Woke me and four other truckers out of a sound sleep to move trucks that did not need to be moved. Claimed we were "blocking the fuel dump.". I was the last truck to park in this area - they had been there for many hours with no problems. We were not in the roped off area and that area could be easily accessed even with us there. Many truck parking spaces wasted with Swift dropped trailers, cars and pickup trucks (not even hotshots - just plain pickups). Even though this truck stop has superior amenities, I'll be going across the street from now on.

The def hose for pump D7 doesn't even reach the truck. The men's bathrooms were out of order. This is why I go to Love's.

Enormous truck stop. Like most places in Billings, a stop here is very quick and you don't stop to smell the roses. Gas is fair, snacks are plentiful and restrooms are clean, what else can you say?

This place should be investigated the night shift with the old white woman Sherry as there leader is the most nasty set of ppl I've ever seen clearly treating black ppl different which is crazy grow up Sherry and her extra large co worker as well how can you dislike ppl you don't even know well I hope something gets done about this before your store gets boycotted and you have to find a new job

Large paved lot, clean showers, friendly staff.Parking usually fills about 9:30-10:00, but creative spots could easily be had until midnight.

It's got a lot of things for the trucker it's got red diesel green diesel and gasoline and McDonald's attached to it and they're not it's just a great big gas station with lots of choices

Dispite other reviews...and I am pretty picky about truck stops since my husband drives. We stayed here and found it to be excellent. Safe and secure, even though there were a few homeless travelers... NOT ONE asked, begged, or did anything to bother anyone. Had no issues of that type with anyone. Large parking lot gives plenty of room for maneuvering semis and trailers around. Lot is fairly level with no large pot holes. Lots of fuel isles with ladders for washing semi windows. Might have a long walk to the bathroom depending on where you park but it's a good stretch for the legs and body. Great bathrooms and showers. Plenty of items stocked on shelves. Complete meals available in the section going towards McDonalds. Mac and cheese, potatoes and steak, teriyaki chicken noodles, breakfast sandwiches and lots more. McDonalds did a great job with hot food too. As far as rude employees.... they were efficent, quick and polite. It was an excellent stop and will be back.

This is one over-merchandised mom & pop owned / run Pilot. There’s trinkets and truck-stop memorabilia stuffed in every conceivable spot, including no less, the walkway between the fuel pumps and the fuel desk. It’s as if the purchasing manager is on meth or coke or something.But it sure beats most other locations in this neighborhood, because it’s clean, well run, for the most part, and there is enough parking. This may even be the best place for a 34 hour restart for 500 miles around.At this location, you can get your liquor and smokes while you get your gas and dream-catchers. Very convenient!At a previous occasion I had to call the cops on some rainbow people harassing drivers in the parking lot in their little repurposed school-bus. Got pretty ugly fast. Welcome to Montana!

They have a ton of parking. Mcdonalds on site, but also lots of deli items and some more sorta healthier sandwiches and stuff in the cold case. Small casino, no frills.

Never ending scales issues. You weight and if need to reweight-you are unable to. The lady inside kindly sends you away giving you a phone number to call someone in Iowa,where CAT scales settled. No issue with the FJ next door, but guess what? They charged you for full price!

This is not a true Pilot travel center!Showers aren't clean. Laundry doesn't take credit cards or app. No one caries coins anymore, so doing Laundry here is not easy. Also you can't redeem and offers in the store because it's not a true Pilot. This place sucks!

Went into use the restrooms, they could use a good cleaning! Refilled my own container with ice and was going to purchase a pack of M & M’s, the cashier rang up the candy and charged $1.89 for a refill. I said this is just ice, he says, now ya tell me and said there is nothing he can do! Literally nothing! My husband said just cancel the whole transaction and give me my money back. He says again, I’m not a manager, there is nothing I can do. My husband says you better get one and the cashier walks off mumbling and comes back mumbling. We stop in here all the time for hundreds of dollars in fuel and you you’re gonna argue with me over my own container of ice! I’ll stop across the street next time!

One of my favorite Fuel stops. Good for truckers. Plenty of space and parking.I always stock up on sandwiches and snacks. Who else sells PB&J sandwiches? Breakfast Bagels. There's also a McDonalds here. Great Showers.The staff are full of character and fun.

went in to shower, the upstairs floor filthy, shower had hair in it from previous shower, soap scum and mold along bottom of shower. told manager on duty but she didnt seem too concerned, prices are always too high
