After spending at least an hour with the representative in my house discussing windows and siding I decided to give DeBella a try, I ordered two “new windows” for $5,488 on14-Dec-23. Expensive I thought, but worth it as I had special ordered and replaced a window myself two years ago from big box store. What was delivered and installed 25-Mar-24 is over priced inserts. No flanges or flashings to prevent water entry or draft. Not only do you lose a little of the visible/glass area, but these things are proud of the siding by 3/4 of an inch. Just crowbar out the glass and pop in the insert. A few screws and a squirt of foam. Kiss your $5.5k for 2 windows goodbye. I thought these would be good forever, instead I’ll be replacing these myself at some point…. Properly with real windows. You figure I would know by now.. Do it yourself everyone is constantly trying to rip you off. If you are remodeling a rental or flipping a house these might be good for you. The first pic is of existing window. The rest are pics before they did the exterior trim. And yes…. That is an insufficient amount of foam in third pic. Notice the 4th pic original frame has a flashing and drip edge.. remember when things were done right.

Ryan w. And Ryan w. We’re very insightful and knowledgeable about the products and procedures. They walked me through the finance application and worked with me to make this happen. My house was built in 1924 and the windows were never replaced. They let me know of all the possible damages to the house due to this! Very helpful!!

This place is a rip off ! I received windows that are zoned for Florida! I live in Montana! After three months trying to get someone to tell me why ...I fineally received a response today...get this.... "the stickers put on my new windows were the wrong ones" are you fricking kidding me...is this the best lie you can come up with? I have complained for three months that my new windows are echoing , way more outside noise the my old broken ones.and they frost up..my house heats up 7-8 degrees hotter the. thermostat is set..WTH? I demanded answers and I am being played for dumb....don't make the same mistake I made and trust this company to do the job right! NOT!I am a single gal but not a dumb one! I was told the windows were right, although the energy rating stickers . Tell me different...when I asked if they could prove the windows were made for zone 6 ...well no..apparently the maker of the windows, Alside , ' has a paper trail."..sorry guys I want ...not hearsay! Prof or new windows !!! $14,000 is alot for five windows and a door ..don't you think???

Ghosted! Thought this would be a great company to work with for my windows. Boy was I wrong. When it came to installation time they were done fast but not quality work at all. Now they won’t even call back to get ahold of me to fix issues. Horrible service and product. Not to mention half the windows don’t even lock. If you are in the market for new window, siding or roof, stay far away from this abomination of a company.

Poor work, not to code and the roof leaks. They destroyed our overhang on the back of our house by ripping out the steel support beams (without even asking) and did not replace them. They said they would just credit us instead of replacing the entire overhang. They left nails and trash everywhere. Beware.UPDATEAfter posting this review they finally answered our calls and came back. They did not bring it up to code, passed the blame off on destroying our back overhang and told me that it "was not worth fixing."this was not the case. no right to destroy our property without permission. Oh, and the roof still leaks. Unless this is made right we will seek legal action. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Trinity Sharbono came today to inspect our windows.He identified two problematic windows that were not properly insulated and lost the gas between the glass panes.He provided my wife and me with options for replacement, explaining all the pros and cons.Trinity was very professional, competent and knowledgeable, but also courteous and friendly.Overall, a very positive experience. A+

I ordered four windows in early August and was told installation would be mid-October. Three of the windows were installed mid-November. The 4th window was the wrong size. It did however fit a space needing a new window. Idid not order that window because I could not afford it. (I had a feeling that it was a ploy to force me into a fifth window I could not afford.)I was told ordering the correct window would take some time. I was also told it might be possible to get that fifth window at a discounted price. The office was to be in contact with me to discuss the possibility.My 4th window was installed in late January.The product is great. The installers arrived on time, were always professional, doing the job quickly and cleaning up nicely. Alyssa, in the office, was always helpful. The sales team apparently did not stay with the company and another sales person was not assigned to me. So, I often called the Da Bella numbers I was given and did not get answers to my questions/concerns or call backs. I asked on several occasions to be contacted on my landline because of poor cell service. It seemed I was always contacted on my cell. No calls ever came in identified as DaBella. This caused me to miss several calls as I rarely answer numbers not identified.So, why a one star rating? Simply because of a guy named James or Jimmy, the general manager. As I was still waiting for that 4th window to arrive, James shows up at my house. He does not call or make contact. Just shows up and I am not home. He leaves a number to call. I call him the next day and he wants payment. He does not tell me if my window has arrived yet, he does not schedule an installation date, he doesn’t even ask if I am happy with the windows installed two months earlier. He simply wants the payment. I say I am not paying until the project is complete. He then says he wants to meet me in town face-to-face so he can explain everything to me and get the payment. I say I need nothing explained, I just need that last window installed. He then adds he is going to give me a discount because of the error in the windows order. I do not meet with him. He calls again asking for payment. I again ask for an installation date. He says he will call me back in 20 minutes. He does not call back. A few days go by and I send him a text asking if my window has arrived yet and for an installation date.No reply. And all this from a general manager!I really thought this Jimmy was a scammer and did not want him returning to my home. I told Alyssa that. She sent out Trinity - who actually has a business card. We had a great discussion and I appreciated him listening to me. I had no problem trusting him with my payment.

