This is how I want my jerky to taste!Every time I visit the USA I have to spend too much money on the big brands only to be reminded why I keep searching for the perfect jerky - everything at the grocery stores is too slimy and has too much sugar.But THIS brand, ladies and gentlemen, is the brand to buy!Well done folks!

I just have to say their jerkies and sausages are the best!! They are tastier than any other leading brand and quality of meat is superb. I am so glad got to know the brand and became fan of Ranch house sausage co products from Miami FL 👍👍

i have had the best experience at Project Meats and Ranch House Meats! Especially at Ranch House Meats I had best customer service there especially the little guy i think Seth was his name and his co worker Shane was really a good help too. The Manger Jake is a pretty good guy to.Shane and Tanya you have an outstanding business!!

I was referred to project meats. They offered really good package deals. My deer was delivered there, along with a friend's, for processing at their $105 package. Upon pick-up, my bill was $180! They had made a mistake on both our orders and made zero effort to fix the mishap. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Terrible Experience!

Great customer service! My cut was wrong and they corrected it by providing more beef from their own store. Wonderful to know they will correct an error. We will continue to have our beef cut and packaged at Project Meats

Nice little butcher shop. Got half a beef there. They charge 75 cents per pound for processing and packaging. They call the week before to take your order and there is plenty of customization of your meat. Shop has a few small displays of summer sausage cheese and the like.

Took some calves in to get processed. Got called not once but twice for cutting instructions so after I gave specific instructions to two different people you would think that they would get it right. Wrong, nothing I asked for was how I got it. Raising a quality animal does absolutely no good if the butcher does not do their part and serve the customer what they ask for.

Took a whole beef in and told them exactly what I wanted. They totally screwed it up. Then lied to me on the phone and said I never asked for the cuts that I had asked for. They even scammed me and kept the whole prime rib. Lying. Lazy. Poor customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEAT HERE!

These guys used to be a good butcher shop for wild game. Seems like they forgot who got them to where they are. Turned away claiming the meat was dirty? I didn't kill the elk or debone it but I can tell you after inspecting it myself it was definitely not dirty. Had one spot where the connective tissue had a small amount of discoloration, how does a person kill an elk in the field and dress and quarter and pack it out without getting any hair or dirt on it? I think these guys have lost touch with their roots. I will no longer recommend my friends and family here. I will be posting my experience on all social media sites to ensure the word gets out.
