honda 520 utv 2023. easy to deal with. good prices and service. honda 520 started in 38 below zero weather in mountains.Now I have 1200 miles on it all in snow on tracks. Used for hauling food, fuel and animals food also. Saved our neck in the 2023 blizzards.No issues. Better thank snow plow. Just ride on top of snow, not fight it.

Brendon Retz was amazing to work with! My husband and I were originally just looking but decided to buy a boat! He made the experience easy and was not a pushy salesman. Never once did he make us feel like we HAD to make the purchase. Which was my favorite part!! We will definitely give him and Honda Marine our business in the future and would 100% recommend working with Brendon. :)

I just bought my 2nd Honda motorcycle from them. I had an excellent experience both times. Brendon was my sales person on my last purchase, he was super helpful, super nice, and it worked out for him to meet me halfway to deliver the bike. That’s why I chose them again for my second bike because they were very good to me the first time. I would definitely recommend them, and Brendon did an excellent job with sales communication, and just being a super nice guy ! Thanks !

I was wanting to purchase a side by side , nobody greeted us as we were walking around looking at the atvs 2 men were moving stuff around right where we were walking .. they never acknowledged us not even "hi can I help you" ! Nothing so after a few we just left but boy did they say goodbye have a good day ! I replied loud enough to where they could here me , You lost a sale ! Thank you you too... so I did buy a side by side that day at another place .I would not recommend this place to anyone service is horrible !!!

This place is full of scam artists and liars. We took our ATV in for dying immediately after starting, a very obvious issue. They kept it for a week and said multiple times that they couldn't find anything wrong and to come get it. Got it home and the problem wasn't fixed. Took it back in and they said they drove it around and it was fine. As the problem progressed we took it to a local mechanic and not only did he diagnose the problem within 10 minutes (bad sensor) he also said that the front tires were put back on backwards, they did not change the oil like they told us, didn't tighten the wires leading to the battery or clean out the area of dirt and chaff like we asked. They were extremely defensive and aggressive trying to make us look like the trouble makers when all we wanted was our 4wheeler fixed.

We've called to schedule an appointment going on 3 weeks now. Several calls with anticipation of a call back to get boat on a schedule to get serviced. Have never received a call back....frustrating!

Every time I've attempted to call these guys in the few years to set up an appointment for general maintenance or something else the phone has never once been answered, and my messages have never been returned. Do you're jobs please. Im tired of taking my bikes into different cities when i live right in billings

Did not have a Honda atv air filter.After reading all the responses on all the other reviews I can't wait to see how they respond to this. Just sort the reviews by stars and read all the responses to the 1 star reviews. If those responses are not a red flag to you then by all means shovel your money over to them.Edit: Got the generic response today. I'm not going to waste any more time calling to talk about somthing you could have talked to me about when I went 10 miles out of my way to come into your dealership. Napa has air filters for anyone else who finds themselves in this predicament

Purchased a new boat in 2021, we also purchased a service contract and GAP insurance. We sold the boat this summer, receiving our refund on the service contract and gap has been horrendous. We have turned all documents and only received a refund for the service contract. We have attempted to contact the dealership multiple times and never receive an answer or call back.

Didn't help that the service department gave the tech bad info on what was previously done to the bike. They will lead you on, that is when they are willing to actually speak with you

This business just left me high and dry on a SXS I put money down on the first of April. They actually gave me a ship date of April 29 that was delayed and I was again quoted a May 16 shipping date. I called again last week and was told that the vehicle I had put $$$$ down on was committed to another buyer and they had nothing to offer me. I got my deposit back and was referred to a Wyoming dealer that had my model on the showroom floor.... with a $2,000 market adjustment added. I don't do business with such companies that are capitalizing on this supply chain crisis. Back to square one with no side by side on order or this dealership responding to my message.I hope the rest of the Billings community thinks twice before they do business with these folks and foolishly think their order is secure with a down payment. There are choices in life.

Amazing staff. Sales, service, parts....literally every department is super helpful. Hope my next ride comes from here so I can experience even the after sale care, everything else is spot on!Update: regret the review, the sales team sucks. Attempted getting a new 2021 ZX10, apparently it was never delivered to the shop, (covid delay?) excited I had my name on a 2022 ZX10R in Oct 21, come March 22 I had been in multiple times and this time was assured it would ship and be there mid April, ensured it was Reserved in my name, and I kept checking back thru June. Mid June I was told they had taken a a bike in on trade....for the bike I had reserved and been waiting for for nearly 2 years. Then I find out the prices never increased, there was a $2500 added charge for no reason. Not so smooth guys, never even got a courtesy call apology or nothing.

