I love Juro’s Pharmacy! I have been using large corporate pharmacies for years now and it wasn’t until I recently moved here to Billings that I decided to make the switch to a Family-owned, local small business. Juros has a few services I absolutely love:1) free same day delivery of prescriptions2) cost effective equipment I can prescribe to my clients (I am a physical therapist) and use with my clients.3) Amazing customer service. The employees go out of their way to help you and many of them have worked at Juros for 20 years! (I typically interpret low employee turnover in healthcare as a sign that management/ownership actually value their employees and treat them right).4) local, mom and pop feel where every customer is valued and not just a number. The pharmacy will reach out to you personally if you haven’t picked up a prescription or have a question on your medication.5) Most importantly, an experienced pharmacist who is always available to provide his expertise and opinion.As long as I live in Billings, I will never go back to using a pharmacy like Walgreens and CVS again!

Beware if you buy medical equipment from Juro's. They claim that in order to be able to notify you if there's a recall, they not only need your contact info, they try to get your personal information as well (birthdate, SSN, height, weight) and try to get you to sign a form relating to HIPAA. They don't need the additional information and HIPAA has no applicability to purchasing a walker.

In June my wife and I were traveling to Houston MD Anderson for medical treatments and we stayed at our sons house in Billings. Before I left home, I replaced the hose and soon found that I had forgotten the adapter to the hose on my CPAP machine. I went to your store on Grand and explained my dilemma. Susy Gerber assisted me and explained I probably would have to purchase a complete mask. Not wanting to spend much money due to my circumstances I hesitantly agreed. She said wait, they may have a sample in back that might work. She diligently searched and searched then found one. Your great employee saved me money during a fiscally challenging time. Thank you, Susy Gerber! Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed.

Be very careful when renting equipment. My wife rented a Roller Aid for $70.00 a month. It was too heavy for her to put in our truck, so we took it back. Only had it for six days, but they would not give a refund on any of our funds. I would not recommend Juros for rentals.

We have had the worst time with Juros. My mom ordered a new walker 3 weeks or more before she was going to travel. She let them know at the time the date she needed it by and was promised it would be delivered by then.She paid for it with her debit card and was told once Medicare approved her prescription they would reimburse her.I'm not sure why we weren't allowed to take the walker that same day since she had paid.The day before the scheduled delivery my mom was upset because she had not heard anything back from Juros. She called 3x and finally got through to someone but nobody seemed to know what is going on. Finally we were told they did not have anyone to deliver the walker by the needed time.We ended up driving to town to pick up the walker.. Nobody showed her how to use the brakes or adjust the height, etc.Fast forward 6 months my mom tells me she doesn't think she ever received the refund from her walker. I called Juros to find out when she would have received the refund so I could show her on her statements.I left 2 voice messages for 2 weeks in a row before I heard back and was told the refund had been put in the system but had never been actually submitted.They had submitted it that day and to give it 30 days to hear back....My frustration with their customer service cannot be expressed in words.

I've been to Juro's twice, once to buy something and again to return it. Worst customer service experience in my lifetime, and I will never go back. Took 20 minutes to get any acknowledgement when purchasing item - should have left then. When I went to return unopened, sealed item, was told it was non-returnable. Was not told that when purchased. Customer service like this is why people don't shop local and Amazon thrives. Not sure how this business has been in Billings so long with service like this.

I absolutely love working with Juro’s pharmacy - they always have the quickest wait times, are willing to deliver if I’m not able to pickup and know us and our family personally - making sure we know any specifics about meds as they relate to us, as well as making sure we have added supplements to keep us on track. I can’t recommend them enough!

The absolute WORST customer service in Billings. If you want to be treated like trash, shop here. Every interaction I or my family have had with them has been miserable They have no regard for people with disabilities that need their services. They are rude on the phone and completely unwilling to make any step towards helping people. We had a medical emergency and rushed to the store to replace the device that went bad 10 minutes before closing. After I explained our situation, they refused to show any concern or willingness to help make sure the problem was solved. They were insulting and curt on the phone. I recommend going elsewhere. It’s rich that they are a medial supply company yet show no care for the people that would need their service. Never shop at this store if you can avoid it.

