We had to go shopping for lingerie, the lady in the department was very helpful all the way to the end including helping us check out. And made the experience quite pleasant for my niece

It was so lovely to have great help from the very attentive salesperson. She actually checked on me while I was in the dressing room and brought me the size I needed.The salesperson in linens was equally as helpful.

I'm 6'8", 350lbs. You can imagine finding clothes is hard. Once my sister introduced me to Dillard's Big & Tall in Atlanta, Georgia I keep an eye open for them! This location in Billings, Montana was great! Highly satisfied with the options I found.

Dillards use to be such a great store. Ever since they got a new store manager it seems to have gone down hill these last few years! They are also extremely racist too in my opinion. I went in to buy my boyfriends favorite cologne for his birthday…while browsing I overheard a few of the employees (an older Caucasian woman with short blonde hair and glasses) talking about how shes sick of having to watch ALL the natives and how she dreads it when she sees them coming... (I’m Caucasian) so maybe she thought it was ok or something speaking so loud??? Anyways the other employee agreed and laughed about it but it also did not make sense to me cause the other employee she was talking to looked native herself! (She was tall & really skinny with dark hair & brown skin.. she could have easily been Mexican though too) When the blonde older woman noticed me looking at them with disgust.. she only then finally came to check on me.. & the other gave me a snotty look LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG..she then walked out the men’s store. I didn’t even want to buy anymore. So I just let her know I was only looking and still she stood there talking so much where I couldn’t even get a word in! It took me like 15 minutes just to finally leave with how much she kept talking and cutting me off. It made me feel so sad for the natives who actually shop there because I’m sure these two aren’t the only one who have said or think like that because I have heard all the horrible racism stories about Dillards, but have never witnessed until today. I’m definitely disappointed and will no longer be supporting them as a business.

This is a really big Dillard's. Everything is just as you'd expect a department store to be. The sales associates are friendly AND don't bother you as you look around.

These 5 stars are for Kass in the bra department. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she was wonderful! I've lost a lot of weight since my last bra purchase and she had so much patience and was thorough in helping me figure out my new size. I got her card and will be recommending her to everyone! She said Dillards does a fitting event 4 times per year that benefits local breast cancer patients, so keep an eye out for that.

So I wanna start off by saying that Ariel Wootton is one of the most amazing workers behind those counters !!!! I went in not knowing a thing about the proper steps for face care routine or applying make up ….. Ariel came right up after asking for help about my face (oily , dry , neutral etc. ) step by step , next you thing you know , she has all a line of facial stuff and helped me apply it , then I asked for help with make up …. I have never worn foundation , let alone contoured my face … I’m more of a basic blush eye little shadow , mascara … but I want to so badly learn how to do my make up , I’ve gone to other make stores around Billings and no one has sat and explained what product or why, rather seemed as if they just wanted money to apply make and move on to the next costumer … but this girl , she showed me how to step by step & explained …told me if I didn’t like how it looked we could take it all off and start over … but I in fact LOVED my make up , how I looked , how my face felt . She absolutely boosted my confidence through the roof …. Not saying I’m gonna be any make up artist now , but I feel comfortable enough to sit in the mirror and try . & if I need help she made it very clear to come on in and she’ll help me out …. she has made sure I felt comfortable with a little knowledge under my belt, about face routine and make up when leaving the store this weekend . . Not only did she help me step by step , she was also helping everyone that had a question or needed help around me in a timely matter Lady’s & gentlemen , if you have ANY Questions or want to go in for a full face of make up to be done , or learn about face care , ARIEL is your go to. I will not go anywhere in town again for help ….. thank you Ariel , this women needs a raise !

Excellent store, excellent service. Only place in the whole mall that had the black pants my husband needed in his SIZE, at an affordable price. There was a men's clothing store that had them with alterations. They were too expensive. Anyway will shop at dillards again.

An amazing experience tonight at Dillard's Men department! JT Giest was our Sales guy and did an exceptional job helping us get measured, fit & find amazing school clothes. The man that goes by the name J.T. GIVE HIM A RAISE he is by far the most patient, interactive, attentive and willing worker I've met at Dillard's. Went to Dillard's to buy some cologne and he went into all the details I was looking for in a specific scent and nailed it, even after asking him "what's your favorite go to cologne?" And he shared a fragrance with me that was specific to what I like plus what he likes and smelt amazing. We went through almost every single cologne there and J.T. was super thorough with his knowledge behind each one which helped me gain some more knowledge behind what I should look out for and was super patient with me in the process even shared a few laughs in between my interaction with him. This is the first time I've shopped for cologne where the worker didn't make me feel rushed or left unsure of what I was looking for. J.T. and his hospitality is unmatched when it comes to retail work, I'll definitely be back even if its just to talk to him cause he's just that nice of a guy to interact with, thank you J.T you're the man.

I don't usually leave a ton of reviews, but I think this one is warranted. A couple of days ago I was completely out of my Clinique moisturizer and I only like to use that particular brand. After having a terrible accident awhile back, I was in immense pain, but still needed to go. Ariel also was introducing me to a new product and had been wanting to try. This young lady that helped me could see just how bad I was struggling to look at the new product and give me all of her attention because of my situation. I would like to let the powers that be know, that you have one amazing employee who recognized what I was going through and still did such a terrific job of helping me out. Thank you Ariel W. for helping me out when I was having a difficult time even being there. You are very good at your job, and that is saying a lot when customer service is becoming a thing of the past. She even slid a chair over to where I was so I could get off of my feet. Thank you so much for being so very kind.

Dillard's how was it . I know that it have a verity of what a person's needs are like belts are not good. For I had to good to HOBBY LOBBY to get the belt or even go to Big R down area Big R is place for Ranchers and Farmers to get the clothes and belt that Dillard's and other places in RIM ROCK MALL dose not have for your needs so watch out for place that don't have your needs to be clothes. It has fit right or just don't buy it!

Went in to buy a pair of shoes that were advertised on line. They had them in stock but not in the color I wanted. The sales clerk helped me find a shoe in a different brand that I actually like better and they were the same price. She was very patient with me. Then I went to another department and bought 2 blouses. That sales clerk was also very nice.

I love their clothing selection, I've attempted to get one of their cards twice it's each time they can't verify my identity. That aspect is a total rip off now I have 2 inquiries for nothing. Hands down the best place to shop for men's clothing in Billings.

Really great experience. Went in thinking I'll look around maybe get one or two items and I walked out with about seven! Great deals and a really warm environment. Diamond, one of the employees, was super helpful and talkative, really made me feel right at home! 🙂
