Just recently found petlantis and I’m so happy we did! My fluffy long haired pup comes back so soft and so well brushed out. I never have to worry about him matting. On top of the amazing grooming I love they have a doggy day care option. My pup can be groomed then have plenty of time to play with other dogs and come home worn out! Highly recommend them!

Have to be honest because I think all pet owners should know. My 2 year old dog had two bones in his foot broken and his ACL sprained while in for a grooming. He fell off a grooming table and the table fell on top of him because the groomers had him on the table and stepped away while another dog came in and bumped into his table. Accidents do happen, but not only did this event take place due to inexcusable negligence, but I was lied to multiple times about what happened to him until I asked to see video footage and the owner called me and fessed up. This injury took over 10 weeks and countless vet appointments to heal properly and at his last vet appointment he still continued to have evidence of the break on xrays, limped after he ran, and had to take pain meds. Luckily my dog is 2 and has since recovered. The owner was professional and paid his bills, but this injury cost me a ton in gas money to/from vet appointments, missed work for the appointments, having to pay for daycare. And she continued to employ the individuals responsible for the injury and lying about it to me. After the accident occurred and my dog was limping, the employees lied directly to my face and then charged me for the grooming. I had to specifically request reimbursement for their negligence. I will absolutely never return or support this business because my dogs health and safety was not prioritized over the self preservation of the employee.

I took my pup timber in for a full spa day and the gals took such good care of him. I had a meeting to go to that took a little longer than expected and they made sure he was enjoying his time there. Great service. Reasonable prices and my pup loves it ❤️

Every team member is incredibly friendly! They all greet my pup as if they know her. They are fast and efficient at their jobs, and they always have an appointment available to fit my schedule! My pup HATES being groomed at home, but loves coming here. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust this team with my girl! Great team, great business! Highly recommend!

Edited to add we only go to the heights location, as shes the only one we take him to.Every time we go here we can be sure Josi will take good care of our boy. He's anxious and normally nibbles when he gets upset, most people get upset by this but not Josi. Tucker just loves her and always comes home a happy boy with a sharp flattering cut :) I'd never go to anybody else because of this. She does really well on his nails and he never has nicks or burns.

Finally found a great grooming place that knows how to groom English Springer Spaniels. The groomers listen to what the dog owners want accomplished. My dogs even seemed to enjoy it because they didn’t come home agitated. Thank you again for listening to my requests and hearing my concerns with previous groomers at other places.

Kendra and her crew at Petlantis are the absolute best! I have known Kendra for a long time and she runs her business with the highest level of professionalism. She genuinely cares about each pet that comes through the salon. Her crew are just as amazing at taking care of your pets needs. I bring my three dogs to Petlantis for nail trimmings, baths, blow outs, and hair cuts. They always come home smelling so good and behaving so sweet. They love the time they spend in the salon with the gals wearing out their playful energy. I never have to worry about my pets safety and I can always trust the advice I receive from the Petlantis crew! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies. You guys are just incredible at all you do and I want to thank you for it. My fur babies LOVE Petlantis and it makes us so happy that our dogs are so comfortable and well taken care of By all at Petlantis! We couldn’t ask for anything better than the incredible work we see from Petlantis .

I took my 1 year old golden retriever here (heights location) for her first trip to the groomer. I was worried about her social skills with other dogs since it’s a no cage facility. Anna reassured me everything would be okay. She even called me later to tell me my dog was doing great! 2 hours later it was time to pick her up. When I arrived she looked so beautiful. Smelled great and was very happy. Anna even shared some videos she took of my dog playing with the other animals.The level of professionalism at this place was impeccable. I recommend Petlatis to everyone in need of a groomer.Thanks ladies!

I am new to Billings. I went there to have my dog groomed twice. They did an excellent job. Then I took my long hair cat there for a brushing and bath. The other day I took her for a haircut, the lion cut. She looks fantastic and I am sure she feels a lot better. Will always go there. Plus the dogs are not put in cages. A big plus.

I can't say enough good things about Petlantis on Central & 32nd. They always take such good care of my indoor-outdoor cat. He comes out feeling thinner (ok, probably just less dirt), smelling so nice, and so SO soft. Kayla and the team there do fantastic work so if you're looking for a groomer for your cat, I'd recommend Petlantis.

My dog was stripped head ears and all. He goes to the groomer every 4 weeks. It is hideous. His body was already cut short only his legs and neck were long there was no reason for what they did and I've demanded a refund we'll see what they do but I would never recommend anyone take their dog to Crystal at Atlantis ever it was awful the worst experience I've ever had. Yes he had some severe matting in certain areas that could have been dealt with without an all over body strip I was aware they were areas that would have to be shaved but this was over the top.

I took my two girls here for a quick drop in nail trim on a whim. It's very nicely done up inside, welcoming to both me and my dogs. I might have to check out doggy daycare one day because my younger dog did NOT want to go home, she just wanted to stay and play with the fun pack of dogs there!

Love, love, LOVE Petlantis Heights!! We moved out of state about 4 months ago. I have yet been able to find a groomer that does the job the girls do here! We came to visit, and on very short notice they worked my 2 Shih Tzus & Chiweenie in for full grooms. Thank you , Thank you!!

I take Ratchet once a month for social time. He loves doggy-day-care and the staff are wonderful! If you want to pamper your pets even more than doggy-day-care, sign them up for a grooming session as well! The staff does a wonderful job bathing my pup (who hates water), trimming his nails, and giving him a blow-out.Ratchet knows what 'doggy-day-care' is and will even get out of bed in the morning when he knows he gets to go! - He is not a 'morning person' in any way, shape, or form - so it says a lot when he is excited about it!GREAT Place. WONDERFUL Staff.

We called around 11 this morning and they had us in for an appointment by 2. Leroy came back smelling, feeling, and looking incredibly handsome. They even gave him a cute little fall colored hankie! Petlantis is definitely my new go-to groomer in town. He also got to play with other dogs instead of being caged after his grooming!

We have 2 black Labs, Jake & Gerdy. They only go in twice a year for baths. We love Petlantis and even go out of our way to take our dogs there. Every time they've been bathed there they are squeaky clean, shiny black, soft and smell wonderful dogs! They are treated with great respect and care! Jake is not neutered and they respect that. We are excited to bring in our new Australian Labradoodle Ozzy in fir a full grooming.

My cat Margaret loves going here! When she comes back from her spa day she smells so clean and her coat is soft and shiney. The staff is friendly and the shop is inviting. I have taken her to other groomers in town, but petlantis is better than the rest!
