The best groomers in all of Billings!!! We just got our 2 dogs nails trimmed and they were so gentle, the dogs had so much less anxiety and I can see them wanting to come back. This os the only groomers I’ll use from now on in Billings :)

I love Groomingdales! Stacey, Annabelle and Patricia are professional, caring and run such a nice clean grooming facility. They love what they do and it shows. Stacey shaved our cat, who isn't the most cooperative and he came out smelling fresh with a nice even lions cut and not hating his life. 1000% impressed!

I have taken my cat to these lovely ladies multiple times now and she always comes back purring and not stressed. She also is perfectly groomed and her nails are nice and short. Worth every penny to have her groomed so nicely and obviously treated kindly. Thank you!

Stacy is amazing! She has been grooming my dog for years and years and has stuck with us through multiple health issue that made him stinky and not so pleasant sometimes. He always looks great and the staff is so friendly. I will bring all my dogs here as long as she will have us!!

The Groomingdales team has always taken great care of my dogs for both grooming and daycare services. My girls are always so excited when we pull into the parking lot, so I know they have fun and are treated well during their visits. I also love that they post their photos and send us report cards!

Honestly, if I could live here I probably would. These people truly care about the dogs (and cats) that come in to their care whether it be grooming or daycare. Management is not only knowledgeable but incredibly friendly and truly care! The groomers and bathers are honestly top knotch who know what they are doing! I may be (biased) but the daycare attendants are extremely well versed in dog behavior and give the dogs a structured and well taken care place to excel in socialization and care. Hands down would trust any one of these people with my dog ♡

I found them to be quite rude and not caring for what I asked for. Very set in their ways. I asked to have the nose and paws cleaned up. And they did a full body shave on my dog in the middle of the winter... I do not recommend.

Was a great daycare until they hired a new attendant who can't handle dogs ? Why work in a doggy daycare if you can't handle dogs? They kicked our dog out of daycare, along with 5 other dogs because the new daycare attendant couldn't handle them. Funny, the same dog they kicked out of daycare comes to work with us 5 days a week and is one of the most well behaved dogs I've ever met, I've never even had a customer complain about her. They should stick to grooming.

The staff here is incredible. I got my dog from the shelter and they botched his nails so bad by cutting them so short that he was limping. I took him in on a Saturday for a nail trim really worried that he would be aggressive/defensive so I asked them to use a muzzle just in case he got scared. Both times the staff members were very confident that it wouldn’t be necessary and sure enough they were able to clip his nails, no problem, in about 5 minutes. Super thankful for this place!

I’ve taken all three of my dogs there, plus my two “nanny” dogs and they are amazing. My little guy (mini poodle mix) has anxiety and they are GREAT with him. He used to come back from the groomer extra anxious and scared, but he never seems stressed at pick up from here. Plus his haircut always looks amazing. They’re amazing with my goldendoodle puppy also. She has typical puppy energy but they’re so patient with her and her haircut is always perfect. Highly recommend to all pet parents!

We were travelling through and Annabelle was able to squeeze us in. She gave our little Poodle mix a great haircut. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. If we return to Billings, we would certainly go back to Groomingdale's. Highly recommended.

If you need a place to have your cat groomed, this is the place! Brittney is so wonderful; completely caring about the stress level of my Tobie, my one year old cat who, has never had this done. I tried going to Pet Smart, but that ended up being quite the hastle with the groomer not attentive to my cats' feelings to the new situation, I'll not be giving pet smart my business at all. I will definitely be spreading the word about Groomingdales though for sure and will be back.

Staff is very rude. I heard Groomingdales was the best in town - NOT TRUE! I brought my poodle in twice and both times, they did not listen to the way I wanted his haircut!! Didn’t even trim his ears or tail. I’m quite sad that customer service means NOTHING to them!!

I had an 11 o’clock appointment last Saturday, for my little Yorky, They have clipped his hair many times and did a good job, When I arrived I asked them if they could have him clipped by 1 o’clock because I had an appointment that day the lady at the desk told me it would be an extra $15 because that would be considered a rush job, I said excuse me!! If he’s here at 11 shouldn’t he be done in at least two hours, she then informed me that she had 4 dogs ahead of him, I was a palled my little dog would have to sit in a cage for 3 to 4 hours before they could even get to him. Ladies if you have a hair appointment and it’s scheduled for 11 o’clock how would you feel to have to sit and wait for four other ladies to get their hair done first? I will never take my dog there again .
