My wife and I shop ace hardware and are and have been part of the rewards program for years. Today, We attempted to use coupons sent to us. We complied with the terms of the coupon but apparently failed to notice the requirement that we had to download the app in order to receive the discount provided by the app. We shop ace hardware even though their products are priced higher than other stores in our area to support local. So instead of providing good customer service and experience, they choose to essentially punish loyal customers for not wanting to download another app on their phone. If this is how we will be treated in the future, we will have no problem shopping elsewhere.

Great customer service. Came in with an urgent need on a specialty valve component. Staff was knowledgeable and pointed me directly to what I needed right away. I was in the store less than 5 minutes (most of which was taking to another customer about toys and his kids). In summary, a great store for your home needs!

This place is the best!! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, actual knowledgeable person who is happy to help you find exactly what you need for the job. I'm so grateful for their expertise/personal experiences. They have saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. The only thing I wish is that they stayed open later. But, that's what weekends are for.

This new Ace store is huge! So much awesome, wonderful stock. The employees were just fabulous and helped me find what I needed right away. I saw so many things that I'd love to have in my yard & garden, I'll definitely be back! This is my new favorite Ace.

This is my go to place for home project items. They have nearly everything you could need other than building supplies (e. g. bulk lumber, drywall, etc)My one negative is the amount of theft protection this store has. It's a little overwhelming and makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes, like employees are trying to catch you stealing. I understand the purpose, but it still comes across odd and affects my shopping experience there.

employees walking around are helpful, however the three teenager girls at the checkout were loudly talking about me and my friend while they used the bathroom, commenting about how my friend was taking too long and overall just complaining about our presence.i understand cleaning is their job, but if someone needs to use the bathroom they should be able too without complaining

Ace has a good assortment of parts and pieces plus an awesome Boutique for the Ladies, a great section of baking supplies, pet supplies, garden supplies, plants and much more! You might find you’ll pay a bit more for those parts n pieces though.

Went to the evergreen Cafe for coffee and tea . Met one of the owners great guy .went through all his specials and the soup of the day for the week great place to stop and get a breakfast sandwich .or even a sandwich for lunch. Definitely will go back

Great, knowledgeable staff.It's real handy to have a local hardware store. Though they are a little higher priced than the big box stores, you can get knowledgeable help when needed. That's worth something. I can save time and the extra miles to big box stores. Rarely do they NOT have what I need.

The assistant manager at this location, Tyler, is INCREDIBLE. He helped me well beyond closing time trying to make my project work and there was never a single hint of irritation in his voice or demeanor, he just kept telling me it was no problem each time I apologized. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and is even determined to figure out my issue through research on his own time and snag me the next time I come in. I cannot recommend this location (or Tyler) enough!

The sandwiches are fantastic, and they use high quality meats and cheeses. The kombucha is wonderful, with several varieties on tap. The new owners are always cheerfully greeting customers and seem to enjoy what the do.

Helpful staff and generally has what I need to save me a trip to the large box stores. May not be as cheap as a box store, but worth it to avoid the caverns of those for the small house projects. Really like the selection of fasteners and my dog loves the grain-free bulk dog treats they carry. Good lawn and garden products at competitive prices.

One of the employees in this store was extremely rude. He refused to pull his mask from his chin to cover his mouth and nose. Told me he did not have anything. Told me my mask was worthless. I had a regular pharmacy purchased mask. I will never shop this store and urge everyone to stay away. This store doesn't have many customers and I'm not surprised.
