 10 year old son. Love the atmosphere, comfortable and spacious. They have made it pleasant for all ages. If you're looking for a treat I strongly suggest shave and facial combo.