Would not recommend!! I intentionally went to Juro's to support a local business which I try to do as much as possible. I needed to purchase a blood pressure machine for a family member that had been in the ICU for more than a week due to uncontrolled high blood pressure. I wanted to feel comfortable that he would have a new "accurate" machine when he was released.When my daughter and I went into the store, no one attempted to help us and we had to find someone to ask where the machines were located. They were locked behind the counter so we waited our turn. The clerk was not overly informative but I figured that they have been a good local medical supply business for many years so I went ahead and purchased the machine.The machine was giving very inaccurate readings (up or down a lot when taken one right after the other). Also compared it to readings from another machine..I took the machine in to return it and was informed that it was a non-refundable purchase. The receipt did not state that but the clerk readily showed me the sign hanging in the window, Seriously! I was making a purchase, not reading the signs in the window. She said I could contact the manufacturer and see about getting it re-calibrated (I would not ever feel comfortable with a "fixed" machine). This is basically a matter of life & death when you are dealing with very high blood pressure. I told her that we had already purchased another machine elsewhere and she then stated that maybe I could have this one fixed through the manufacturer and resell it. (Are you kidding me????)I left the machine on their counter to be disposed of and I am now out $52.98.Never again!! And they wonder why people shop at Costco.

I have had multiple detailed conversations with both the pharmacists and the technicians at Juros regarding a compounded medication for my mother. They have been excellent to work with to say the least. Their communication style is incredibly kind, caring and importantly to me, efficient. They allowed to seamless delivery and payment of the medication for my mother whom lives out of town, they allowed me to badger them with unending questions, and have been kind and caring along the way. Being a provider in the medical system myself, I really look to individuals that care for their patients in the same way I care for mine. A large shout out to Karissa, whom provided me with research and literature on the medication as well as personal testimonials that helped me make an informed decision for my mother. I will continue to support them and they will always have our business!

The worst billing and customer service experience ever! I broke my leg and rented a scooter from Juros. I returned it and was told that I didn't owe anything. Then I got a bill in the mail. I called and again was told not to worry that I didn't owe anything. Now I am getting calls from them (restricted number) so I called again. This time I was told that the person(s) that I gave the scooter back to, as well as, the person I spoke to on the phone, do not actually work in the billing department. Geez...how about you guys get it together.

This is my very first review I’ve ever left but felt it necessary as someone who’s VERY unconfrontational and have worked in customer service for years and can handle difficult people, I’ve NEVER gotten so frustrated at a strangers in a public setting.I could go into detail about the entire unpleasant experience but long story short, I am VERY unhappy with the way Sydney acted towards my 85 year old grandma with a broken foot.Sydney had to go to the back and ask someone else for every single question and request we had- which I never felt we were asking anything unreasonable. She made us feel as if we were a huge nuisance to her but there were hardly any other customers for the entire hour+ we were there.Pam stepped in to help with some insurance issues we were having but I felt like I couldn’t get a single sentence to her without her interrupting me which made things even worse and again, any resolution with these two just seemed impossible.In the end, some other ladies stepped in and were able to figure out a solution for us, so I appreciate their help. But Sydney and Pam made it an extremely unpleasant situation.

UPDATE: Juro's called me to ask me how they could make things right. I was very impressed with this effort. They took responsibility for their part of the problem. They explained the medicine better, and I understood the cost. I appreciate the integrity. Original review: Got a tiny bottle of liquid antibiotic for my cat. It was 1/2 full. Not even a syringe to measure and dispense it with. Called and was told they "forgot". Be happy to give me one if I drove across town. Cost me $63. I called my vet and made sure no more orders were called to this pharmacy. Too many options online. Seems like a license to steal.

Unless you have no choice but to use this pharmacy, I would highly recommend you go anywhere else. I'm one that has no choice and I dread going in there. The medicine I get is liquid and they keep putting it in bottles that leak. This time the script (liquid) was in a pill bottle and already leaking when I picked it up. When I said something, I was treated like I was the problem! I told them I would pay more for the proper bottle if that was their issue. I'm currently looking for an online company. Businesses complain when we won't shop local, but if I'm going to be treated like that...

