I've always loved ordering through the app and the rewards you get. Unfortunately it seems like their customer service has gone downhill especially regarding the car side pickup order. Maybe this was a one time incident but I had a very bad experience this morning and nobody seemed to care.

Overall plenty of product and services for your pets. We found some neat things for our cat. At the end when checking out, I could tell the cashier was offended that I didn’t want to sign up for the card. I just don’t make it here often enough(maybe once every few years) for it to be worth mine or the companies work. Regardless of explaining this, I could still feel the upset that I wouldn’t sign up.

I love that PetSmart has a board in their entryway where you can post fliers for lost and found pets. The staff were so friendly and helpful in getting my flier of my lost cat up for all to see. I really appreciate that they do this, it’s great to see a large corporation supporting local community in this way!

Went there to but a large kennel and they had everything in stock, plus some. But the employees did not look like they enjoyed working there...was not greeted coming by either a "welcome" or a smile, I passed by two employees with carts while I was lugging the kennel up to the front, and neither stopped to ask if I needed assistance with getting it up there or to my vehicle, and last, the cashier looked like she was absolutely miserable and was ready for her shift to be over. I obviously don't know what's going on there, but maybe start considering some things if your customers can notice the employees unhappiness. I don't want to go somewhere the employees are not happy and cannot convey that to me as the customer.

Although this site is very clean and stocked with a good variety, I give it such a low rating because of the employees.Often rude, have an attitude that seems as if I'm bothering them, and more often than, I get, "I don't know the answer to that." There is no offering to find additional help or trying to obtain an answer.

There's been a problem with pricing of some items I purchase. Shows a lower regular price on tags than what register rings up. Only get membership prices if they have your email address. Last time I did that I got 5 or more emails a week on sales of products I don't ever use. I have fish and a bird why would I care if dog and cat food is on sale.

I absolutely love Pet Smart!! There is such a wide variety of food, toys and litter for my kitty. The staff are all lovely, knowledgeable and well skilled. I can always find what I need. This is my Gizmo and she loves you too!

This place is wonderful for aquariums and fish. The employees are all very well informed and helpful.They also get there cats from a rescue shelter, which is definitely nice.

Once again the grooming salon fails.While the groomer admitted they put lead on my dog and pulled him across salon to answer a phone call instead of continue to groom the dog it stressed him out apparently and supposedly he pooped and there was blood in his poop and he had to be picked up right away and couldn't finish being groomed. Upon arrival there was no pictures or poop with blood in it available, my dog is brought out half shaved and happy as usual. Upon arriving home my dog went potty and no blood in poop. So either they caused the stress or they lied.Also our small dogs have never had their nails ground when charged for it or trimmed properly causing 1 to almost need a vet visit due to it.Save the stress and don't use groomers here, store is ok groomers are aweful.

We wanted to get a fish. Stood by fish tanks for a while. Pressed the customer assistance needed button like 3 times. Employee finally came out with an attitude then got a little cocky about the fish we wanted and size of tank we were buying. Don't plan on going back in. Customer service needs to improve.

I love freshwater aquariums and I'm usually sceptical of PetSmart and other chains when it comes to fish. At the time of this review, they currently have a well kept freshwater aquarium section with knowledgeable staff. Not saying this PetSmart is now my first choice for aquarium supplies/fish, but I was impressed with their current setup.

The grooming Salon somehow decided that since my dog has been prescribed tranquilizers for occasional use during fireworks season that they can’t give him a haircut. My vet tried to talk to them to ensure that our dog was fine but nope some power tripping manager thinks my dog will die if they give him a haircut. This is our 3rd attempt at getting the appointment made since people have been out sick and their computer making mistakes.
