My husband has sent me flowers from Gainans several times and they have always been so beautiful and fresh. I’m not sure what happened this Valentines Day. He ordered them a month ago and not only did they try to deliver them in the morning when I wasn’t home instead of after 2pm like he instructed, they look like they were thrown together at the last minute by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. The arrangement has clumps of roses in some places and big gaps in other places. Several of the roses are wilted and brown and several are fully opened. There is zero smell from any of them. This is not their usual quality but still very disappointing.

Easy to order and order was delivered on time. Arrangement was great. Sometimes the arrangement that is delivered is not like the one in the picture, much smaller, less colorful etc. This one was even better! Thank you.

My husband got me 2 dozen roses for my birthday. He saw the next day that 2 of them started losing petals. We took them in to see if we could get them replaced and they gave us a full set of 12 roses. This was very kind and took us by surprise. We will be doing much more business there! Great customer service.

I was pretty last-minute, ordered some flowers online for pickup at 6pm. They had them ready the same day, a really lovely sizable bouquet, and pickup was easy and hassle-free. Recommend!!

This store is decorated beautifully with lots of furniture and home decor. However I have to take a star away because floral arrangements were not the focal point of this location. Another because most the items seemed to be rather expensive, for what you were receiving. This location did have very friendly and helpful staff. And the items selected fit well together in this space.

I am a long time customer of Gainans. I love to support local businesses and they have been my go-to florist for all occasions, however after the past two days I don't think I will be back. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day, and paid for an expedited delivery. When I came home from work with no flowers, he called them. They were running behind, frustrating but understandable. We gave them our home address and were told they would be delivered by 8pm. 9pm came and went, so we went to bed. Called again this morning (15th) and were told they would be delivered first thing. It is now 3pm and still no delivery.

I’ve purchased several of their most expensive arrangements every single year for my wife during Valentines, her Birthday and Mother’s Day. Tried to to simply modify one of their pre-made +$200 arrangements asking to have the roses replaced with additional lilies and placed in a glass vase instead of the metal tin. I said I was not concerned about any extra cost. In the past it has only taken them a few minutes to do the exact same thing because my wife just doesn’t care for roses. Told them I could pick it up tomorrow(Tues) or on Wednesday(Valentine’s Day). Two days before Valentine’s Day and they told me they were too busy and didn’t have time so I’d just have to settle for what they had. If I’m just going to pick from some pre-made arrangements and have no option to make it special or unique when I’m spending over $200 I might well just save a lot money and order the same stuff off the internet. I’ve shopped local and been a Gainan’s customer for over 24 years but I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ripped me off! Order #269265 paid over $50 add on with the flowers and only get the flowers also they put the flowers in a vase that was super lightweight and cheap and it tipped all over the place it doesn’t hold the flowers well I will be disputing this charge this is after it fell over 3x already!