Zero stars is not an option, or they would get it. Very poor customer service. Call and the phone rings and rings. Then answering machine picks up and says leave a message and we will call you back. Should say leave a message and if we feel like it we will call you back, because they didn't call back. When I finally called back and got a human after just hanging up and hitting redial after ten redials. I asked for parts got transferred and it rang and rang and rang. Then the lady who answered originally picked up again and said MH&M can I help you? I said I was on hold for parts. She said they are busy and I will take a message for them to call you back. I laughed and said I am wasting my time giving you my number but I will but I don't believe I will get a call back. I waited 3 days and no call back. Pretty poor customer service but what can you expect from the only show in town. Got on the internet and had the part I needed in less time than the 3 days I waited for the return call. The only recommendation MH&M anyone will get from me is I recommend buying what you need online and actually get it without any hassle.

They were good to deal until the papers were signed for out new pioneer 1000-5 deluxe. After we signed papers we weren’t as important anymore. Told it would be delivered to us right away in the morning and then they couldn’t get it to us till the afternoon. Also upon delivery of our brand new side by side they only put enough gas in it to unload it from the trailer and pull it into my driveway. They told me they would make sure to put gas in it which they did not do.

Friendly but very out of pocket spendy and seems more for the money not for the experience..but am willing to hear them out in person not over the phone...one thing I don't like I called a month ago about an item in particular and called back a few days ago the price had raised by thousands of dollars so idk if they work on an Xtra commission but that speaks volumes.. bcuz that's a red flag for not being friendly an only out for ur money...I'll see what they say in person tho...who knows I'll give them benefit of the doubt but I will b posting again that's for certain

Junior is by far the best technician/service tech I’ve ever worked with. Personable, kind, knowledgeable, and he cares about the products he services and about the customers. Ive never had a tech ask me to confirm I made it home safely dragging a boat until todayz. This is why we will continue to use Montana Honda cycle and marine.

Can't get a returned call to save your life, and still have not received our new side x side after a week and a half.Any time you try to order anything the sales rep. Can't give you the correct price and then says you didn't pay for your order even if you have.Had a good friend the worked there for years, can see why he doesn't any more.Was going to buy another side x side, but won't be giving them anymore of our money after we pick up this one.Very disappointed!!!!

Purchased a bunch of maintenance parts from them. Had a chain breaker that I bought from them break on me. They replaced for free no questions asked and also got the broken chain breaker off my chain. Unfortunate it happened, but they fixed the issue for free. Great customer service.

Zero stars if possible. They are terrible. There is absolutely no timeframe for your boat repair. After not fixing a problem right the first time, the pain of bringing the boat back in and having it just sit there because they have a staff of 2 during the busiest time of the year for them... Calling Eric is like banging your head against the wall. He promised a week from today (6/13/18) to fix the boat. We shall see.Quick update, it's 7/6/18 and the boat is still there. Eric sent over tracking information on the part "they ordered" said it would be here 7/5/18 and the boat would be fixed same day. The part didn't arrive and the boat isn't fixed and ERIC ISN'T RESPONDING TO ANY INQUIRIES. They are still dishonest, lying, sales people...they tell you what you want to hear to get you off of their backs and then forget you just as quick.Update, after many conversations and attempts to call their mechanics, one mechanic in particular, MT Honda is claiming the boat is fixed (as of 9/26/18). The mechanic we had been communicating with no longer talks to us, he told us he's just the mechanic now...we assume management has told him not to respond to us, but that's just our assumption. I think we've heard Eric is no longer there, so the turnover at this establishment is still an issue. We have requested copies of warranty information, the manager hasn't produced this yet. He can verbally tell me, but can't produce any copies. We will take the boat out and see if it is truly fixed. The time that has elapsed for this boat repair is horrible, a truly unremarkable experience. Do we take their word for it that the boat is fixed...ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Took my jet skis to get tune up's and new batteries paid full retail no complaints. One of the Jet ski's did not run right after service. Been trying to get back into the Service Department and they don't value me as a customer. No willingness to work me in and first time I called said it will be 6 weeks and now just called and said it will be two weeks. Montana has a 90 day boating window. Worst apathy I have ever experienced. Pretty obvious they think the customer has no choice and can treat me like a number. Terrible.