We had siding and windows replaced by Dabella. Our experience has been awful. The contractors did not replace the sheeting when they did our siding, so we have brand new Hardie board siding with thirty year old underlayment. I’m sure this would affect the hardie board warranty. Our windows were left open with insulation hanging out for months. We had to threaten attorney action just to get them to come finish our job. We were promised a check for poor installation and have yet to receive it. It was sent to the “wrong address .” I would recommend filing a complaint with the DOJ consumer protection division and also reaching out to the contractors association license number 254572. They operate under Reve Exteriors. In no way would I ever work with Dabella again.Service: Roof installation

If you come to someone's house in cold weather and I walk out in a T-shirt and no shoes then get the hint. I told the guy I'm gonna pass 3 times. I was out there in the cold and I told him no I'm going to pass. He was standing there in all this cold weather gear. Get a hint. I literally had to shut the door on him after telling him no 3 times. I was cold and I found his behavior very disrespectful.

Nathan Smith with the DaBella help me get Windows that fit into my budget and was able to get me a deferred payment for a year Nathan did a great job showing and explaining the products so that I was sure to know what I was getting I would recommend Nathan Smith to anyone looking fo replace windows in their home he knows what he's doing and has great communication skills!

Anthony was very amicable and enjoyable to speak with, he did a great job with his demonstration of the windows and how they work, as well as making sure we knew what to expect in terms of prices, durability of the windows themselves, and what the warranty offers us in the long run. His flexibility as well was a very pleasant surprise. He is a great salesman and we'd be more than happy to work with him again in the future.

I will update the review after our install, but up to this point our experience has been amazing. Dan T out of the Billings office came to Miles City to show us what they could do to help repair our damaged exterior. He was a blast to work with, and got us what we needed within our budget.Comparing the quality with the cost, and having been burned by local contractors in past experience, I feel this is an amazing investment in our home and our future.

I just want to share my experience with Coleton Baker. He was so professional, so down to earth and allowed me to Ashton’s if questions. His reassurance and passion is what made me decide to go with DaBella…..well besides the great windows we will be getting! These windows are awesome!

I give Jacob Burroughs 5 stars. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable salesman. My experience for the roof and gutter installation However was not a pleasant experience. Material palettes were placed on my front lawn for weeks instead of my driveway like we discussed when I signied the contract. 8 sheets of plywood where supposed to be replaced on my roof and they only replaced one. I waited 7.5 months before my rain gutters where installed. First few months, They claimed the crew was backed up. Then they where stuck in North Dakota and would be in Billings soon. The last delay was their crew lost their extensive qualifications and needed to train a new crew before starting. 4 weeks after that, they "got a crew trained". I spoke with the installation team while they were here and found out it was a different gutter company here in Billings. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them especially with the hefty price tag.

They ghosted us twice. We made appointment on Monday for someone to come to give us quote for the siding. No one showed up. They said no one was home when they went to an address but there were 6 people in the house who are working on renovation. They didn’t even tried to call me. I gave them another chance and again, they didn’t show up for the second time. We drove from west end to the Heights to meet them and wasting our time for this company. Take your business somewhere else. Another customer also experienced the same thing. Read the comment below. I would not use them for anything. Take your business somewhere else.9/8/23. This company is harassing me. They have called me multiple times and finally I picked up yesterday and spoke to someone who kept interrupting me and would not even here my complaints and keep saying “we have a promotion.” Stop harassing me and I don’t want you guys service. Poor customer service and did not show up to 2 appointments I’ve set up.

