Committed to community! We have been traveling lately looking for a new location for ourselves to move to. And to be sure we're looking for one that's near a Natural Grocers.The product selection and prices, are balanced and fair. They have a deep selection of supplements. Unique organic and raw foods as well as fresh produce and Frozen.But I wanted to also mention their attention to the local community. They offer classes training and a really good newsletter, that's full of information and teaching. They also have $0.25 per gallon refills for purified water.They always have some great sale going on items which makes it easy for us to try new things and learn about new items as we go.We've been to a lot of Natural Grocers, and product selection varies between them all a little, as well as does stocking depth. But this store is one of the prettiest on the outside! I left a couple pictures 😁Natural Grocers seems to pick some of the nicest towns to put their stores in, so it's obvious why they picked Billings!

I like this store. Yes, you pay more for organic produce, but, it taste 100% better that the GMO stuff you can get elsewhere. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.I made coleslaw with the organic cabbage and the Veganaise (mayonnaise). It was the freshest and tastiest I have ever had.Keep up the good work!!!

We really like natural grocers. We shop here weekly. Our one problem is that they are always out of some sort of necessity. What kind of grocery store is out of limes for two weeks? We shouldn’t have to stop at another grocery store for something so simple. More consistency would be nice, we would only shop here if that were the case.

Nice store, fairly easy to navigate layout, was quite disappointed they didn’t have an item that google said was there at that specific location(in fact, this particular store/location was first on the list that came up on google search). Another big problem that may deter me from returning anytime soon was the older checkout lady(used stylus to work touchscreen on register 1) during my visit on 3/22/23. This lady was very slow/chatty until I started picking up my few items to go to another line that a younger employee opened/called me over to(then older lady on 1 temporarily picked up the pace for literally 2 seconds as she started my order), recommended other somewhat higher priced places to find what I wanted, and then suddenly turned cold and very unfriendly when I said no to the loyalty program to the point I had to get a box myself from the bin and pack my own groceries yet she packed both the customers orders before and after me. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel very welcome and may not shop there again on account of the rude lady and you don’t have what is shown online!

I love that everything is organic and you don’t have to search for it. In the produce area my daughter knows when we go shopping that they have a kids fruit bucket to let the kids choose a fruit, she starts asking for the snack as soon as we pull up. The staff are super friendly and I love their selection of supplements and clean ingredient beauty supplies.

Today I went to the store with my kiddos. One of them was having a breakdown because he didn't get his choice of popsicles. A staff member came up and asked me what kind he wanted. He then proceed to buy them for us!! It was such a kind gesture.

My wife and I will never come back to this store!! Everything in this store is a rip off! $8 for 3 organic bell peppers, $5 for coconut milk. These are just two examples. Think company is taking full advantage of the inflationary environment of this economy. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime...

I've been to my fair share of "natural" stores. In Billings however I can only compare Natural Grocers to their competition, Harvest. The prices at NG are much more reasonable, extensive selection of supplements, personal care products, and fresh produce! I do wish they offered bulk in certain items but that's just not a "thing" at these kinds of stores. Customer service is always friendly, store is always clean and overall I enjoy shopping here. I know I'll get quality products and service. My go to natural store and I highly recommend it to others.

You've never seen insane prices until you visited a natural grocers.Their prices on essential oils and things that people actually need for their health is a disaster and a travesty.I'm sorry you have to pay workers and have a storefront but that said I have to go to Amazon because your prices are not only far too much for me to afford, you don't have stores in very many places that really need them and that would be much more useful in smaller towns that would be very very popular if you decided to lower your prices and care about the human beings who need your products.

Rude employee told me she doesn't get paid to assist finding things, I guess you don't pay your employees. So the 1 star is either for company not paying employees or hiring rude unhelpful employees. This was a woman stocking the supplement section on Monday March 27th around 1 pm. Please pay her sad to see you using slave labor.

This might be my favorite whole foods / health store in Billings. They're environmentally conscious, reusing cardboard boxes as grocery bags for those who don't already have their own. Their selection is impressive as well, including whole ground grains kept fresh in refrigerated coolers. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

I give this store a 3.5 because the produce was VERY lacking today. (My first visit) However, they have a few specialty grocery items I can’t find at the local grocery stores and the vitamin and healthcare area was large. More than 60% of the store. I will return to this store to look around more when I have time. It’s still worth a drive by when you have time to browse.

I love this establishment. I can find everything I need here. My only criticism is that I wish the prices were more in line with other grocery stores. I don't understand why things that are supposed to be good for you always have to cost twice as much.

Love this place to pieces! Fresh produce, all organic everything. Great parking and amazing staff as well. Wish there was one in Great Falls as well. If you're looking to change your life and/or yours and your family's eating habits from the ground up, look no further. This is where you start, with fresh all natural ingredients.

Love this place. Great friendly staff. Good options.ONLY complaint is that their hummus selection is med-grade. Lilly’s and Cedars? Oof. Every other NattyG’s I go to has KING FALAFEL.KING FALAFEL or GTFO!(Still love this store, I just want my hummus).

We've been coming here since it opened. Aside from getting a couple Organic items from Costco, this is the only place we shop for groceries. In fact, I'm there 3 - 5 times a week grabbing a couple of these and a few of those. We like the fact that most of their items actually register on the "healthy" scale. Wish the produce section was a little deeper. Other than that, we're happy campers.The staff is also very helpful.

Nice store, but we specifically searched for butcher and this place is more a "50 different type of bean vegan" grocer than "an awesome meat counter with locally raised meat" place. Criminally small meat selection. Otherwise nice selection of natural products and what you'd expect.
