I love having a Petco in town! The employees are so friendly, and I prefer their loyalty/points program to that of petsmart.I wish pet owners cleaned up after their dogs though. We witnessed staff cleaning up after I watched 2 dogs have accidents and the owners walked away.

Because of the TOP NOTCH customer service I received from 3 employees! I live in Billings MT. Kat helped me decide on specific brands of cat food which was in great detail which I appreciated so much because I have 2 cats with special requirement. Judy and Christy were SO AMAZING during check out and helped me save money while explaining the premier plan for my cats! I can honestly say, I believe this is the best customer service I have ever received and I am 64 years old! WAY TO GO Ladies! and THANK YOU again for making me feel valued and going out of the way FOR ME! Sue Davis Sherman

So saddened and disappointed to find out they do not allow customers to post fliers for lost/found pets. And the reason the store manager Jake gave me is even more disappointing and , honestly, kind of disgusting. I lost my beloved cat a week ago and have been putting up fliers anywhere someone might notice. I went in and Jake said they don’t allow a community board for lost and found a pets because it “overwhelms our own signage” and because people “put up too much stuff and it doesn’t look good.” In other words, they care more about the aesthetics of their store than they do about our pets!!! PetSmart, the pet store a few doors down from them, has a “Lost and Found” board in their entryway and they were so nice and helpful in getting my flier up for all to see. I will be taking all my business to PetSmart in the future and would encourage the community to do the same. Let’s support businesses that care more about the welfare of animals than they do about the “look” of their store!

I take my 3yr old to Petco once a week to visit the animals. We met a sweet employee, I think her name was Natanah? She told me but I have mom brain so I can’t remember. Anyway, she was in the aquatic section and took the time to show my daughter how she releases the fish into the tanks, taught her more about what they eat, and just more fun stuff about animal life. I SO appreciate her taking the time she did to teach my 3yr old! Thank you so much. We will be back every week.

I have been to this store twice and sadly received poor customer service both times. Nobody at register...had to wait a long time before someone came. Employees not friendly. Will most likely not return. Can get same products at Petsmart. Good work ethic and good customer service hard to come by anymore.

Got both of my huskies groomed by the lead groomer here not only did she do absolutely amazing (they were so soft and smelled so nice!) but while waiting to pick them back up I shopped around for a bit. They have such a wide variety of pet nutrition products available! Which is very nice since lovable pets went out of business. (And petco is a little cheaper too😉) will 100% shop here for all my animals needs!

I believe his name was Anthony, he helped me get everything I needed for my tank, and I got a larger one than originally planned! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Since then I’ve bought my fish from them as well. Wonderful experience!

I was shopping the other day there was no one in the store to help the customers when help did show up he was extremely rude and disrespectful honestly acting like a grown child . Disgusting won't be shopping here and I'm sorry for the employees that have to work with that . It's actually embarrassing.

Just wasn't impressed. It did have a few things that petsmart didn't. But the staff wasn't as friendly as petsmart. The gender neutral bathrooms are disgusting. Urine all over the toilets and floor. As well as toilet paper. Staff was told and didn't seem bothered by it. As a woman I won't be shopping here. Not going to feel unsafe when using a bathroom or use a nasty one. Even walmarts bathrooms are kept much cleaner and still have bathrooms for each gender. Male and female.