Colton and Kassie were at my house to check on my siding.They took pictures and pointed out where my house needs help.They were very professional and informative throughout the presentation.Very helpful in answering my all questions and went to bat to get me the very best prices for the project I was looking at.Although I could not going forward with the project at this time, they were very helpful and understanding to the very end.They both are veryenjoyable people to work with.I just wasn't so sure of the completed project reviews that I read about the the end results.Carol

A while back I wrote a review of what one could say was could of contained a mix of good and not so good experience. However, I stayed true to my word in my review and gave this company another shot. Of course came some skepticism as we decided to spend money on a product that we ended up having to donate, which looking back just makes you feel good. Yet something about this company, their product kept me hooked. Not only did the manager of the Billings, MT dept come out to meet us but he brought his best sales rep. The one he knew that would not let us down in anyway, and build back up the confidence that we wanted with this company. Oh man, did he totally hook us up with what I would call my dream designer! Okay, maybe that sounds crazy because these employees are there to sell the product and earn the company money. Clear, cut, dry. Then walks in Coleton B. He knew right away I was not wanting to hear a line of this is what you need, nothing else will work, type of sales rep. Instead, he listened. He already knew by the look on my face that # 1, I already did my research and knew which windows I wanted. # 2 Even though a girl, I did this for 12 years AD in the military and I knew how a product was to be installed and installed correctly. So there was no getting one over on me. So lets just say Coleton listened to every single word I had to say, whether or not the original sales person did us wrong, we paid and we still stayed. He made small suggestions, and it was things I had not thought about and his vision was quickly making sense. Not in a monetary increase for the company, but how to increase the value of our house. How can we increase the functionality of our house. All things that did not give the company more money. He was looking out for us his customers. Then comes the good part, I was picking out exterior window color but I asked him to bring samples of siding colors. James Hardie of course, because we knew we were going to have to replace it eventually and I wanted a complimentary color exterior window to go with the future siding. The husband out of town left the schematic's to me as I can see a final project where he is unable too. Coleton came over, never once pressured me on buying siding..etc for the house. Instead, he took pics of my house, a total 360. In the matter of minutes was able to transform to the color of siding I thought was bold, modern, something I thought I would never get the husband to buy off on. He helped with his vision put details in that transformed this house in pics to be the most modern house on the block, possibly the neighborhood. Yet that was not at all what he was there for. He was there to help me find my exterior window color. I asked for a ball park figure of what siding would cost on a house this big and it was up there, less then what I anticipated but still floored the husband. So it was a "future" project. Until Coleton, knowing that a deal on the colors we designed as a team. At least that is what I felt happened, came on a overstock once in a lifetime cant pass up deal. He called us, gave us the low down on pricing. Which then we remembered guttering, and many other things. Ended up with such a fantastic deal!!! We signed a contract the next day with Coleton. It was like I had a advocate in my corner helping me design and share my vision which husband took on a HUGE modern change!!! Coleton was never once at all pressuring, never did he feel like it was now or never. He called us first when this overstock deal hit the market, and to this day he is still such an advocate in our corner! My husband was not in town when the siding was complete! The transformation was absoloutley mesmerizing had so many neighbors stop ask who we went through, who our rep was and I was proud to give out Coleton and Dabella's name. Just wait for my next great house transformation with Coleton and Dabella!!! EXCITED!!!!!!Service: Home renovations

I very much enjoyed the professionalism from everyone at the Billings office. Very eager to please and excited to talk to you as a person, plys a great sense of humor. They are some of the best people I have ever met! They are dedicated to HELP people, not just making a quick sale. They are very knowledgeable about their products and take their time to explain everything about the process of getting your home remodeled. When they told me they subcontract the work out to local contractors I was impressed that they wanted to keep people in their own communities fed. I didn't end up doing any remodeling just yet, but when I'm ready, I absolutely know who I'm going with.

Coleton and Corbin came over to our house and I have to say they were some amazing representatives for dabella they were respectful, professional,and really know the windows they wanted to put in my home we are really excited to finally have some good windows in the house !!!Just following up. The windows Coleton and Corbin sold us have been amazing. The energy savings have been drastic. The windows are very user friendly and have a great appearance. I've never had compliments on my windows but I do now. Thanks for the great product!

Jenna Gallagher & Corbin Lester stopped by our house to give us a quote about our windows and siding. They did an amazing job explaining the problem areas that of our old house and showing us the product that could greatly approve the efficiency and look of our house. They took measurements and showed us a 3-D model of house with different siding colors . They were both amazing professionals when giving us pricing and get a great deal to fit our budget! Would highly recommend!!

Daquiri Wright and Kassidy Curran came out today. They were professional, helpful, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable about my home inspection. The photos they took during inspection helped me to understand more about my home evaluation. They gave me the most economical options to fix what needed repair. They were honest in saying that my idea to paint instead of replace my existing siding is my best option considering it's condition. They were not forceful in selling me a product or service I didn't need. I appreciate their honest help with my home project and do recommend them highly. I am happy to learn about DaBella.
