I love shopping here, but will NEVER bring my dog here to be groomed ever again. When he was 12 weeks old, I brought him here for a puppy bath. They had him for almost 3-4 hours, which I thought was strange; and I should have trusted my gut to not let him be there. Now, he has serve trauma from brushes after his visit. Not sure what they did to him, but he is terrified. We now have to see behavioral therapy for this issue they have caused.It makes me sick thinking and trying to understand what they could have done to him. Beyond disgusted and disappointed with the grooming service.

I live in the heights so I thought I would give PetSmart another try. I wandered in wondered all the way back to the fish which I was there to get some frogs and so I make my way back up to the front and ask for help and he tells me I'm the only one on the floor the other guy is in on the phone with HR so can you come back at 5:30. I said I will wait as I wander through the store picking up dog bones a toy waited 15 minutes I see the gentleman walk down in aisle with another gal. I guess I will go to the one on the west end or Petco this is absolutely unacceptable. What is the harm in him coming back and helping me get frogs? Your loss...

Springtime hairdo...don't mind the snow!Rating the dog groomers only. They did a fantastic job. We got the exact haircut we asked for.They have cut our fur babies hair multiple times. We use the same groomer each time (Joe/Joseph C) and have always been pleased. That would be my suggestion for anyone considering a big box store dog groomer. Side note: the other dog groomers seemed friendly and fantastic too.We appreciate their kindness and patience with our 16-year old geriatric dog that has age-related health and skin conditions. They take their time to meet the dog's needs as he can no longer tolerate a single lengthy session but needs breaks. Thank you from our dog and me.

I needed a new collar for my dog. They had a decent number of choices. I found one that I really liked. It is made very well and I love the color. The people that were working very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Very wonderful, great, fantastic store. 10/10 best Petsmart store to exist, the employees should all get a nice big raise from the company since they deal with a lot of stupid people on crack and other dumb stuff. The company should give them more hours and other stuff too.

We took our Corgi to Petsmart in the Heights to have him groomed and nails trimmed. My wife was informed by one of the groomers that they hadn't trimmed his nails because he "growled at her". Bear in mind that he's not an aggressive dog (we wouldn't take him to be groomed if he was..) and no other groomers have ever had an issue with him. But, we understood that groomer wasn't comfortable yet they still tried to charge us for the nail trimming. My wife had to discuss the situation with the manager and get the nail trimming taken off of the bill.To be honest, we've had a multitude of issues with the grooming salon at this Petsmart. They do a poor job in all aspects of grooming the animals. There are times when we've questioned whether or not they actually bathed and groomed our dogs. Appointments that should last two hours, at minimum, are done in an hour.We won't be bringing our animals back to this salon.

I'm quite sad that customer service means nothing to PetSmart! Had a grooming appt at 8 am, and the doors were locked. Waited 15 minutes and left. Called the grooming salon and all she did was insult me! Didn't even say sorry! I loved the way they groomed my Gidget! Guess I'll have to find somewhere else!

Staff not helpful. Not allowed to hold animal to see if you like it's personality. Some animals are not 100% healthy. They have no experience feeding very young snakes. I bought a nearly dead ball python that they said wouldn't eat. Took her home and I had her eating right away.

After bringing our dog home from getting groomed he was limping badly. And she cut the front of his coat. Which you don't! Hopefully it will grow out! Thank God he had a vet appointment. She gave him some medicine. She must have been her first day. Never again are we going there!

One of the nicest petsmarts I’ve ever seen, always clean and stocked with a great set up inside. The only real issue with this store is a couple of the younger women that are employed think they are the petsmart police, and they will make sure you know that. You could set up a whole entire 200 gallon aquarium system in front of them, cycle the water for 2 weeks and they would still try and tell you that you can’t put over 5 cichlids in there, even though they house them in groups over 10. You are a retail workers not zookeepers.

If you’re reading this because you want to find a groomer keep looking. Our dog was sent in with the specific instructions to keep him long, and the lazy groomers decided to deny those and shave him because his hair was “too long” and it would be too difficult to wash. Now we have an outside dog who doesn’t have the coat to keep him warm like he used to. Thanks a lot pet smart looks like that’s the last time you’ll see us.

Rented a carpet cleaner from them, as i have for a number of years, but this one was disgusting. It wasn't cleaned by the last person who used it , nor by anyone at the store. The drain canister was filthy and full of animal hair. I am very disappointed.Most of my day was wasted cleaning the machine. I will not be renting from this store again

The associates at PetSmart were so friendly and helpful. It was very easy for me to find what I went there for. I was able to get some really good Christmas gifts for my fur baby and for good prices too. Definitely will be returning in the future for any of my pet's other needs.

Started at west end location but they didn't have salt licks for our house bunny so into the heights I wondered and they had salt licks and neat bunny treats. Also, female hamsters where west end only has males. Nice clean location with friendly people.

The store is clean and well stocked with kind staff, but the way prices are increasing it's becoming harder to want to shop here when I know I can pay a lot less elsewhere for the same brands. If my dog didn't like visiting so much, I likely wouldn't choose to shop here anymore.