My doctor gave me a prescription on June 20th for compression socks and the nurse said to try Juro's. I went there after work to pick up the socks. The saleswoman, Rhonda, told me that the script would not cover the socks and said she would have to measure and order them, but that they would have to be paid for first. She measured my leg and said she would call the next day, June 21st, with information regarding how I could at least get the amount applied toward my insurance deductible and to see if I was sure that I wanted to buy them. I never heard back from her until the 27th when she called to say the socks were in. I went ahead and purchased them, but regret having done so. Rhonda had told me the socks would be so snug that I would need a sleeve to help pull them up, but that it would be provided with the socks. The next morning, the 28th, I pulled them on - without the sleeve - and they slipped down the whole day. That evening I returned to Juro's and let Rhonda know what was happening. She said the one day of usage was dramatic and that in a couple of weeks I would need a smaller size. Interesting information to my husband and I since I'd been wearing over the counter compression socks for almost a month and there had been no 'dramatic' change in one day. I told her that I was not able to spend that kind of money in two weeks. She then said I needed adhesive so I spent $12.95 on adhesive. The next morning, the 29th, I used the adhesive and they stayed up, but the extra length in the sock slipped down and collected at my ankles, leaving very tight roll marks. I took pictures hoping to show Rhonda and get re-measured for a new set that fit properly. I called Rhonda the next morning, the 30th, and she said she thought maybe the socks were defective and would talk to the owner Jenna and have her call me. I did not receive a phone call from Jenna on Friday so I called the manufacturer, Juzo, and left a message. Juzo called me back and said they could do nothing that I had to deal with Juro's. After waiting a week with no word from Jenna, I called and spoke with Rhonda today, the 8th. She asked me how the socks were doing and I reminded her that I had already told her I could not wear them after the second day. She said that she would call the Juzo rep and when he was in town he would check them out. I told her I was done playing the waiting game and was going to return the socks. She said they would not take them back.My advice to you who are reading this is to find a business that treats you fairly and responds to your concerns in a timely and responsible manner. I will donate the misfit socks and take the $60 loss. But I will NEVER set foot inside Juro's again, and hope that others will take great care to shop around before choosing Juro's. And if there was a way to give this a minus 5 Stars it would still be too many stars.

I just found out that a prescription I have been getting filled the last three years from Juro's compounding pharmacy has contained an ingredient I had called and asked Mark to not include. This was my third call to this pharmacy about including ingredients that I had specifically requested not being included in my prescriptions after I had an anaphylactic experience in the middle of the night with a different compounded prescription. When I pointed out how this could be serious for others, even life-threatening, he showed little concern. I have been a long time customer... Maybe over 12 years. I am so disappointed at the lack of concern and care about customers' prescription ingredient requests. Mark was not empathetic and did not even apologize except at the end of the call, he abruptly said, "sorry, bye" and hung up before I could say good bye.

I’m so blessed to have Juro’s take care of all my durable medical equipment needs. The personnel in respiratory are fantastic in that they provide not only the information I need but also they follow-up. Who does this anymore? Not too many places. I’m very impressed with the high quality of care.

Huge shout out to Juros! I work at a local clinic, and we had a mishap with our only wheelchair we have in the office for our patients. It was a bit of a time sensitive and unique situation I called them and explained what was happening.Let me tell you, Juros delivered! Without hesitation they let us borrow the type of chair we needed! They really went above and beyond, and really helped our patient. As well as our clinic. Thank you Juros, from the bottom of our hearts!

One of the ladies was dressed like she should be working a street corner, made the experience very uncomfortable. Was there to get compression socks, which were so tight and impossible to get on that one ripped. They then tell us there is a special sleeve to help put them on.. thanks for not starting with that option. The best pary, we still had to pay $89 for the socks. I'm sure the manufacturer works with Juro's and would have replaced the socks....

I'm sure that every business has it's own practices that set it apart from the rest of it's peers. I will say that the reason I was sent here by the hospital is because Juros is the only compounding pharmacy in Billings. This means that they mix the ingredients of prescribed medications to make them. Good job, glad you provide a service to our community. Their business practice that is aggravating is that they WILL NOT start making a prescription until they have money in hand. I don't think that they tell the hospitals that use them of this practice because my ER nurse tried calling ahead to get my pain medication started so I could get it ASAP. Instead, my spouse spent a long time "discussing" the medication with the pharmacy, who wouldn't have it for 24 hours . They stated they could switch to a similar but different medication and I did get something in the same family of pain meds, but with ingredients that cause discomfort for me. It literally became a $65 pain.

If you love being called from their billing center day and night from a foreign country threatening to turn you over to collections when you owe them nothing this is the place for you. Then when you drive 35 miles to inform the manager about it she treats you like human waste. Go anywhere else.

They're very careful with getting prescriptions right, however this does seem to result in them taking longer to fill prescriptions. My fills tend to take about two days longer than their automated system estimates.
