We Paid for Private Classes in advance. Showed up to scheduled appointment and they were not prepared. The training area was inaccessible and had to reschedule to begin classes on another date. Completed one class and at the next appointment wewere 5 minutes into session and the trainer told us she was unable to train our dog. She stated he had too much anxiety and referred us elsewhere. It was also a hassle trying to get a refund. I do not recommend.
